Objective To investigate the effect of initial fluid resuscitation with different liquid crystal glue ratio on prognosis of patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods Ninety-four cases of SAP patients were selected,with the first 24 h liquid crystal glue ratio of 1.5 and 3.0 for the sector,were divided into low crystal glue ratio group(crystal glue ratio ＜ 1.5,26 cases),microtek glue ratio group (crystal glue ratio 1.5-3.0,30 cases)and high crystal glue ratio group(crystal glue ratio ＞3.0,38cases).24 h mechanical ventilation rate,oxygenation index,intra-abdominal pressure(IAP),third interstitial fluid retention,the parameters of fluid resuscitation and 2 week survival rate were observed in three groups.Results 24 h crystal solution volume,crystal glue ratio,third interstitial fluid retention and 72 h infusion volume in high crystal glue ratio group was higher than that in microtek glue ratio group and low crystal glue ratio group [(3612 ± 799)ml vs.(2309 ±417),(2125 ±478)ml,(3.66 ± 0.14)vs.(2.44 ±0.15),(1.42 ±0.09),(2835 ±632)ml vs.(1889 ±283),(1866 ±305)ml,(11942 ± 1162)ml vs.(9037 ± 983),(9401 ± 1052)ml],and there were significant differences(P ＜ 0.05).24 h crystal glue ratio in microtek glue ratio group was higher than that in low crystal glue ratio group,and there was significant difference(P＜ 0.05).24 h glue volume in low crystal glue ratio group was higher than that in high crystal glue ratio group and microtek glue ratio group [(1507 ± 335)ml vs.(994 ± 234),(949 ± 141)ml],and there were significant differences(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in 24 h crystal volume,third interstitial fluid retention and 72 h infusion volume between microtek glue ratio group and low crystal glue ratio group(P＞ 0.05).24 h mechanical ventilation rate,IAP in high crystal glue ratio group was higher than that in microtek glue ratio group and low crystal glue ratio group [65.8％(25/38)vs.23.3％(7/30),26.9％(7/26),(16.9 ± 3.7)cm H2O(1 cm H2O =0.098 kPa)vs.(13.5 ± 3.6),(13.2 ± 3.4)cm H2O],24 h oxygenation index was lower than that in microtek glue ratio group and low crystal glue ratio group [(180.8 ±26.4)mm Hg(1 mm Hg =0.133 kPa)vs.(280.7 ±24.9),(260.4 ±25.8)mm Hg],and there was significant difference(P ＜ 0.05).2 week survival rate in high crystal glue ratio group was lower than that in microtek glue ratio group and low crystal glue ratio group [34.2％(13/38)vs.86.7％ (26/30),57.7％(15/26)],there was significant difference between high crystal glue ratio group and microtek glue ratio group (P ＜ 0.05),but there was no significant difference between high crystal glue ratio group and low crystal glue ratio group(P ＞ 0.05).There was no significant difference in 2 week survival rate between low crystal glue ratio group and microtek glue ratio group(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion In early SAP patients should follow the appropriate crystal glue ratio controlled fluid resuscitation,reduce fluid retention and improve the cure rate,and the use of microtek glue ratio controlled fluid resuscitation strategy is best.

Objective When detecting the blood C peptide by chemiluminescence method,used had confronted the lack of qual-ity control.This paper examines the feasibility of self-made C peptide quality control as indoor quality control products. Methods From the serum of diabetic patients and health examination,C peptide low values(concentration around the 1.20 ng/ml)and high value(concentration around the 12.0 ng/ml)were collected,excluding hemolysis,jaundice and tallow ser-um,preventing bacterial contamination,hepatitis B surface antigen,hepatitis C virus,human immunodeficiency virus indica-tors are negative;then these serum was mixed respectively,embalmed,packaged,-20 DEG preserved.The performance e-valuation of the C peptide mixed serum was carried out using SIEMENS’s C peptide reagent kit.Results Low value,high value of two levels of serum C peptide quality control in batch imprecision respectively were 4.46% and 4.15% respective-ly.Day not precision respectively were 6.00%,5.56%,-20 DEG saved stability for at least 6 months (P>0.05).Com-pared with six months by analysis of variance,F value of the low and high values were 0.665,0.602,P values were 0.471, 0.568 and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05),but the difference among bottles was no significant. Conclusion Two levels value of the C peptide in self-made preserved at -20 DEG can meet the requirements of internal quality control products.

