International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;40(6):583-584,588
In recent years, food intolerance has gradually become the focus of public attention.Food intolerance is a complicated allergic disease, which is different from food allergy. It may lead to systemic diseases.Because of its hidden and no specific symptoms, the diagnosis is often difficult.Through the detection of food specific IgG antibody,no intake or less intolerance food intake, can effectively improve the patient's symptoms, control and prevention of disease. This article reviews food intolerance from six aspects including its pathogenesis, the difference of food allergy, morbidity, the relationship with pediatric headache, the evaluation of diagnostic technique and nutrient adjustment.
2.Development and reform of the legal system for health insurance in China
Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2015;(4):35-40
Health insurance is an important part of social security, and many problems have arisen in the con-struction of its legal system, such as legislative lag, lack of coordination among law enforcement, and serious disloca-tion of judicial relief. Therefore, under the vital time of performing the strategy of “rule by law”, the development and reform of the legal system for health insurance in China should be promoted. On the basis of summarizing the his-torical development of the legal system for health insurance in China, this paper proposes solutions such as centrali-zing legislative upgrades and expediting the process of unitary and special laws from the perspective of“rule by law”. The system of personal credit should be established and judicial transparency should be promoted to improve the legal system for health insurance.
3.The expression and signiifcance of ERp29 in 2 mice hepatocellular carcinoma ascites syngeneic cell lines with high and low lymph node metastasis rates
China Oncology 2015;(2):95-98
Background and purpose:ERp29 belongs to endoplasmic reticulum stress proteins and might play roles in neoplasm metastasis. This study aimed to investigate the expression of ERp29 in Hca-F and Hca-P cells and to elucidate its role in lymphatic metastasis. Methods:Immunohistochemistry, Western blot and lfow cytometry analysis were used to detect the expression of ERp29 in Hca-F and Hca-P.Results:The results of immunohistochemistry suggested that ERp29 protein was located at cytoplasm of hepatic cells and some were also detected in the nucleus. The results of western blot suggested that ERp29 had positive expression in Hca-F and Hca-P cells. Its expression in Hca-F cells was apparently lower than that in Hca-P cells. And there was statically different between Hca-F and Hca-P cells (P<0.01). The relative lfuorescence intensity of ERp29 protein was signiifcantly lower in Hca-F cells (375.27±47.33) than that in Hca-F cells (623.91±46.80) by lfow cytometry (P<0.01).Conclusion:The different expression of ERp29 may be related to the potential ability of tumor lymphatic metastasis in Hca-F and Hca-P cells.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2017;37(7):1010-1014
Objective Culture, expansion and characterization of pseudomyxoma peritonei cells to support foundation for the study of pseudomyxoma peritonei and drug screening. Methods Tumors from 5 cases of human pseudomyxoma peritonei were cultured by collagenase digestion. The cultured cells were then identified as tumor cells by chromosome karyotyping. The secretion of neutral mucopolysaccharide was detected by PAS staining. To simulate the tumor growth condition in vivo,3D culture was applied and the morphology of the cultured organoid was observed with HE staining, xenografts were used to test the tumorigenicity of PMP primary cells. Results The primary culture of pseudomyxoma peritonei cells was successful in all of the 5 cases.2D cultured cells were adherent, polygonal pebble-like arranged, and passed on up to 18 generations.Chromosome karyotype analysis showed that most of the cells were subdiploid karyotype tumor cells.Positive PAS staining suggests that these cells secrete mucus. The morphology of 3D cultured organoid was similar to that of tumor tissues. The tumor formation rate of xenografts was low,and the tumoris not similar to patient's PMP.Conclusions Pseudomyxoma peritonei tumor cells can be cultured and expanded in vitro.
