International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2017;38(16):2188-2189,2192
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of adopting B-type ultrasound guided peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) in the patients with lung cancer. Methods Two hundreds and ninety-five cases of lung cancer undergoing PICC in our hospital from January 2011 to May 2016 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the observation group (151 cases) and control group (144 cases) according to the PICC methods.PICC in the observation group adopted the B-type guided modified Seldinger technique, while the control group adopted the conventional method. The venous thrombus occurrence situation in the two groups was comparatively analyzed. Results (1) The platelet count (PLT),plasma D dimer (D-D) and thromboxane B2 (TXB2),endothelin (ET),6-keto-prostaglandin F1 alpha (6-keto-PGF1α) before PICC had no signigicant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).PLT,D-D,TXB2 and ET at 12,24 h after PICC in the observation group and control group were gradually increased, while plasma 6-keto-PGF1α was gradually decreased, the intra-group difference among different time points had statistical significant (P<0.05).PLT and plasma D-D,TXB2 and ET in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while keto-PGF1α was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The incidence rate of venous thrombosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting B-type ultrasound guided modified Seldinger technique for PICC in the patients with lung cancer has much lower incidence rate of venous thrombosis.
2.Advances in mechano-biological behavior of peridontal ligament during orthodontic tooth movement
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2013;36(6):367-370,380
Orthodontic tooth movement (OTM) is a very complicate mechano-biological procedure which is accomplished by the remodeling of periodontal tissues via orthodontic force. As the connective tissue between alveolar bone and cementum, periodontal ligament plays a vital role in the response and conduction of orthodontic force. The susceptible response of periodontal ligament to orthodontic force during OTM is a critical factor on inducing and modulating periodontal tissue restitution. This article reviews the concrete role of periodontal ligament and its mechano-biological behavior during OTM,discusses its mechanical response and biological mechanism respectively on histological, cellular and moleucular levels.
3.Correlation of levels of serum Hcy and MMP-9 with carotid intima-media thickness in patients with essential hypertension
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(11):1618-1619
Objective To investigate the correlation of levels of Hyperhomocysteinemia (Hcy) and Matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) with intima-media thickness (IMT) in patients with essential hypertension (EH).Methods 100 cases with EH and 30 healthy control subjects were selected. The levels of serum Hcy and MMP-9 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The IMT was detected by high-resolution ultrasound which as a index of large vessels atherosclerosis. Results The levels of serum Hcy and MMP-9 in EH group were significantly higher than those in control group( t =4.52,4.78,4.19,all P < 0.05 ).With the increased level of blood pressure classification IMT progressively thicker, and carotid atherosclerosis extent gradually increased,Hcy and MMP-9 increased significantly. The levels of Hcy and MMP-9 were significantly higher showed significant diference( all P <0.05 ) ; the levels of serum Hcy and MMP-9 were positively correlated with IMT ( r =0.352,0.326,all P < 0.05 ).Conclusion The levels of serum Hey and MMP-9 rere positively correlated with IMT in EH patients, and it suggested that Hcy and MMP-9 participate the pathological process of arteriosclerosis.
4.Progress of microRNA in esophageal cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2017;29(2):129-133
MicroRNA (miRNA) is a kind of small molecular non-coding RNA, which plays important roles in biological processes such as cell differentiation, proliferation, invasion and apoptosis by regulating the expression of target mRNA. Some miRNAs have the functions of oncogene or tumor suppressors in tumor genesis and development. In recent years, the study of miRNA on the early diagnosis, clinical staging, personalized treatment and prognostic evaluation in esophageal cancer is on the rise. Discoveries of miRNAs with close relations to esophageal cancer will be reviewed.
5.PRACTICE AND REFLECTIONS ON THE COMBINATION OF TCM CULTURE AND MOD-ERN HOSPITALCULTURE
Modern Hospital 2015;(1):118-119
To explore how to combine the culture of traditional Chinese medicine and modern hospital culture better, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital.AsChinese cultural spirit can be summed up by “be-nevolence”, “harmoniousness”, “sincerity”, we can put the “benevolence” into the hospital spirit culture, make“harmoniousness” reflect the service culture, and create the brand culture with “sincerity”.
6.The Influence of Psychological Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life of Patients with Cerebral Stroke
Journal of Kunming Medical University 2013;(12):153-155
Objective To explore the influence of psychological nursing intervention on reducing the incidence of depression, and on the quality of life of patients with depression after stroke. Methods Firstly, we randomly divided the patients with depression after stroke into two groups, the study group with 90 patients, and the control group with 90 patients. And then we evaluated the best way of clinical care for the disease by observing the incidence of depression and the quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment. Results The incidence of depression in patients in the two groups decreased after nursing intervention. The decreasing degree of the study group was more significant than the control group, and the differences had statistical significance ( <0.05) . Life quality of patients of the two groups were improved. The study group had more significant effect than the control group, the differences had statistical significance ( < 0.05) .Conclusion Enhancing the psychological nursing intervention is valuable in clinical application to improve the mood state of patients with cerebral stroke, reduce the incidence of depression after stroke, promote rehabilitation exercise, and improve life quality.
7.Investigation of family environment and parental rearing of patients with depression
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective:To explore the features of family environment and parental rearing of the patients with depression.Methods:Ninety-eight patients with depression and 100 healthy volunteer were assessed with the family environment scale(FES-CV) and egna minnen av barndoms uoofostran(EMBU).Results:Compared with normal controls, the scores of factors of cohesion, emotion expression, independence, achievement, entertainment and sense of organization of the depressive family were obviously lower(P0.05).Compared with normal controls, the scores of parental warmth and understanding were lower in the depressive family(P
