1.The development of military acute stress scale

ObjectiveTo develop the military acute stress scale and examine the reliability and validity of this scale.MethodsBased upon the previous acute stress researches and the rule of psychometrics,the military acute stress scale was compiled according to open-ended inventory survey.A total of 630 personnel were chosen by random cluster sampling,and tested with this scale,50 of them were tested by Chinese Military psychosomatic health Scale simultaneously,and 50 of them were retested after two week.The reliability and validity were examined by exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis.ResultsThe military acute stress scale was comprised of 9 factors and one lie sub-scale ; Main fit indexes of model were the following CMIN =1219.476,DF =593,P =0.000,CMIN/DF =2.056,IFI =0.927,TLI =0.902,CFI =0.924,RMSEA =0.059; The conrelation coefficients between subscales and subscales were 0.284-0.572.The correlation coefficients between subscales and total scale were 0.700 ~ 0.846 (P < 0.05 or 0.01 ) ; The correlation coefficients was significant between this scale and Chinese military psychosomatic health scale.The correlation coefficients were 0.338-0.962 (P < 0.01 ).The test-retest correlation coefficients of total scale and subscales were 0.379-0.909 (P < 0.01 ).The Cronbaeh's α coefficients were 0.606-0.926 ; and the split-half correlation coefficients were 0.466-0.855.ConclusionThe military acute stress scale has acceptable psychometrics properties on reliability and validity.
2.Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering Analysis on Safflower Injections

Objective:To study the surface enhanced Raman scattering ( SERS) of safflower and identify safflower injections by SERS quickly and effectively. Methods:Through comparative analysis of the Raman spectroscopy of safflower injections and the corre-sponding control herbs, the rapid identification of safflower injections was realized. Results:The results showed that several character-istic peaks of safflower were enhanced obviously in SERS, which could be used to identify safflower injections. Conclusion:The meth-od is reliable, rapid, accurate and specific, which can be applied as a method to identify safflower and its injections.
3.Clinical laboratory tests of venous thromboembolism in obstetrics and gynecology

Venous thrombotic disease is a serious disease,which impact on health and life-threatening.Pulmonary embolism and deep-vein thrombosis are the two components of a single disease called venous thromboembolism in obstetrics and gynecology.but it can be difficult to diagnose because clinical symptoms and signs are non-specific or absent in early venous thrombus embolism (VTE).It has great value that how to use the most economic,simple,efficient method for screened high-risk groups,timely and accurate laboratory diagnosis of VTE.
4.Research on the ideas and modes of continuous medical education

In this article the present situation is analyzed by retrieving the training pattern and the curriculum of the continuing medical education in China, and new thoughts and training patterns which are more suitable for China's national conditions are put forward. It can be strengthened by course offered that the knowledge and skill of basic medical knowledge, new medical technology, medicopsychology, medical dietetics, professional medicine and communication skills. So the medical technologists can get comprehensive continuing education and skill development. Finally, the high level of teaching quality of the continuing education organization and the effective monitoring and feedback system which will lay the foundation for further improving the quality of the continuing medical education.
5.Hyaluronate acid and oxidized regenerated cellulose prevent adhesion reformation after adhesiolysis in rat

Objective To evaluate the effect of pelvic adhesiolysis to prevent readhesion in the second look operation.Methods 30 rats underwent laparotomy incision of uterus to create intraperitoneal adhesions models.The animals were randomly divided into three groups:the first group:isotonic Na chloride (n =10);the second group:medical Sodium Hyaluronate (n =10),the third group:Oxidized regenerated cellulose.After 2-week recovery period,the animals were operated andintraperitoneal adhesions were assessed,then,all adhesions were released and set isotonic Na chloride,medical Sodium Hyaluronate and Oxidized regenerated cellulose.Again,After 2-week recovery period,the animals were killed and the intraperitoneal adhesions were assessed.Results After the first operation the three groups had significant difference (F=7.114,P<0.05),After the second operation the three groups had no significant difference(F=0.280,P>0.05).Conclusion Medical sodium hyaluronate and oxidized regenerated cellulose are effective methods to prevent postoperative adhesions.However,they are ineffective to prevent readhesion after adhesiolysis.
6.Effect of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi on calcium metabolism and vitamin D-dependent gene expressions in ovariectomized rats