Objective To investigate the preparation of the internal quality controls for urinary retinal binding protein(RBP)de-tected by the latex enhanced immunoturbidimetry assay and its performance evaluation.Methods The urine specimens from the pa-tients with nephropathy and healthy people with physical examination were collected,centrifuged by 3 500 r/min for removing sedi-ment,urinary RBP levels were adjusted to the low value for healthy population and the high value for the patients with nephropa-thy;then conducted the anticorrosion,packed and stored at -20 ℃.By using the urinary RBP commodity kits,the latex enhanced immunoturbidimetry was adopted to detect urinary RBP,the intra-batch and inter-batch precisions were detected respectively.Then the high and low values of self-prepared controls were detected once per day for consecutive 5 months.The data were processed by using the SPSS13.0 software.Then the performance of self-prepared urinary RBP quality control was evaluated.Results The intra-batch imprecision of 2 levels of urinary RBP controls was less than 5% and the inter-batch imprecision was less than 6%;the stable period by storage at -20 ℃ was at least 5 months,the imprecision had no statistical difference within 5 months(P >0.05).Conclu-sion The high and low levels of self-prepared urinary RBP quality controls can meet the operating requirements of internal quality controls.

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of ‘Three Steps to Regulate Qi Method’ tuina for infantile cough.
Methods:Fifty-one children with cough were enrolled and received ‘Three Steps to Regulate Qi Method’ tuina, once a day for 5 d. The effects were observed after 5 treatments.
Results:There was no dropout case during the process. Among the 51 infantile patients, 37 cases were cured, 14 cases were improved, and the total effective rate was 100%.
Conclusion:'Three Steps to Regulate Qi Method’ tuina is an effective, simple and convenient method for infatile cough and worth spreading in clinical application.

Objective To establish the RP- HPLC method for the determination of total alkaloids in Semen Strychni and to optimize its extraction conditions by orthogonal design. Methods With strychnine and brucine content as the indexes, ethonal volume, ethonal concentration , pH and extracting time were screened and L9(34) orthogonal test were applied. Results The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: refluxing and extracting with 6- fold 50 % alcohol (pH=5) for 3 times, one hour for each time. Conclusion The optimized condition is the best for the extraction of alkaloids and this increase the availability of Semen Strychni.

AIM To study the tissue distribution of strychnos nux vomica alkaloids in rats. METHODS Rats were given strychnos nux vomica alkaloids intravenously and strychnine(S), brucine(B), strychnine N oxide(SNO), brucine N oxide(BNO) in every tissue was determined by HPLC timely. RESULTS The concentration of S, B, SNO and BNO were high in brain and spinal marrow. CONCLUSION S, B, SNO and BNO all have the ability to permeate blood brain barrier.

ObjectiveTo explore the influence of mental abacus calculation (MAC) training on children's form recognition.Methods 28 children ( 14 children with MAC training and 14 children with non-MAC traning)were investigated by using event-related potential(ERP) technology.The event-related potentials were recorded when subjects were in the different form shape recognition.Results ( 1 ) The amplitudes of the posterior P1 evoked by the children with MAC training ( (9.59 ± 3.58) μV) were significantly greater than that of the children without MAC training ( (7.06 ± 2.84) μV) ( P ＜ 0.05 ).(2) The amplitudes of right temporal-posterior N170 of children with MAC( ( -9.83 ±2.97) μV) were markedly less than that of children with non-MAC( ( - 12.45 ±2.51 ) μV) ( P ＜ 0.05 ).( 3 ) The amplitudes of prefrontal P3 of children with MAC ( (7.65 ± 2.25 ) μV) were remarkably greater than that of children with non-MAC ( (4.89 ± 3.35 ) μV) ( P ＜ 0.05 ).ConclusionThe brain function of form recognition in children is influenced by mental abacus calculation training.
