T-cell lymphoma is a rare form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma with high heterogeneity. The basic and clinical research of T cell lymphoma is lagged than B cell lymphoma. Recently, with the development of pathology and molecular biology, the level of diagnose has been raised, novel therapies such as targeted therapy and immunotherapy have been developed, these will make it possible to improve the prognosis of patients.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the genotype /sub -genotype and antiviral treatment.Methods The clinical data of 159 patients with chronic HBV infections were collected,who were treated by adefovir dipivoxil (10mg/d)or entecavir(0.5mg/d)according to the disease′s conditions.The genotypes and subtypes of hepatitis B virus were determined by Nested polymerase chain reaction(nt PCR).The levels of serum HBVDNA replication,ALT levels and HBV serologic markers were detected pre or post -treatment 24 weeks, 48 weeks.Observed the relationship between the HBV genotypes/sub -genotypes and the antiviral efficacy of adefovir dipivoxil or entecavir treatment.Results After 24 weeks of adefovir dipivoxil therapy,ALT normalization rate of subgenotype Ba and subgenotype C2 was 66.7% vs 66.2%(χ2 =0.74,P >0.05),HBeAg negative conversion rate of two subgenotypes was 27.3% vs 23.1%(χ2 =0.10,P >0.05),HBVDNA negative conversion rate of two sub genotype Ba and subgenotype C2 was 33.3% vs 30.9%(χ2 =0.03,P >0.05),respectively.After treatment for 48 weeks,ALT normalization rates of subgenotype Ba and subgenotype C2 were 83.3% vs 82.4%(χ2 =0.01,P >0.05),HBeAg negative conversion rates of two subgenotypes were 45.5% vs 34.4%(χ2 =0.49,P >0.05 ),HBVDNA negative conversion rates of two subgenotypes were 58.3% vs 48.5%(χ2 =0.39,P >0.05).After 24 weeks of entecavir therapy, ALT normalization rates of subgenotype Ba and subgenotype C2 were 71.4% vs 69.6%(χ2 =0.02,P >0.05 ), HBeAg negative conversion rates of two subgenotypes were 33.3% vs 30.8%(χ2 =0.03,P >0.05 ),HBVDNA negative conversion rates of two subgenotypes were 42.9% vs 39.3%(χ2 =0.06,P >0.05 ),respectively.After treatment for 48 weeks,ALT normali zation rates of subgenotype Ba and subgenotype C2 were 85.7% vs 83.9%(χ2 =0.03,P >0.05),HBeAg negative conversion rates of two subgenotypes were 50.0% vs 44.9%(χ2 =0.10, P >0.05),HBVDNA negative conversion rates of two subgenotypes were 71.4%vs 67.8%(χ2 =0.07,P >0.05). Conclusion The study showed that genotype C(C2)is a predominant HBV genotype among people with chronic HBV infections in Shanxi province.HBV subgenotypes Ba and C2 have no significant difference in virologic,biochemi-cal,and immunologic response to ADV or ETV.

Objective To explore the relationship between Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and bronchial asthma, and provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of bronchial asthma .Methods 54 cases of children with bronchial asthma were selected as the observation group , treatment of children with herpes infection of the upper respiratory tract of 54 cases as the control group .Two groups of children were assayed by eosinophil count , interleukin-13 (IL-13), immunoglobulin IgE (MP-IgM) and Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody detection .The positive rate of MP-IgM test in two groups were compared .According to the observation group , MP-IgM detection results were divided into MP -IgM positive group and MP -IgM negative group .Positive contrast group , MP-IgM MP-IgM negative group and a control group of children with eosinophil count , IL-13 and IgE were detected .Re-sults The positive rate of MP-IgM in children with observation group detection was 75.93%;The positive rate of MP-IgM in children with control group of detection was 27.78%;The positive rate of MP-IgM detection in chil-dren with the observation group was significantly higher than the control group ( p<0.05); The MP-IgM positive group, MP-IgM negative groups eosinophil count , the levels of IL-13 and IgE levels were significantly higher than that of control group (all p<0.05); In MP-IgM positive group, Eosinophils count (538.18 ±41.63) ×106/L, IL-13 level (253.27 ±40.36) ng/L and IgE level (327.13 ±56.91) kU/L were significantly higher than in MP -IgM negative group (all p<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of asthma is associated with mycoplasma pneumonia infection , and we should strengthen the detection and anti -infection treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in children with asthma .

Objective To explore the effect of aerobic exercise on cardiac function,heart rate recovery and the quality of life of elderly heart disease patients.Methods One hundred senile heart disease patients were studied.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 in each group.Both groups were provided with the conventional anti-platelet aggregation treatment,dilation of blood vessels and control of blood pressure.The observation group was also given individualized aerobic exercise training.At the outset and after 3 months the cardiac function and heart rate recovery of both groups were observed,and their quality of life was evaluated using the SF-36 life quality scale.Results After the treatment,the average left ventricular ejection fraction of those in the observation group was significantly better than before the treatment,and significantly better than the average among the controls.The average 6-minute walking test time and average maximum oxygen uptake in the observation group were also significantly better than before the treatment and significantly better than among the controls.The average peak heart rate and HRR1 in the observation group had increased significantly,and significantly more than those of the control group.The average total SF-36 score in the observation group was also significantly higher.Conclusion Individualized aerobic exercise can significantly improve cardiac function and promote heart rate recovery in elderly patients with heart disease,which is of clinical value for improving their quality of life.

