Objective To approach rehabilitation nursing measures in using the allogeneic ten-don to re-establish the anterior cruciate ligament of knee through the tibia twin tunnel under arthroscopy.Methods Mental nursing and direct functional exercises was given to 30 patients who received this kind of operation from November,2006 to July,2007,and functional exercises of flection and extention of knee joint by steps,functional exercises of muscle force of quadficeps muscle and back muscle group of legs and the correct using of artificial brace of knee joint.Results Range of joint motion could reach 95°after 2 weeks and 125°after 4 weeks postoperation.Score of joint function(Lysholm)could reach(74.8±5.7)after 6 weeks,(80.0±2.3)after 9 weeks,(91.8±3.4)after 12 weeks, and(94.5±2.2)after 1 year.Conclusion Selective perioperative rehabilitation nursing instruction is the important guarantee of function recovery.

Objective To investigate the effect of Suanzaoren Decoction on hippocampus, cortex BDNF and TrKB gene expression in depression model rats. Methods Depression rat models were established by social-isolated raise and chronic stress stimulation. Suanzaoren decoction was administrated to the models. RT-PCR was adopted to detect the expression of mRNA BDNF and TrKB genes. Results The mRNA expression of BDNF and TrKB in cortex of Suanzaoren decoction high dose group、medium dose group and clomipramine group(0.213±0.094, 0.639±0.023, 1.032±0.015, 1.089±0.014, 1.580±0.012, 1.860±0.019)were all higher than the model group(0.032±0.008, 0.001±0.000), showing a significant difference among four groups (P<0.01), and the mRNA expression of BDNF and TrKB in hippocampus of Suanzaoren decoction high dose group, medium dose group and clomipramine group(0.213±0.094, 0.639±0.023, 1.032±0.015, 1.089±0.014, 1.580± 0.012, 1.860±0.019)were higher than the model group (0.021±0.015, 0.125±0.013), there was a significant difference between four groups(P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the mRNA expression of low-dose group of Suanzaoren decoction in both cortex and hippocampus of BDNF and TrKB was not significantly different to the model group(P>0.05). Conclusion Suanzaoren decoction can increase the expression of BDNF and TrKB gene, promote neuronal proliferation, and resist depression.

Objective To study the morphological characteristics of craniofacial contour in ageing.Methods Craniofacial morphology was examined in a sample of 20 young men and 20 old men.By multi-slice helical CT,a computer reconstruction technique was used to produce three dimensional images and 3-D reconstruction data were analyzed quantitatively.Results Compared with the young men,old men increased with midface(Zy-Zy),lower face(Go-Go),supraorbital projection(Fb-Sr,T-So),midface depth (N-Po),and lower facial depth(T-Gn),and decreased with maxillary height(N-Sd) and upper facial width(Ft-Ft,T-T).Conclusion Facial width and depth and supraorbital projection tend to be increased and facial height decreased with ageing.

Objective:To discuss the role of clinical pharmacists in perioperative drug treatment for a patient after renal transplan-tation. Methods:Clinical pharmacists participated in the drug therapy for a patient after renal transplantation. Pharmaceutical care and health education were performed for the patient in the aspects of immunosuppression, anti-hepatitis B virus, gastric mucosa protection, diarrhea, acute rejection and the other treatment programs. Results:The participation of clinical pharmacists in the clinical treatment for the patient improved therapeutic scheme and promoted therapeutic efficacy. Conclusion:The participation of clinical pharmacists in clinical drug therapy for patients can provide individualized service to improve reasonable, effective and economical drug use.

