Objective To investigate the morbidity and cause of post-operative complications and quality of life for cervical carcinoma. Methods 100 patients were analysed retrospectively. The methods of operation included:class Ⅰ,20 cases;Class Ⅱ,20 cases;Class Ⅲ,20 cases;Class Ⅳ,40 cases. The quality of life in 68 patients with cervical cancer who received radiotherapy were evaluated. Results The common complications were in urinary system, including 26.0% of infection,25.0% urine retention and 3.0% fistula. And the other complications included 2.0% of incision infection,1.0% of lung infection,1.0% of pelvic infection and 1.0% of death related with operation.Multivariate analysis revealed that factors contributing to QOL were pain and depression before radiotherapy, nausea and vomiting during radiotherapy. Conclusions The some surgical modifying could decrease the morbidity of urinary infection and fistula. The quality of life in cervical carcinoma is affectd by multiple complex factors.
2.The regulating role of endogenous carbon monoxide in blood vessel
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;41(2):146-149
Similar to nitric oxide (NO) playing a key role in vascular regulating, carbon monoxide (CO) is another endogenous gaseous signal molecule after it.Under physiological condition,CO can relax vessels and inhibit the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells.CO may participate in the development of hypertension, atherosclerosis, pulmonary hypertension and vascular calcification under pathophysilogic condition. In this review,we summarized the production, metabolism and vascular regulation of endogenous CO under physiologic and pathophysiologic conditions.
3.Effect of Aldosterone on the Proliferation and Collagen Metabolism of Cardiac Fibroblasts in Neonate Rat
China Pharmacy 2005;0(17):-
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of aldosterone (Ald) on the proliferation and collagen synthesis of cardiac fibroblasts (CFs) in neonate rats and to research its mechanism. METHODS: The neonatal rat cardiac fibroblasts were induced by anchorage velocity-dependent separation method. SD rats were divided into control group, Ald (1.0?10-7 mol?L-1) group, Ald combined with spirolactone group and Ald combined with losartan group. After 24 h of exposure, CFs proliferation was measured by MTT assay and cell cycle distribution was determined with flow cytometer (FCM). Spectrophotography was used to detect the content of hydroxyproline and immunofluorescence staining method was applied to determine the protein expression of proliferation cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and fibronectin (FN). RESULTS: As compared with control group, in Ald group the activity of CFs was increased as well as its percentage in S stage. The content of hydroxyproline and the protein expression of PCNA and FN were also increased while the percentage of CFs in G0/G1 stage was decreased (P0.05). CONCLUSION: Ald-stimulated CFs proliferation and collagen synthesis were mediated by activation of AT1 receptors and Ald receptor, and Ald receptor plays a major role. A corresponding increase in the protein expression of PCNA and FN in CFs may be related to the proliferation effect.

This study summarized the related clinical research literature of Chinese medicine sticking therapy for cancer pain from 2005 to 2015,and which is simple, convenient, effective, cheap and has a wide range of clinical applications in bone metastases cancer pain.Chinese medicine sticking theapy can be combined with a variety of clini-cal treatments to reduce toxic side effects, improve symptoms and the quality of life of patients, even though there are also shortcomings in treatment of bone metastases cancer pain and need new ideas of further research.
5.Research of Application of Antibiotics in 1268 Inpatients
Chinese Journal of Pharmacoepidemiology 2006;0(01):-
Objective:To investigate the use of antibiotics in a hospital to improve the management and proper clinical utilization.Method:A total of 1268 patients discharged from the hospital in April 2007 were surveyed, and a statistical analysis was conducted.Result:The rate of antibiotics usage was 73.50%,and the rate of preventive usage was 52.47%, and the rate of combination usage was 46.14%.The antibiotics most widely used were cephalosporins, quinolones, nitroimidazoles and penicillins. Most antibiotics were used according to experience. And the cost of antibiotics was 22.68%in the total drug expenses of the hospital.New and expensive antibiotics were mainly the drugs in high expenditure. Conclusion:The problems are the higher rate of the application of antibiotics in the hospital, unclear indication for antibiotics usage to some doctors, substandard preventive usage in perioperative period, trend of using more expensive drugs and low rate of checking the pathogen. The results show that it is very important to strengthen the management of antibiotics usage in hospitals.

8.Progress in the reprogramming of induced pluripotent stem cells with small molecules
International Journal of Pediatrics 2015;42(2):149-151
Induced pluripotent stem cells can differentiate into a variety of cell types, which promote the development of human disease model, drug toxicity screening and sources of autologous cells. However, there have been many problems in the induced pluripotent stem cells reprogramming, such as safety and low efficiency.Small molecules are considered as a promising method to improve the reprogramming processes of induced pluripotent stem cell, and more and more small molecules have been identified to maintain stem cell self-renewal,providing a new approach to produce the desired reprogramming cells.
9.Research progress of risk factors for cardiovascular diseases
Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2015;24(1):98-101
Multiple risk factors lead to occurrence of cardiovascular diseases in common.Besides confirmed tradition-al risk factors, such as diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, smoking and hypertension etc.,some new risk factors have been found in recent years. The confirmed risk factors need further research, while the new risk factors need en-hanced study.
10.Therapeutic Observation of Electroacupuncture plus Topical Laser Treatment for Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(4):348-350
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy ofelectroacupunctureplustopical laser treatmentin treating hyperplasia of mammary glands.MethodFifty-eight patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were randomized into a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 28 cases. The treatment group was intervened byelectroacupunctureplustopical laser treatment, while the controlgroup was by oral administration of Ru Zeng Ning tablets. The intervention began from 15 d prior to the menstrual period. After 3 successive treatment courses, the clinical efficacies were compared, and the efficacies in treating three different patterns of mammary glands hyperplasia were also compared, i.e. qi-stagnation due to liver depression, accumulation of phlegm and stagnation, and imbalance of the Thoroughfare and Conception Vessels.ResultAccording to the comprehensive efficacy evaluation, the total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group versus 57.1% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The efficacy of the treatment group in treating the pattern of qi-stagnation due to liver depression was significantly higher than that in of the control group (P<0.05); there were no significant differences in comparing the efficacies in treating the types of accumulation of phlegm and stagnation and imbalance of the Thoroughfare and Conception Vessels between the two groups (P>0.05).ConclusionElectroacupunctureplustopical laser treatmentis effective in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands, especially for the type of qi-stagnation due to liver depression.
