This study summarized the related clinical research literature of Chinese medicine sticking therapy for cancer pain from 2005 to 2015,and which is simple, convenient, effective, cheap and has a wide range of clinical applications in bone metastases cancer pain.Chinese medicine sticking theapy can be combined with a variety of clini-cal treatments to reduce toxic side effects, improve symptoms and the quality of life of patients, even though there are also shortcomings in treatment of bone metastases cancer pain and need new ideas of further research.
2.Effect of Aldosterone on the Proliferation and Collagen Metabolism of Cardiac Fibroblasts in Neonate Rat
China Pharmacy 2005;0(17):-
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of aldosterone (Ald) on the proliferation and collagen synthesis of cardiac fibroblasts (CFs) in neonate rats and to research its mechanism. METHODS: The neonatal rat cardiac fibroblasts were induced by anchorage velocity-dependent separation method. SD rats were divided into control group, Ald (1.0?10-7 mol?L-1) group, Ald combined with spirolactone group and Ald combined with losartan group. After 24 h of exposure, CFs proliferation was measured by MTT assay and cell cycle distribution was determined with flow cytometer (FCM). Spectrophotography was used to detect the content of hydroxyproline and immunofluorescence staining method was applied to determine the protein expression of proliferation cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and fibronectin (FN). RESULTS: As compared with control group, in Ald group the activity of CFs was increased as well as its percentage in S stage. The content of hydroxyproline and the protein expression of PCNA and FN were also increased while the percentage of CFs in G0/G1 stage was decreased (P0.05). CONCLUSION: Ald-stimulated CFs proliferation and collagen synthesis were mediated by activation of AT1 receptors and Ald receptor, and Ald receptor plays a major role. A corresponding increase in the protein expression of PCNA and FN in CFs may be related to the proliferation effect.
3.The regulating role of endogenous carbon monoxide in blood vessel
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;41(2):146-149
Similar to nitric oxide (NO) playing a key role in vascular regulating, carbon monoxide (CO) is another endogenous gaseous signal molecule after it.Under physiological condition,CO can relax vessels and inhibit the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells.CO may participate in the development of hypertension, atherosclerosis, pulmonary hypertension and vascular calcification under pathophysilogic condition. In this review,we summarized the production, metabolism and vascular regulation of endogenous CO under physiologic and pathophysiologic conditions.
4.Analysis of post-operative complication and quality of life for cervical carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the morbidity and cause of post-operative complications and quality of life for cervical carcinoma. Methods 100 patients were analysed retrospectively. The methods of operation included:class Ⅰ,20 cases;Class Ⅱ,20 cases;Class Ⅲ,20 cases;Class Ⅳ,40 cases. The quality of life in 68 patients with cervical cancer who received radiotherapy were evaluated. Results The common complications were in urinary system, including 26.0% of infection,25.0% urine retention and 3.0% fistula. And the other complications included 2.0% of incision infection,1.0% of lung infection,1.0% of pelvic infection and 1.0% of death related with operation.Multivariate analysis revealed that factors contributing to QOL were pain and depression before radiotherapy, nausea and vomiting during radiotherapy. Conclusions The some surgical modifying could decrease the morbidity of urinary infection and fistula. The quality of life in cervical carcinoma is affectd by multiple complex factors.
5.Research of Application of Antibiotics in 1268 Inpatients
Chinese Journal of Pharmacoepidemiology 2006;0(01):-
Objective:To investigate the use of antibiotics in a hospital to improve the management and proper clinical utilization.Method:A total of 1268 patients discharged from the hospital in April 2007 were surveyed, and a statistical analysis was conducted.Result:The rate of antibiotics usage was 73.50%,and the rate of preventive usage was 52.47%, and the rate of combination usage was 46.14%.The antibiotics most widely used were cephalosporins, quinolones, nitroimidazoles and penicillins. Most antibiotics were used according to experience. And the cost of antibiotics was 22.68%in the total drug expenses of the hospital.New and expensive antibiotics were mainly the drugs in high expenditure. Conclusion:The problems are the higher rate of the application of antibiotics in the hospital, unclear indication for antibiotics usage to some doctors, substandard preventive usage in perioperative period, trend of using more expensive drugs and low rate of checking the pathogen. The results show that it is very important to strengthen the management of antibiotics usage in hospitals.
6.Role of RIP140 and PGC-1αin angiotensin Ⅱ mediated energy metabolism in cardiomyocytes
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2015;(2):194-197,198
Aim To investigate the role of transcrip-tional cofactors receptor interacting protein 140 ( RIP140 ) and peroxisome proliferator-activated recep-tor γ coactivator-1α ( PGC-1α) in the angiotensin Ⅱ( AngⅡ) mediated energy metabolism regulation in cardiomyocytes. Methods RIP140 or PGC-1α was overexpressed via adenovirus vector system. ATP con-tents were detected by luminescence detection assay system. Real-time PCR and Western blot analysis were used to measure the expressions of RIP140 and PGC-1α genes. Results After treated with 100 nmol·L-1 AngⅡfor 36h in neonatal cardiomyocytes, the content of mitochondrial ATP was reduced notably ( P <0. 01). Accordingly, the mRNA and protein levels for RIP140 were increased. However, the mRNA and pro-tein levels of PGC-1α were downregulated markedly. What’ s more, the reduction of ATP induced by AngⅡwas further aggravated by RIP 1 4 0 overexpression , but ameliorated by overexpressing PGC-1α. Conclusion The reduction of ATP mediated by AngⅡis associated with the upregulation of RIP140 , as well as the down-regulation of PGC-1α.
7.Normalizing Nursing Administration to Prevent Nosocomial Infection
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 1994;0(04):-
OBJECTIVE To prevent nosocomial infection by strengthening the nursing administration.METHODS An effective system to prevent nosocomial infection, which included the further education for nurses on nosocomial infection and a normalized operation sequence, was established. The system was made to be well carried out.RESULTS The system worked normally and effectively. As a result, nosocomial infection could be well prevented.CONCLUSIONS Normalizing nursing administration is an effective method to prevent nosocomial infection.
8.Missing Report of Nosocomial Infection: Analysis and Countermeasure
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(05):-
OBJECTIVE To analyze the nosocomial infection cases, which were failed to be reported, and to grope for countermeasure to lessen the rate of nosocomial infection cases in disguise.METHODS The clinical data of the inpatients who were getting treatments in Oct 2004 and in Oct 2005 in the hospital were reviewed and analyzed.RESULTS The understanding and the recognition of nosocomial infection, the standards for judgement, the quatification of the medical workers, the medical cost and economic benefit ratio were all the causes that prevented nosocomial infection cases from being reported.CONCLUSIONS Propagandize the nosocomial infection management to make our medical workers attach importance to it,implement an objective obligation, constitute a hortative system,to exert the director's function and the workers′ enthusiasm, and choose high qualified workers to take charge in the nosocomial infection management, thus can prevent nosocomial cases from being reported.
