The high-intensity interval training often consisted of groups of interval high-intensity exercise of exhaustion or above 90%maximal oxygen consumption, which can be applied to improve aerobic capacity. Adaption of skeletal muscles might be resulted from high-intensity interval training, including recruitment, glucose metabolism and activity of mitochondrial oxidase, etc., and improve maxi-mum oxygen uptake. It has been used for physical fitness, such as weight reduction, rehabilitation of heart diseases and diabetes mellitus, etc.

Objective To explore the effect of microRNA‐21(miR‐21) on the migration and invasion ability in human laryn‐geal squamous carcinoma cell Hep2 .Methods The MTT method was used to detect the viability of Hep2 cells at 48 h after miR‐21 inhibitor and miR‐21 NC transferring into Hep2 cells by LipofectamineTM 2000 .The cell migration ability was detected by using the scratch test .The cell invasion ability was detected by using the Transwell method .The activation of phosphatase and tensin homo‐logue deleted on chromosome 10 (PTEN)/phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase (PI3K) /protein kinase B(Akt) signal pathway and the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP2) ,MMP9 ,reversion inducing cysteine rich protein with kazal motif (RECK) was detected by using the Western blotting .Results Compared with miR‐21 NC ,miR‐21 inhibitor could significantly reduce the Hep2 cellviability[(0.688±0.043)vs.(0.375±0.012)],inhibitedthemigrationability[(6.57±0.02)μm vs.(20.49±2.18)μm]and invasion ability[(100 .7 ± 10 .2) vs .(46 .8 ± 4 .3)] ,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0 .01) ,meanwhile miR‐21 inhibitor could down‐regulate the expression of PI3K ,MMP2 and MMP9(P<0 .01) ,and reduced the phosphorylation level of Akt (P<0 .01) ,up‐regulated the expression of PTEN and RECK (P<0 .01) .Conclusion miR‐21 inhibitor can significantly suppress the migration and invasion ability of Hep2 ,which may be related with the PTEN/PI3K/Akt signal pathway .

Objective To observe the levels of serum 25‐hydroxy(25OH) vitamin D and bone mineral density(BMD) in appar‐ently healthy middle‐aged and elderly people in Zhongshan area and investigate the correlation between each other .Methods The BMD of 200 participants was measured by ultrasound BMD detector ,the participants were divided into 3 groups according BMD re‐sults .Simultaneously ,their serum 25OH vitamin D levels were measured by ECLIA .Results Among 200 participants ,the preva‐lence of vitamin D severe deficiency ,deficiency ,insufficiency and sufficiency w ere 7 cases (3 .5% ) ,35 cases (17 .5% ) ,102 cases (51 .0% )and 56 cases(28 .0% ) ,respectively .There was no significant difference in the BMD values among subgroups of different vitamin D levels(P>0 .05) .The prevalence of low BMD and osteoporosis were 60 cases(30% ) and 10 cases(5% ) ,the levels of ser‐um 25OH vitamin D in normal BMD ,low BMD and osteoporosis group were (67 .31 ± 18 .28) ,(65 .62 ± 15 .41) and (64 .95 ± 19 .86)nmol/L ,respectively .There was no significant difference in the levels of serum 25OH vitamin D among BMD subgroups (P>0 .05) .Serum 25OH vitamin D levels were not directly correlated with BMD(P>0 .05) .Conclusion Vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency are quite serious problems in apparently healthy adults in Zhongshan area .There is no evidence that the status of ser‐um 25OH vitamin D is correlate with BMD ,for laboratory diagnosis of osteoporosis ,more sensitive laboratory markers are needed .

