Objective To explore the effect of dexmedetomidine for the dosage of drug of pain pump of the patients postoperative. Methods From April 2013 to July 2015,86 patients with intestinal obstructionwhich come to our hospital for surgical treatment were divided into observation group and control group according to the lottery method, each had 43 cases. The patients of control group were given pain pump for pain treatment ; and the patients of observation group were given dexmedetomidine on the base of control group for treatment. The heart rate, systolic arterial pressure(SAP),arterial oxygen pressure(PaO2),analgesia satisfaction, visual analogue scale/score(VAS)pain score, sleep quality score, sufentanil dosage, the number of self-administration,adverse reactions, postoperative anal exhaust time. Results 36h and 72h,SAP,PaO2 in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05); The total satisfaction of analgesia was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05); VAS pain score was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05); The sleep quality score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05); The dosage of sufentanil and the times of administration were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05); Anal exhaust time was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion By using dexmedetomidine on the base of pain pump can improve the analgesic effect postoperative, reduce the dosage of pain pump medication and the adverse reactions.

Objective Methodsof meta-analysis was used to investigate the clinical characteristics, related factors of ocular diseases caused by Tamoxifen.MethodsThe literature and key words in the literature search strategy were used to search the literatures related to the toxicity of tamoxifen in the treatment of breast cancer from 1980 to 2016.Refer to the literature, and extract the data information, use revman 5.1.7 statistical analysis. Results Tamoxifen was taken after t unilateral breast cancer resection by the patient,a sharp decline in visual acuity was found at the third month of taking Tamoxifen, and then the hospital diagnosed it was neuropapillitis. The analysis results show that the ocular toxicity of Tamoxifen was generally appeared after taking 1month to 100months.The most common eye diseases that result in Tamoxifen were macular edema and macular crystallization, although the cure rate was high, but if not treated ocular disease in time, blindness rate was high too.Ocular toxicity may be positive correlated with the cumulative dose of Tamoxifen and Tamoxifen concentration. The incidence rate may also positive correlated with age.Adverse reactions may be related to the metabolic rate, eye disease history and so on.Conclusion The clinical treatment of breast cancer treated with Tamoxifen, should pay attention to the ocular toxicity, replace drugs timely when there is any ADR that could not be tolerate.

Objective To investigate the effects of gabapentin(GBP) on plasma β-endorphin(β-EP) level in the patients with painful diabetic neuropathy(PDN). Methods We detected the plasma β-EP level in 24 PDN patients in the treatment with GBP, 18 PDN patients without GBP treatment, 20 diabetic mellitus patients without PDN and 24 healthy control subjects. Results (1)The level of β-EP in diabetic mellitus patients was lower than in the healthy control(P<0.01). (2)The patients who received GBP had a significant change of β-EP level after treatment(P<0. 01).. Conclusions Gabapentin is effective for the treatment of PDN and its adverse effects are mild. It can lower the plasma β-EP level in the patients with PDN.

Misuse and abuse of veterinary antimicrobial agents have led to an alarming increase in bacterial resistance, clinical treatment failure, and drug residues. To address these problems, consistent and appropriate dosage regimens for veterinary antimicrobial agents are needed. Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) models have been widely used to establish rational dosage regimens for veterinary antimicrobial agents that can achieve effective prevention and treatment of bacterial diseases and avoid the development of bacterial resistance. This review introduces building methods for PK/PD models and describes current PK/PD research progress toward rational dosage regimens for veterinary antimicrobial agents. Finally, the challenges and prospects of PK/PD models in the design of dosage regimens for veterinary antimicrobial agents are reviewed. This review will help to increase awareness of PK/PD modeling among veterinarians and hopefully promote its development and future use.
