Cutaneous wound healing is a complicated multiatep process with numerous mediators that act in a network of activation and inhibition processes. Nonhealing chronic wounds decrease the quality of Life. Recombinant growth factors, currently used in clinic, fail to provide a sustained repair function at the wound due to their inadequate biological availability and transient half-time. Recent attention has focused on gene therapy, which might become a significant treatment modality for those wound healing pathologies refractory to other wound management approaches. This review discusses the potentials and limitations of current genetherapy for the treatment of wounds, current ongoing clinical trials, and possible future directions in this exciting field.

AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation surgical intervention of complicated cataract in patients with uveitis.
●METHODS:Retrospective study. A total of 57 cases (57 eyes ) with complicated cataract with uveitis were involved in the study from Jan. 2015 to Dec. 2015. All cases underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation surgery successfully. The postoperative reaction, effect, complications and so on were retrospectively analyzed after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation surgery. The date of visual outcome was analyzed using Non - parametric Wilcoxon test.
●RESULTS: lris were bleed in 21 eyes ( 37%) , 4 eyes ( 7%) with posterior capsule rapture and posterior chamber intraocular lens was not implanted in 4 eyes ( 7%) . The uncorrected visual acuity ( UCVA ) was significantly increased after surgery. The UCVA of 8 eyes (14%) were 0. 1 or better before surgery, and the UCVA of 42 eyes (74%) were 0. 1 or better 3mo after surgery, the difference was statistically significant ( Z=23. 42, P<0. 001). The corneal edema (17 eyes, 30%), uveitis (2 eyes, 4%) and intraocular hypertension ( 1 eyes, 2%) were appeared in postoperative 1d. The corneal edema (3 eyes, 5%) was appeared in postoperative 1wk. The uveitis ( 1 eyes, 2%) was appeared in postoperative 1mo. The corneal edema (1 eyes, 2%), uveitis (2 eyes, 4%) , intraocular hypertension ( 1 eyes, 2%) and after-cataract ( 3 eyes, 5%) were appeared in postoperative 3mo.
● CONCLUSION: The phacoemulsification combined intraocular lens implantation surgical intervention of complicated cataract in patients with uveitis has good effect and fewer complications.

APOBEC3 is a class of cytidine deaminase, which is considered as a new member of the innate immune system, and APOBEC3G belongs to this family. The research about APOBEC3G is a new direction of innate immune defense mechanism against virus. APOBEC3G has the restrictive activity on many viral replications, which deaminates dC to dU in the viral genome and then induces extensive hypermutation. APOBEC3G can also interrupt viral replication at several phases such as reverse transcription, replication, nucleocapsid and so on by non-deamination mechanisms. However, virus can encode viral proteins to counteract the restriction activity of APOBEC3G. Elucidation of the antagonistic interaction between APOBEC3G and the virus will be contributed to development of new antiviral drugs in the future.

Objective To evaluate the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of ovarian mucinous adenocarcinoma.Methods The clinical,pathologic and follow-up data of 39 cases with ovarian mucinous adenocarcinoma were analyzed retrospectively.Results 39 patients with ovarian mucinous adenocarcinoma had a median age of 45 years at diagnosis.The percentage of patients on stage Ⅰ was 59 ％ (23/39),and all patients had the symptoms of ovarian cystic neoplasm or solid mass.There were 24,12,3 cases in grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,respectively.Among 15 cases recieved appendectomy,2 cases were appendix infiltrated.The 3-year survival rate of the patients was 63 ％.The result of single-factor analysis showed that the FIGO stage and residual disease after surgery were the correlative factors both in progression free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS).The result of Cox proportional hazards regression model analysis indicated that residual disease after surgery was the independent prognostic factor of ovarian mucinous adenocarcinoma.Conclusion Ovarian mucinous adenocarcinoma has a better prognosis than other pathological types of ovarian epithelial carcinoma.Appendectomy should be suggested during the surgical treatment of ovarian mucinous adenocarcinoma.The FIGO stage and residual disease after surgery are the important prognostic factors of ovarian mucinous adenocarcinoma.

Objective To study the clinicopathologic characteristics and differential diagnosis of T-cell immunophenotype in intestinal non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL).Methods The clinicopathologic characteristics of 13 cases with intestinal T-cell lymphoma were analyzed by light microscopy and immunohistochemistry(Envision detection method).Results The lesions of 8 cases with T-cell lymphoma were found on the small intestine and 5 on the colon.Grossly,8 cases showed ulcer pattern,3 polypoid pattern and 2 presented as a regional thickening of intestinal wall.The tumor cells were medium to large size with pleomorphic nuclei and inflammatory background.The neoplastic lesions expressed the immunophenotype of peripheral T cells.The neoplastic cells of 13 cases(100%)expressed leukocyte common antigen(LCA);10(76.9%)cases expressed CD3;9(69.2%)CD45RO;5(38.5%)EB virus(EBV);3(23.1%)CD56 and 2(15.4%)vimentin(VIM).All the cases were negative for CD20,CD79a,CK,CDX2,NSE,CgA and CD117.ConclusionIntestinal T-cell lymphoma is a rare,aggressive neoplasm with poor prognosis and should be distinguished from other malignant tumors of intestine.

Objective To study the related factors of recurrence after myomectomy. Methods The clinical data of 441 cases with myomectomy were collected. The age at the time of operation, body mass index(BMI), preoperative parity, and the location, size and number of myomas were recorded, and the postoperative recurrence rate was calculated. Univariate and multivariate analysis were performed for possible factors related to recurrence. Results The average time of follow-up was(37.79?18.64) months. Recurrence was found in 125 cases, and 5-year cumulative rate of recurrence was 38.9%. Gene chip is a research tool on molecular biology which can detect generous gene expression rapidly.The studies on gene chip of leiomyoma have revealed the changes of gene expression related to cell growth,proliferation,apoptosis,metabolism,angiogenesis,formation of extracellular matrix,cell differentiation and immunity.The article reviews the advance on gene chip of leiomyoma and approaches the pathogenesis of leiomyoma on molecular level.

Objective Establish a laboratory quality control system to ensure accurate and reliable test data and to contrapose the influence of error factors in current detection methods for urinary iodine measurement. Methods The results of reagent blank absorbance value and uric iodine standard materials were collected, then their relevant technical indexes such as mean, standard deviation, control limit, auxiliary line were worked out. Then the quality control chart of blank test and the relative error control chart were made base on these technical indexes. And different iodine concentrations (high, middle and low concentration) were tested and their mean,relative reduction difference value, weighted mean value and critical limit Rc value were calculated, and then critical limit Rc value precision control chart was made. Results The range of absorbance of blank control test was 1.183 to 1.553. And the limit of the accuracy control Rc value was 0.0883, 0.0572, respectively, when the concentrations of urinary iodine was 0～ < 150 μg/L and 150 ～ 300 μg/L. The control limit of the relative error was 9.3%. Conclusions The method of quality control chart could be satisfactorily applied to identify the quality of the analytical results of urine iodine, and ensure the results of the urine iodine reliable and authentic.