Objective To investigate the application value of procalcitonin (PCT ) ,C-reactive protein (CRP) ,prealbumi (PA ) and white blood cell count (WBC))in children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease (HFMD) .Methods A total of 209 children with HFMD were classified into ordinary group (171 patients) and severe group (38 patients) according to the condition of disease ,an-other 30 healthy children were selected as the control group .The levels of PCT ,CRP ,PA and WBC in the three groups were meas-ured and compared .Results The levels of PCT ,CRP ,PA and WBC of ordinary group were 0 .16(0 .08 - 0 .34)μg/L ,11 .7(5 .0 -19 .0)mg/L ,(142 .6 ± 38 .4)mg /L and (11 .3 ± 4 .6) × 129 /L respectively ,and those of severe group were 0 .26(0 .14 - 0 .92)μg /L , 18 .4(5 .3 - 41 .4) mg /L ,(125 .5 ± 32 .9)mg/L and (13 .0 ± 5 .6) × 129 /L respectively .The PCT ,CRP ,PA and WBC in ordinary group and severe group were significantly different with those in the control group (P < 0 .05) .The PCT ,CRP and PA in severe group had statistical differences compared with those in the ordinary group (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion PCT ,CRP ,PA and WBC could be used as reference indexes of inflammation in HFMD ,and could be used in the diagnosis of HFMD in children ,PCT and PA could be used to evaluate the severity of disease .

BACKGROUND:Acute exercise is believed to regulate appetite and influence feeding behaviors by controling the synthesis and secretion of gastrointestinal peptide hormones to regulate appetite and feeding behavior influence, but the smal sample size leads to widely different results.
OBJECTIVE:To clarify the effect of acute exercise on peptide YY levels in adults using Meta-analysis method. METHODS:A computer-based search of PubMed, Google Scholar, Sport Discus, Web of Knowledge and CNKI was performed for relevant articles published before January 2014. The literatures eligible were studied by evaluating the publication bias, checking the heterogeneity and analyzing the sensitivity by software of RevMan5.1.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1) There were a total of 188 participants in the 18 trials reported in 11 articles. The Meta-analysis results revealed a mean effect for acute exercise to increase peptide YY values (standardized mean difference=0.25, 95% confidence interval =0.05-0.46,P=0.01), and therefore, there was a significantly statistical difference in the peptide YY levels between the acute exercise group and control group (P< 0.05). Moreover, results from the sensitivity analysis showed no influences on the findings of Meta-analysis. (2) Five randomized controled trails in the three included articles were related to peptide YY (3-36). There was a maximal heterogeneity among these studies; therefore, a random-effect model was utilized. The result revealed a mean effect for acute exercise to increase peptide YY (3-36) values (standardized mean difference =1.80, 95% confidence interval =0.27-3.32,P=0.02). The findings from this meta-analysis show that acute exercise may influence appetite by increasing levels of peptide YY in adults.

Objective To study the advantages and disadvantages of the application of complete endoscopic and endoscope assisted small incision in thyroid surgery. Methods From September 2010 to September 2013,279 patients with thyroid diseases in our hospital were selected as the research object. Among them,239 cases of thyroid surgery were grouped according to the surgical method,the complete endo-scopic group with 95 cases,endoscope assisted small incision surgery group with 144 cases. The other 40 cases of parathyroid surgery were grouped according to the surgical method,the complete endoscopic group with 5 cases,endoscope assisted small incision group with 35 cases. The results and indicators related to the surgery with the complete endoscopic and endoscope assisted small incision for the thyroid disease and parathyroid gland were compared. Results About thyroid disease,the proportion of women in the complete endoscopic group,the adeno-ma or unilateral gland leaf proportion,thyroid volume,the tumor nodules longest diameter,adenoma or glandular lobe resection time,double leaf full cut or full cutting time and intraoperative blood loss were significantly higher than that of endoscope assisted small incision group,and the age,double leaf time full cut or full cut rate were significantly lower than that of endoscope assisted small incision group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). About thyroid disease,proportion of chest discomfort,VAS pain score,length of hospital stay and postoperative cosmetic effect of satisfaction scores in complete endoscopic group were significantly higher than that of endoscopy assisted small incision group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). About parathyroid disease,the age of patients in the complete endo-scopic group was significantly lower than that in endoscopy assisted small incision group,but the operation time and hospital stay were signifi-cantly higher than that of endoscopy assisted small incision group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion The thyroid surgery with complete endoscopic and endoscopy assisted small incision has certain advantages and disadvantages,which should be considered for patients demands,so as to make the best operation program.