Objective To investigate the effect of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi(FLL),a kidney-tonifying Chinese herbal medicine,on calcium metabolism and vitamin D-dependent gene expression in ovariectomized(OVX) rats.Methods Four weeks after OVX surgical operation the OVX rats were ig admini-(stered) with estradiol and FLL for 14 weeks.Ca~(2+) Level in serum,urine,and feces was measured by colorimetric methods,and gene expressions in duodenum and kidney were analyzed by reversed transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results Ovariectomy of rat led to significant loss of calcium in vivo,as demonstrated by decreasing serum Ca~(2+) level and increasing Ca~(2+) excretion rate in urine and feces in OVX rat group.Treatment of OVX rats with FLL could effectively restore serum Ca~(2+) level and prevent the increase of Ca~(2+) excretion from urine and feces.RT-PCR Analysis showed that both estradiol and FLL could prevent OVX-induced decrease of mRNA expression in duodenal vitamin D receptor(VDR).In kidney,FLL did not alter mRNA expressions of 25-hydroxyvitamin D 1-hydroxylase(1-OHase) and 25-hydroxyvitamin D 24-hydroxylase(24-OHase),while increased the mRNA expression levels of renal cal-ciumbinding protein-9k(CaBP-9k) and calcium-binding protein-28k(CaBP-28k).Conclusion FLL could improve the state of calcium imbalance induced by estrogen deficiency and the potential mechanism that contributes to the improvement of calcium status by FLL might involve the increase in intestinal sensitivity to active vitamin D through its up-regulation of VDR expression in duodenum and the enhancement in Ca~(2+) reabsorption via the up-regulation of calcium binding proteins expression in kidney.
7.Expression characteristics of 5 drug-resistance genes in 6 common adult malignant tumors

Objective:To investigate the expression of five drug resistance genes in hepato cellular cancer,lung cancer,stomach cancer,colorectal cancer,ovarian cancer,breast cancer tissue. Methods:The expression of P-gp,MRP,LRP,GST-?,Topo-Ⅱ in 120 cases of malignant tumors were examined by immunohistochemistry stain. Results: 1. The expression of P-gp,MRP,LRP,GST-? in the 6 common cancers were relatively high,while Topo-Ⅱ was relatively low. 2. P-gp,MRP,LRP,GST-?,Topo-Ⅱ were all high expressed in hepatocellular cancer. 3. The coexpression rate of two and more genes was 95.83%,the coexpression rate of five genes was 21.67%. Conclusion:P-gp,MRP,LRP,GST-?,Topo-Ⅱ are associated with multidrug resistance in different degree,which can be regarded as valuable indicators for the decision of individual chemotherapeutic program.
8.Efficacy comparison of three primary cell culture methods for mature rat adipocytes

Objective:To identify the best method for isolating and culturing mature rat adipocytes in vitro.Methods:Three different primary culture methods,i.e.organ culture,ceiling culture,and modified ceiling culture were used in the present study.Mature Sprague-Dawley rat adipocytes were cultured in vitro.The cells were observed under microscope and oil red O staining to compare the distinction of cells with different culture methods in the same condition.Rusults:Adipocytes were successfully cultured by the three primary cell culture methods.Cells cultured were highly homogenous.Modified ceiling culture method was the best in terms of the efficiency of culturing and cell morphology.Conclusion:Modified ceiling culture,is a long-term stable primary culture method for mature rat adipocyte,providing a good technique platform for the studies related to adipocytes.

10.The effects of radix astragali on hypertrophic scars in rabbit ears

Objective:To observe the effects of radix astragali on hypertrophic scars in rabbit ears. Methods:Twenty healthy adult Japanese big ear rabbits were given hypertrophic scars over the ventral surface of the ears and on the 21st day after wound,animals were randomly divided into the treated groups (groups A,B,and C were treated with radix astragali in different concentrations)and the control groups(groups D and E were treated with saline and blank control,respectively). On the 32nd and 43rd day after wound,the thickness and hardness of scar were measured.The TGF-?1mRNA were detected in hypertrophic scar samples with RT- PCR.The change of scar tissues was observed with H&E staining and immunohistochemical staining with TGF-?1. Results:The thickness and hardness of scar were inversely correlated with the concentration of radix astragali in the radix astragali-treated group(P0.05)between the 32nd day and43rd day groups.Conclusion:Radix astragali could inhibit proliferation of hypertrophic scars in the rabbit ears by decreasing the expression of TGF-?1mRNA and its protein. Thereby radix astragali may have beneficial effects in the treatment of hypertrophic scar.
