1.The application value of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay for hepatitis B PreS1 antigen and antibody in the diagnosis of hepatitis B
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(6):30-32
Objective To explore the application value of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay for detection of hepatitis B PreS1 antigen and antibody in the diagnosis of hepatitis B.MethodsSeveral common patterns in the results of hepatitis Btwo halfcheck were selected from August 2014 to August 2016 for the sample, the use of hepatitis Btwo half7 commonly used detection model for 140 cases of PreS1 antigen, antibody detection.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay for detection of PreS1 antigen and antibody.ResultsIn patients with HBeAg in PreS1 antigen positive rate was 87.5%, in patients with positive PreS1 antigen positive rate was 8.6%, HBsAg, HBcAb in patients with positive PreS1 antigen positive 13.3%, in a pure HBsAg in patients with positive PreS1 antigen 4.3%.There was no significant difference in the total positive rate of HBV-DNA and the total positive rate of PreS1, and the total coincidence rate was higher.PreS1 antigen positive correlated with HBsAg, HBeAg and HBcAb positive(P<0.05), and has nothing to do with HBsAb, HBeAb positive.ConclusionHepatitis B PreS1 antigen and antibody detection, can effectively complement the diagnosis of hepatitis B, early detection of hepatitis B infection.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the pre-operation and/or pre-transfusion testing on patients to avoid risk of(occupational) infection exposure among medical staff and its significance in prevention of nosocomial infection.METHODS Serum hepatitis B(virus surface) antigen(HBsAg),antibody against hepatitis C virus(anti-HCV),(antibody) against human(immunodeficiency) virus(anti-HIV) and toluidine red unheatedserum test(TRUST) were performed on samples from 10 745 cases of pre-operation and/or pre-transfusion from 2003 to 2004.RESULTS The number and(percentage) of positive reaction for HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-HIV and TRUST were 1163,(10.81%);21,0.20%;1,0.01%(confirmed by HIV Reference Laboratory,Center for Disease Prevention and(Control) of Zhejiang Province) and 74,(0.69%),respectively.TRUST positivity was further confirmed with TPHA.(Overlapping) infections were mostly observed between HBV and HCV,or,to a less scale, between HBV and syphilis. For HBV infection the(department) of digestive medicine was prevalent(?~2=4.77,P

AIM:To investigate rat Urotensin-II(ra t U-II)-induced vasoconstriction of rat main pulmonary arteries and the role of mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK). METHODS: The main pulmon ary artery was dissected from the male Sprague -Dawley rats and artery ring width was 3-4 mm. Concentration-response curves wer e gene rated to rat U-II(0 03 nmol/L-30 nmol/L).Inhibitor of MAPK,PD 98059(0 1 ?mol/ L -10 ?mol/L) were added into the medium after rat U-II(30 nmol/L)induced vasoc onstriction had reached plateau to construct the relaxant concentration-respons e curves and their EC 50 and E max . RESULTS: Rat U-II was a potent vasoconstrictor of isolated rat main pulmonary arteries [EC 50 =7 95?0 4 0, E max =(14 28?6 34)% of the response to 60 mmol/L KCl]; PD 98059 caused c oncentration-dependent relaxations of rat U-II precontracted arteries [EC 50 =5 91?0 45, E max =(81 39?13 65)%]. CONCLUSION: Rat U- II was a potent vasoconstrictor of rat main pulmonary arteries and this response was med iated through MAPK.
