1.Effect of clinical nursing pathway on oral and maxillofacial trauma

Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing pathway on oral and maxillofacial trauma.Methods One hundred inpatients were assigned according to the odd or even number of registration into the experiment group and the control group equally.The experiment group received clinical nursing pathway while the control one routine nursing.Results The rates of awareness of health education and satisfaction in the experiment group were significantly higher than the control group and the average stay was significantly shorter than that of the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway used in the care of oral and maxillofacial trauma may standardize the manipulations of nursing care,enhance the nursing staff's sense of responsibility, and promote the patients' satisfaction,as well as the quality of care.
2.Factors affecting the quality of life in patients with Parkinson's disease

Objective To explore the factors affecting the quality of life in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods The quality of life,severity of disease,activities of daily living,motor responses,mental state and the complications of treatment in 71 patients with PD were evaluated by the PD Quality of Life Questionnaire(PDQL),Unified PD Rating Scale(UPDRS),the Hoehn-Yahr scale,the Schwab and England disability scale,the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale for Depression(HRSD),and meanwhile factors such as age,gender,age of onset,the beginning symptom,the location of onset,smoking,doses of L-dopa and fluctuations etc were evaluated by some methods.Results Bivariate analysis showed that the longer course of disease and treatment,the more doses of L-dopa,the higher scores of UPDRS and the Hoehn-Yahr scale,and depression fluctuations with patients,the worse quality of life they had(P

BACKGROUND:Psychiatric patients are the high risk group of people who are liable to commit suicide.Recently,research on neurobiology and genetics of suicide mainly concentrates in the study of 5 hydroxytryptamine(5 HT) system.It is found that T102C polymorphism of 5 HT2A receptor gene is associated with suicide in depressive patients. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the correlation of A 1438G polymorphism of 5 HT2A receptor gene with attempted suicide in psychiatric patients. DESIGN:An observational comparative study of taking the patients as subjects and healthy physical examinee as the controls. SETTINGS:A psychiatric department in a municipal hospital and a neurological department in a university hospital. PARTICIPANTS:All the samples in the research were collected from the Department of Psychiatry of Yangzhou Wutaishan Hospital from March to September 2002.Analysis of genotype was completed in the Neurobiological Laboratory of Xuzhou Medical Institute from October to December 2002.Inclusive criterion:patients met the diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia or affective disorder in the third edition of the Chinese Classification and diagnostic criteria of Mental Disorders(CCMD 3) and Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Fourth Edition(DSM IV).Exclusive criterion: parasuicider with idea or behavior of hurting oneself,but without intention to die.According to whether there was suicidal behavior or intention,116 patients were divided into 2 groups:attempted suicide group[n=52,35 males and 17 females,with an average age of (44± 13) years old] and no suicide group [n=64, 44 males and 20 females, with an average age of (48± 15) years old].Other 63 cases were taken as the normal controls[33 males and 30 females, with an average age of (55± 17) years old]. INTERVENTIONS:DNA of all the participants was extracted with the routine method of chloroform saturatedphenol leukocyte pheresis.The polymorphism of 5 HT2A receptor gene was analyzed with the restriction fragment length polymorphism. RESULTS:The G allele frequency of A 1438G polymorphism in the attempted suicide group(0.52) was significantly higher than that in the normal control group(0.39)(χ 2=3.91,P< 0.05).There were significant differences in the distribution of the 3 genotypes of AA, AG and GG between the attempted suicide group(0.23,0.50, 0.27) and normal control group(0.32, 0.59, 0.09)(χ 2=6.12,P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:Attempted suicide of psychiatric patient is associated with A 1438G polymorphism of 5 HT2A receptor gene.G allele may be a risk factor for the attempted suicide of psychiatric patient.
4.Correlation between apolipoprotein B/apolipoprotein A-Ⅰ and intracranial artery stenosis in young patients with ischemic stroke

Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum apolipoprotein B (ApoB)/ ApoA-Ⅰ ratio and intracranial artery stenosis in young patients with ischemic stroke.Methods Patients with ischemic stroke aged from 18 to 45 were enrolled in the study.Brain CT angiography was used to evaluate the degree of intracranial artery stenosis,and the concentrations of serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,ApoA-Ⅰ,and ApoB were detected.The ratio of ApoB/ApoA-Ⅰ was calculated.The Demographic and clinical characteristics of the intracranial artery stenosis group and the non-intracranial artery stenosis group were compared.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to identify the independent risk factors for intracranial artery stenosis in young patients with ischemic stroke.Results A total of 161 young patients with ischemic stroke were enrolled,including 89 in the intracranial artery stenosis group and 72 in the non-intracranial artery stenosis group.The constituent ratios of diabetes mellitus (20.2% vs.6.9%;x2 =4.641,P =0.032),smoking (47.5% vs.15.2%;x2 =15.121,P=0.001),hyperlipidermia (56.1% vs.48.6%;x2 =4.197,P=0.040),as well as the radios in serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (1.29 ± 0.30 mmol/L vs.1.65 ± 0.34 mmol/L;t =7.131,P=0.002),ApoA-Ⅰ (1.49 ± 0.65 g/L vs.1.63 ± 0.23 g/L;t =2.751,P =0.001),ApoB (1.49 ± 0.65 g/L vs.1.63±0.23 g/L;t=2.751,P=0.001),and ApoB/ApoA-Ⅰ ratio (1.49±0.65 vs.1.63± 0.23;t =2.751,P=0.001) had significant differences between the two groups.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that diabetes (odds ratio [OR] 3.052,95% confidence interval [CI] 1.186-7.856;P =0.021),smoking (OR 2.997,95% Cl 1.456-6.172;P =0.003),hyperlipidemia (OR 4.745,95% CI 2.108-10.668;P =0.001),ApoB (OR 4.861,95% CI 3.029-7.802;P=0.001),and ApoB/ ApoA-Ⅰ ratio (OR 5.684,95% CI 2.215-14.584;P=0.002) were the independent risk factors for intracranial artery stenosis in young patients with ischemic stroke,while HDL-C (OR 0.561,95% CI 0.354-0.888;P=0.014) and ApoA-Ⅰ (OR 0.065,95% CI 0.010-0.409;P=0.004) were the independent protective factors.After adjustment for hypertension,diabetes,smoking,hyperlipidemia,HDL-C,ApoA-Ⅰ,and ApoB,ApoB/ApoA-Ⅰ ratio was still an independent risk factor for intracranial artery stenosis in young patients with ischemic stroke (each increase of 1 standard deviation,OR 4.255,95% CI 2.348-7.711;P=0.001).Conclusion ApoB/ApoA-Ⅰ ratio is an independent risk factor for intracranial artery stenosis in young patients with ischemic stroke.
5.Influence of aging on motor function and striatum dopamine transporter of rats

Objective To investigate the influence of aging on motor function,binding activity and protein expression level of striatum dopamine transporter(DAT)of rats. Methods Rolling-bar test was performed to assess motor function.Western blot and 131I-FP-β-CIT up-take ratio were used to evaluate DAT protein 1evel and striatum DAT binding activity respectively. Results There were an age-related decline of rolling-bar latency and striatum 131I-FP-β-CIT up-take ratio in rats older than6 months.There was a significant difference between 6-month-old rats and older rats(12-month-old rats,16-month-old rats,20-month-old rats),and rolling-bar latency was correlated with striatum 131I-FP-β-CIT up-take ratio(r=0.656,P<0.01).There was no change in DAT protein 1evel during aging process. Conclusions The age-related decline of motor function of rats was correlated with the decreasing of striatum DAT binding activity.The synaptic membrane expression of striatum DAT may decrease in aged rats.
6.Perioperative psychological nursing of living-related liver transplantation

Objective To study the effect of perioperative psychological nursing on living-related liver transplantation. Methods The following measures were adopted according to the donors' concrete condition: using nursing procedure in holistic nursing, to assess and determine the main problems in perioperative period, nurses mastered psychological nursing knowledge and skills in individualized psychological nursing, giving pertinent and individualized health education to patients in accordance with their psychological problems during the perioperative period. Results The donors could face the operation with good psychological state after being given fully-integrated and whole-system psychological nursing. Conclusions Psychological nursing is important for living-related liver transplantation during the perioperative period.
7.Effect of lactoferrin supplementation combined with standard therapy on Helicobacter pylori infection in children

Objective To observe the effect of lactoferrin supplementation combined with standard triple therapy on eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) and its adverse reaction in children. Methods A total of 90 children who were diagnosed with H.pylori infection from January 2012 to January 2013 and had never received eradicative treatment were ran-domly divided into two groups. Forty-five children in control group received the standard triple therapy and another 45 children in observation group received lactoferrin supplementation combined with standard triple therapy. Adverse reaction during the treatment was recorded and eradication rate of H.pylori at 4 weeks after treatment was observed. Results The eradication rate of H.pylori in observation group (91.11%, 41/45) was higher than that in control group (73.33%, 33/45) and the adverse reaction rate in observation group (4.44%, 2/45) was lower than that in control group (20.00%, 9/45).The differences were significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Lactoferrin supplementation combined with standard triple therapy can increase H.pylori eradication rate and reduce the occurrence of adverse reaction.
8.Mediating effect of exercise on the relationship between body mass index and health-related quality of life