Objective Toinvestigatetheeffectofrehabilitationrobothandontheupperlimbmotor functioninpatientswithstrokeandhemiplegia.Methods Theeffectsoftraditionalrehabilitation therapy or robot rehabilitation treatment of 15 stroke patients with hemiplegia were analyzed retrospectively. There were 4 females and 11 males. According to the group order,they were divided into either a robot rehabilitation group (n=8 )or a general rehabilitation group (n =7 ). The patients of the general rehabilitation group received general rehabilitation training at the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine for 4 weeks,3 times a week,and 30 min for each time. At the same time,they also conducted family rehabilitation training,5 times a week,once for 1 h;the patients of the robot rehabilitation group received the general rehabilitation training for the same length of time as the general rehabilitation group,and they also performed robot rehabilitation training,5 times a week,once for 1 h. The patients of both groups were evaluated with the modified Ashworth scale (MAS )scores,Fugl-Meyer motor assessment of the upper extremity(FMA-UE),andWolfmotorfunctiontest(WMFT)beforeandaftertreatment.Results Compared with before training,the MAS score of the robot rehabilitation group was decreased significantly after four weeks of training. The time in WMFT was shortened significantly and the function score was improved obviously. The scores of upper extremity,hand score,and total FMA score in FMA-UE were improved significantly,and there were significant differences (all P <0. 05 ),while there were no significant differences in various indicators in the general rehabilitation group (all P>0. 05). Comparing the effects after four weeks of rehabilitation in both groups,the robot rehabilitation group was superior to the general rehabilitationgroupforthehandscoreinFMA-UE(allP<0.05).Conclusion Therehabilitation robot hand effectively lowered the upper limb spasticity. It has significant effect for recovery motor function of hand;however,it did not have a significant effect for motor rehabilitation on wrist.

To investigate the biological role of snake venom cystatin(sv-cystatin) in tumor progression, the cDNA of sv-cystatin amplified by PCR from pUC18-cystatin plasmid was cloned into methanol-inducible expression vector pPICZ?A. The linearized recombinant plasmid pPICZ?A-cystatin was transfered into Pichia pastoris, strain GS115 by electrophoration. Transfermants with phenotype Mut+ selected were identified by PCR analysis and induced in 1.0% methanol. The reombinant sv-cystatin protein was examined by SDS-PAGE, Western blot analysis. The molecular mass of expression product was about 14 kDa and approximately 16 mg/L of recombinant sv-cystatin was produced from one of GS115-cystatin transformants. Objective To investigate the expression level of tumor necrosis factor α( TNF-α) , heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in serum and to analyze the correlation of TNF-αand HSP70 with the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) among Hui and Han nationalities in Ningxia .Methods Using the method of case-control study and according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of case and control groups , 225 patients with T2DM who were treated by Department of Endocrinology and 600 healthy people during health checkups were enrolled in the study between October 2011 and October 2012 .A double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA) was used to determine the protein expres-sion levels of TNF-αand HSP70 in serum.Results The expression levels of TNF-αin the total population investigated and Hui population in T2DM group were significantly higher than in the control (t=-3.512,-3.791,all P<0.01).The difference in expression levels of TNF-αbetween the Han people of T 2DM group and control group , and that in the expression levels of HSP70 between the case group and control group were not statistically significant ( t =-0.565,-0.020,-1.251,-0.809,all P>0.05).The elevated serum levels of TNF-αincreased the risk for T2DM(OR=1.500, 95%CI:1.075-2.093,P=0.017).The expression levels of TNF-αin the total people, case and control of Hui people were significant lower than the homologous Han people (t=9.373,2.223,9.734, all P<0.01 or 0.05).Pearson analysis showed that the high expression of TNF-αwas positively correlated with blood glucose level (r=0.110,P=0.001),but there was no correlation between the high expression of HSP 70 and blood glucose level (r=0.023, P=0.504).The result of multiple logistic regression analysis indicated that gender and waist-to-hip ratio(WHR) were risk factors for high levels of TNF-α(P<0.01 or 0.05)while HSP70 and nationalities were protective factors.Systolic blood pressure(SBP) and WHR were risk factors for the high level of HSP70(all P<0.01), but TNF-αwas protective factors.HSP70, TNF-α, gender, family history, BMI, SBP, triglycerides(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), alanine trans-aminase(ALT), and psychological stress were risk factors for T2DM, but high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was a protective fac-tor.Conclusion The high expression of TNF-αin serum is closely related to elevated fasting plasma glucose ( FPG) and T2DM onset.The expression level of TNF-αin serum in Hui people is lower than in Han people ,possibly correlated with ethnic heredity.The high expression of HSP70 in serum may induce T2DM onset.
