Objective To construct the suppression subtracted cDNA library of deltamethrin-resistant Aedes albopictus. Methods Total RNA was extracted from the deltamethrin-resistant (R-lab) and -sensitive (S-lab) isolates, mRNA was obtained after purification. Double stranded cDNAs were synthesized after reverse transcription. Two subtractions were performed by suppression subtractive hybridization with S-lab as tester and R-lab as driver or S-lab as driver and R-lab as tester. Enriched different expressed cDNA was cloned into pMD18-T vector to construct subtractive libraries. Results The subtracted cDNA libraries contained 580 and 477 positive clones respectively. The PCR results of 150 clones picked randomly from each library showed that the positive ratio of constructed cDNA libraries was 93%, with a length of cDNA fragments ranged from 150 bp to 750 bp. Conclusion The suppression subtracted cDNA library of deltamethrin-resistant Ae. albopictus is constructed.

Objective To explore the application of portable infusion pump on patients with angina.Methods Sixty cases patients with angina were randomly divided intoexperimental group who were used infusion pumps and control group who received manual speed control.Results The experimental group was significantly better than the manual speed control group in terms of infusion speed coincidence,rate of the patient's comfort and nursing satisfaction rate.Conclusions The liquid velocity using continuous infusion pump input was more Precision.Rate of the patient's comfort and nursing satisfaction rate are higher,it also Improves the efficiency of the nurses,reduces the labor intensity of nurses and improves the effect of clinical treatment.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the efficacy and safety of R ± BEACOP protocol on newly diagnosed patients with moderate and high risk diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).

METHODSThe clinical data of 19 newly diagnosed patients with moderate and high risk DLBCL received at least 2 cycles of R ± BEACOP protocol during 2011 to 2014 were collected, their therapeutic efficacy and side effects were evaluated by retrospective analysis.

RESULTSThe overall response rate of 19 assessable patients was 94.7%, including 5 patients (26.3%) in complete remission (CR) and 13 patients (68.4%) in partial remission (PR). The major toxicity was hematologic toxicity and the incidence of grade III-IV hematologic toxicity was 73.7%. Other toxicities were mild and no treatment-related death occurred.

CONCLUSIONR ± BEACOP protocol is a effective and safe protocol for the patients with DLBCL which is worth further multicenter prospectively studying in china.