Aim The limited transfection efficiency for plasmid in primary neonatal rat cardiomyocytes,which are terminal differentiated cells,and long foreign DNA (the RIP140 gene sequence are as long as 3.5 kb) cause us to choose a better system to study RIP140 gene expression in primary non-replicative cells. Methods Full-length of RIP140 was cloned into pAdTracker-CMV shuttle vector,and then recombined with virus backbone pAdEasy-1 vector in BJ5183 bac-teria.Positive recombinant plasmid was confirmed by sequence analysis and restriction enzyme determina-tion,and then transfected into AD293 cells for amplifi-cation.Titers of virus particles were determined by Tis-sue Culture Infectious Dose 50 (TCID50 )method and cell vitality was analyzed by CCK-8 kit in cardiomyo-cytes.RIP140 gene was identified by Western blot. Results Sequence analysis suggested that full-length RIP140 gene was cloned correctly into AdEasyTM sys-tem.Virus titers of Ad-RIP140 and Ad-GFP were 1011.3 and 1011.7 PFU·mL-1 ,respectively.Cell vitali-ty was not affected when the Multiplicity of Infection (MOI)was lower than 200.Green fluorescent protein (GFP)and Western blot analysis showed RIP140 gene was remarkably increased in cardiomyocytes for 12h in-fection by Ad-RIP140 (P<0.05 ).Conclusion Re-combinant adenovirus containing RIP140 gene was suc-cessfully constructed and effectively expressed in car-diomyocytes.These will be helpful for further research on the function of RIP140 in cardiomyocytes.

Objective To compare the effect of cisplatin or nedaplatin combined with paclitaxel as an adjuvant chemotherapy for cervical cancer.Methods Total 160 patients with cervical cancer in Ningqiang County Tianjin Hospital from February 2011 to December 2015 were divided into two groups according to different treatments.Cisplatin group was treated with TP chemotherapy,nedaplatin group was treated with TN chemotherapy,the curative effect,adverse reaction of chemotherapy,hospitalization time and treatment costs were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of cisplatin group was 79.26％ and nedaplatin group's was 82.05％,the two groups had no significant difference;The incidence of Ⅰ-Ⅳ grade hemoglobin,leukocyte of nedaplatin group were significantly higher than those in the cisplatin group (P ＜ 0.05),but between the two groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ grade had no significant difference,the incidence of Ⅰ-Ⅳ grade and Ⅲ-Ⅳ grade nausea,vomiting of nedaplatin group were significantly lower than cisplatin group (P ＜ 0.05);The hospitalization time of nedaplatin group was significantly shorter than cisplatin group (P ＜ 0.05),The cost of treatment between nedaplatin group and cisplatin group had no significant difference.Conclusion Cisplatin or nedaplatin combined with paclitaxel has similar efficacy in the neoadjuvant chemotherapy for cervical cancer,gastrointestinal adverse reactions of nedaplatin are lower than cisptatin,bone marrow suppression increase but still can be controlled,nedaplatin chemotherapy can shorten the duration of hospitalization,and hospitalization expenses were not significantly increased,which makes it more easily accepted by patients.

Assay"'of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) DNA was conducted in the tissues of 60 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), 30 patients with chronic inflamation of nasopharyngeal mucous membrane and 40 patients with other malignant epithelial tumor respectively using DNA in situ hybridization method. The positive rate of EBV-DNA in patients of NPC was 71.6%, while it was negative in pat ents with other malignant tumors a small number of EB-VDNA positive cells were also discovered in the epithelial cells of paratumours and chronic inflamation of nasopharyngeal mucous membrane. Significant correlation was found in the study of serum EBV-antiby in patients of NPC and EBV-DNA in cancer cells. The results suggest that EBV may be of etiologic significance in the pathogenesis of NPC.

Nuclear receptors(NRs)superfamily signaling plays an important role in regulating the expression of gene involved inenergy homeostasis.The nuclear receptors regulate target gene expression through the recruitment of coregulatory proteins,which act as scaffolds or plateforms for linking NRs with enzyme complexes that modify DNA and histones.As a transcriptional co-repressor for NRs,RIP140 negatively regulates the transcription of target gene in metabolic tissue,such as adipose tissue,muscle and liver.In the absence of RIP140,genes expressions involved in metabolic pathways were upregulated including glycolysis,triglyceride synthesis,TCA cycle,fatty acid ? oxidation,mitochondrial electron transport and oxidative phosphorylation.RIP140 may be a candidate therapeutic target for metabolism syndromes.

Objective To investigate the incidence of dyssomnia,posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and their relationship in earthquake survivors in Jiangyou and Beichuan area,and supply evidence for prediction and treatment of PTSD.Methods Dyssomnia was accessed by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI),posttraumatic symptoms were measured using the PTSD Checklist-Civilian Version (PCL-C).Results The prevalence of dyssomnia was 33.8％,the PTSD was 7.5％.In good sleep group,the number of people who didn't suffer from PTSD was 358 (96.5％),the number of people who suffered from PTSD was 13 (3.5％); In dyssomnia group,the number of people who didn't suffer from PTSD was 160(84.7％),the number of people who suffer from PTSD was 29(15.3％).In PTSD negative group,the number of people who had good sleep was 358 (69.1％); the number of people who had dyssomnia was 160 (30.9％).In PTSD positive group,the number of people who had good sleep was 13(31.0％),the number of people who had dyssomnia was 29(69.0％).The correlation analysis showed that total scores of PCL-C were positively related with total score of PSQI.The logistic regression showed that the very hard-hit area,serious posttraumatic symptoms,were the dangerous factors of dyssomnia.Conclusions The dyssomnia and PTSD are still common among victims two years after 5.12 earthquake.PTSD can cause sleeping problem,meanwhile sleep problem could increase the risk of PTSD.