Objective To disscuss and analyze the clinical effects of whole body mild hypothermia on MODS caused by cerebral hemorrhage.Methods One hundred and eighty patients with MODS caused by cerebral hemorrhage during the period of hospitalized from January 2013 to December 2015 in ICU of our hospital were divided into two groups (observation group and control group) randomly,90 cases patients in each group.Patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment intervention,patients in control group were treated with whole body mild hypothermia on the base of conventional treatment intervention,the score of MODS,the ratio of,VO2 and DO2,the time during the period of hospitalized in ICU,the time of mechanical ventilation,epilepsy incidence and mortality,NIHSS score and PADL score of the patients in these two group after treatment were compared.Results After the comparion,the score of MODS and the state of oxygen consumption and oxygen supply of the patients in observation group were better than the patients in control group,there was significant differences,and had statistical significance (P＜0.05);the time during the period of hospitalized in ICU and the time of mechanical ventilation of the patients in observation group were shorter than the patients in control group,there was significant difference,and had statistical significance (P＜0.05);the mortality were reduce significantly of the patients in observation group than the patients in control group,there was significant difference,and had statistical significance (P＜0.05);the epilepsy incidence of the patients in observation group and control has no significant difference,has no statistical significance (P＞0.05);the NIHSS score and PADL score of the patients in observation group were higher than the patients in control group,there was significant difference,and has statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical effects of whole body mild hypothermia on MODS caused by cerebral hemorrhage have important significance,can effectively improve the balance of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome patients,can delay the progression of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome patients,improve the prognosis,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.

Objective To compare two different methods to detect the differences of gene mutation rate, sensitivity, specificity and coincidence rate of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) so as to assess the clinical value of qRT-PCR method and its environmental-friendly technologyplatforms.One uses environmental fixative poly hydroxyl acrylic acid and green transparent liquid dewaxing Van-clear alone or in combination to replace the traditional fixative 4％ (volume fraction) neutral buffered formalin and the traditional transparent dewaxing liquid xylene in application of quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR).The other uses traditional reagents in direct sequencing.Methods We selected 91 cases of primary NSCLC specimens resected between May 2013 and March 2016 in Zhongshan Bo`ai Hospital and Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Five samples were taken from the same tumor lesion.We used a random number table to randomly divide these samples into Groups A, B , C, D, and E.Group A received direct sequencing method in detection of EGFR gene mutations.Besides, during the experiment, 4％ neutral buffered formalin was used for fixing, and xylene transparent dewaxing was used to make slices for DNA extraction dewaxing.Group B received qRT-PCR method to detect EGFR gene mutations.Meanwhile, during the experiment, 4％ neutral buffered formalin was used for fixing, and xylene transparent dewaxing was used to make slices for DNA extraction dewaxing.Group C received qRT-PCR method in detection of EGFR gene mutations.At the same time, during the experiment, polyhydroxy acrylic acid was used for fixing, and xylene transparent dewaxing was used to make slices for DNA extraction dewaxing.Group D received qRT-PCR method to detect EGFR gene mutations.In the meantime, 4％ neutral buffered formalin was used for fixing, Van-clear transparent dewaxing was used to make slices for DNA extraction dewaxing.Group E received qRT-PCR method in detection of EGFR gene mutations.In addition, during the experiment, polyhydroxy acrylic acid was used for fixing, and Van-clear transparent dewaxing was used to make slices for DNA extraction dewaxing.In addition, during the experiment, polyhydroxy acrylic acid was used for fixing, and Van-clear transparent dewaxing was used to make slices for DNA extraction dewaxing.The mutations of Exons 18, 19, 20, and 21 in EGFR genes were respectively determined in the five groups of NSCLC.Results ① Groups B, C, D, E and A did not significantly differ in the percentage of people with mutations or target site mutation rates of EGFR genes in NSCLC (P> 0.05).② The detection results of EGFR target site mutation in Groups B, C, D, E and A had good sensitivity, strong specificity, and high compliance rate.Conclusion The green transparent liquid dewaxing Van-clear alone or in combination to replace the traditional fixative 4％ neutral buffered formalin and the traditional transparent dewaxing liquid xylene in the application of qRT-PCR so as to detect EGFR gene mutations in NSCLC has good consistent results compared with the method that uses traditional reagents in direct sequencing.It has the significance and value in clinical application.