Objective To evaluate the effect of exercise on the relationship between body mass index (BMI) and health-related quality of life (HRQOL).Methods A total of 1 114 participants were recruited from the Physical Examination Center of two hospitals.SF-36 was used to measure HRQOL,and the classification of sports level was done according to the subjective evaluation of participants.Results The total score of HRQOL,physical component summary and mental component summary were 76.26± 16.10,75.97 ± 16.67 and 76.55± 18.33 respectively.The results of correlation analysis were as following:the positive correlation between BMI and general health (r=0.109),vitality (r=0.116),social functioning (r=0.092),role emotional (r=0.122),mental health (r =0.145) were significant (P< 0.01).The negative correlation between BMI and PF(r=-0.07,P=0.019)was significant.The mediation effects of exercise in was relationship between BMI and general health,vitality,mental health were significant,and the mediating effect were 5.84%,9.14% and 6.58%.Conclusion This study demonstrates that mediation effects of the exercise are significant in some dimensions of HRQOL,but the direct influence of BMI on the HRQOL plays a leading role.And BMI is a protective factor under certain conditions.
9.Dock180 knockout inhibits proliferationand promotes apoptosis of rat derived H9C2 cardiomyocytes strain

Objective To investigate the effects of dedicator of cytokinesis 1 (Dock180) knockout on proliferation and apoptosis in rat derived H9C2 cardiomyocytes and their mechanisms.Methods A single guide RNA (sgRNA) targeting rat Dock180 gene was designed and constructed using CRISPR/Cas9 system.A plasmid contained above sgRNA was packaged into lentivirus and selected to knockout Dock180 in the cardiomyocytes.A single clone of cardiomyocyte with Dock180 knockout was established.Cardiomyocytes were divided into negative lentivirus group (Cas9, A group), Dock180 knockout group (B group), Cas9 lentivirus hypoxia group (C group), Dock180 knockout hypoxia group (D group).The expression of Dock180 mRNA was examined by RT-PCR, and relevant proteins were detected by Western blot.The cell proliferation rate of the cardiomyocytes was determined by MTT, and the apoptotic rate was measured by flow cytometry.Results Dock180 mRNA and protein were absent in B andD groups.Compared with A and C groups, p-ERK1/2 and Bcl-2 protein expression and cell proliferation rate were lower in B and D groups respectively (P<0.01), while Bax protein expression and cell apoptosis rate were higher in B and D groups respectively (P<0.05, P<0.01);Compared with A group, Dock180 mRNA and protein, p-ERK1/2 and Bcl-2 proteins and cell proliferation rate were reduced, while Bax protein and cell apoptosis rate were increased in C group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared with B group, p-ERK1/2 and Bcl-2 proteins and cell proliferation rate were decreased, while Bax protein and cell apoptosis rate were increased in D group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusions Dock180 knockout with CRISPR/Cas9 can inhibit proliferation and promote apoptosis via p-ERK1/2, Bcl-2 and Bax in H9C2 cardiomyocytes.
10.Role of RIP3 in necroptosis signaling pathways of cortical neurons

Objective To investigate the location of receptor interacting protein 3( RIP3) in Necroptosis and its function in this signal passage, and explore the relationship between receptor interacting protein 1 ( RIP1 ) and RIP3 in nuclear translocation. Methods Primary cerebrocortical neurons were cultured for 12 days,then pre-treated with zVAD-fmk(20μ,mol/L) for half an hour to block apoptosis. ①Extracting nuclear and cytoplasmic protein after neurons were exposed to TNF for different time ,then protein levels of RIP3 were analyzed by western blot and immunofluorescence for qualitative observation;②In the following research,the neurons were treated with Nec-1 and shRlPl ,then the protein level of RIP1 and RIP3 with western blot were analyzed, cell viability were determined by measuring LDH levels. Results ①In signaling pathways of necroptosis, the protein level of RIP3 in cytoplasmic decreased gradually with prolonged TNF exposure, to the corresponding it rolled up in nucleus and a-chieved the peak in 12 hours of TNF treatment ( Cytoplasmic 0. 45 ± 0. 03 ,0. 41 ± 0. 02,0. 73 ± 0. 03 ,0. 90 ± 0.01,1.15 ±0.04,1.30 ±0.02,0.99 ±0.03,0.63 ±0. 03;Nucleus 0. 07 ±0.02,0. 26 ±0.02,0. 57 ±0. 02,0. 68 ± 0.02,0. 80 ± 0.01,0.92 ± 0.02,1.28 ± 0.03,0. 87 ± 0.02) (P < 0.01). ②Blocking the relationship between RIP1 and RIP3 with necrostatin-1 and shRIPl , nuclear translocation of RIP3 decreased and caused a great increase in cell viability( 1.00 ±0.05,0.39 ±0.03,0.50 ±0. 03) (P<0. 01). Conclusion RIP3 mainly locates in cy-tolymph of normal cells,it translocates into nucelus as necroptosis takes place. RIP1 function with RIP3 in nuclear translocation. Block nuclear translocation of RIP3 is a potential way to protect cells.