Objective To explore the risk factors of post-hepatectomy acute kidney injury (AKI),a Nomogram predictive model of secondary AKI after hepatectomy was established which can provide guidance for the selection of clinically relevant treatment plans and improve the prognosis of surgical patients.Methods A total of 2769 patients who underwent hepatectomy in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from October 2012 to July 2018 were included in the study.The post-hepatectomy AKI was diagnosed according to the KDIGO AKI criteria in 2012.The selected patients were divided into AKI group (n=133) and non-AKI group (n=2636);they were divided into training group (n=2050) and test group (n=719) according to Enrollment time.The differences of preoperative clinical data,length of hospital stay,and in-hospital mortality between patients with AKI and non-AKI group were compared.The risk factors of post-hepatectomy AKI were evaluated by the Cox regression.A Nomogram predictive model of AKI after hepatectomy was established,and receiver operating curve (ROC) and consistency curve were used to verify the accuracy of the predictive model.Results The incidence of AKI after hepatectomy was 4.80％(133/2769).Compared with non-AKI group,preoperative serum albumin,hemoglobin,and hematocrit levels were lower in AKI group;the level of blood transaminase,total bilirubin,alkaline phosphatase,triglyceride,lactate dehydrogenase,and fibrinogen were higher (P ＜ 0.050);the proportion of preoperative aspirin application was higher (P ＜ 0.001);the duration of operation was longer (P=0.002);the proportion of open surgery was higher (P ＜ 0.001);the mortality rate was higher (P ＜ 0.050);the length of hospital stay was longer (P ＜ 0.050).Cox regression results showed hypertriglyceridemia,hypoalbuminemia,alkaline phosphatase,aspartate aminotransferase,open surgery,lower preoperative glomerular filtration rate,aspirin and duration of surgery were independent risk factors for AKI.We incorporated these indicators into the Nomogram to establish a predictive model for AKI after hepatectomy,the area under ROC curve was 0.764.The area under ROC curve of the test group was 0.781.Conclusion The Nomogram predicting model of AKI after hepatectomy has high accuracy,which is helpful for prognosis of patients who underwent hepatectomy.

Objective To examine whether mild hypothermia can decrease the incidence of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) in patients after intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods Forty-eight patients with intracerebral hemorrhage,admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to December 2015,were divided into two groups:one was treated with mild hypothermia,and another was treated with normal methods after the surgery;the incidence of MODS was calculated between the two groups.Serum interleukin-10 (IL-10) levels were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and E4 promoter-binding protein 4 (E4BP4) levels were measured with Simple Western in peripheral blood lymphocytes one,two,5,7,14 and 21 d after surgery.Results The incidence of MODS in patients with mild hypothermia treatment was 11.11％ and that in patients with normal treatment was 28.57％,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The IL-10 and E4BP4 levels in patients with mild hypothermia treatment were significantly higher than those in patients with normal treatment (P＜0.05).Conclusion Mild hypothermia can decrease the incidence of MODS in patients after intracerebral hemorrhage,IL-10 has some role,and E4BP4 is associated with release of interleukin-10.
