OBJECTIVETo understand the comorbid characteristics and distribution of combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine in depressive patients.
METHODThe descriptive statistic method and association rule were used to analyze the data from 19 general hospitals with 3-A level in China.
RESULTAmong the depressive disorder, the most frequent co-morbid physical diseases included hypertension (24.67%), coronary heart disease (16.10%) and cerebral infarction (12.89%), and the proportion of comorbid changes with the increasing age, from 6.51% to 12.55%, 16.33% and 12.47% for hypertension; from 2.79% to 5.69%, 10.17% and 14.22% for coronary heart disease; from 3.72%, 6.27%, 7.70% and 12.25% for cerebral infarction. The use frequency of the antidepressants is 77.18%, and the use frequency of flupentixol & melitracen is 20.95%. The use frequency of Huoxue Huayu Tongluo of traditional Chinese medicine is 59.97%, with that of 27.91% for Ginkgo biloba extract The combined use frequency of Huoxue Huayu Tongluo of TCM and the antidepressants is the highest, especially for the combined use of Shuxuening injection and fluoxetine.
CONCLUSIONThe most frequent comorbid diseases of depression include three kinds of diseases, such as hypertension, coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction, and its proportion gradually increased with the growth of age. The single use frequency of flupentixol & melitracen and G. biloba extract is the highest, while the combined use of Shuxuening injection and fluoxetine is the highest.

Acta Academiae Medicinae Sinicae 2017;39(3):425-431
Asthma is a chronic airway disease characterized by airway inflammation and airway remodeling. Chronic airway inflammation can be involved in airway remodeling in asthmatic patients by incuding epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT).Bromodomain-containing protein 4 (BRD4) is a key transcriptional regulator in mammals, and many evidences have shown that BRD4 plays a pivotal role in airway remodeling via nuclear factor-κB/RelA signaling pathway. This review summarizes the recent advances in the role of BRD4 in regulating EMT,with an attempt to elucidate the molecular mechanisms of asthma and inform the prevention and control of asthma.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(08):-
Objective To explore diagnosisand treatment of intestinal obstruction by foodballs in children. Methods The clinical datum of 21 cases of intestinal obstruction by foodballs in children were retrospectively ana- lyzed. Results While admission, only 2 cases could provide the history of having eaten foodballs wholly which could not be digested easily. The characteristics of clinical manifestation were intestinal obstruction completely or incom- pletely. All 21 cases had been treated conservatively first, only one case was successful and the other 20 cases had been cured by surgery afterwords. Conclusion There is no specific feature in clinical manifestations of intestinal ob- struction by foodballs in children,so it is difficult to make the diagnosis, but it must be considered suspicious especial- ly for those from rural area and with simple intestinal obstruction with reasons not known yet.If conservative therapy is failure in a short period,an operation should be done immediately.During operation,it is necessary to examine the whole digestive system thoroughly.

China Biotechnology 2006;0(10):-
Recombinant antibodies have become the major growth trends in biotech industry following their success on therapeutic application and good revenue. But the low level of mammalian expression and laggard fermentation process constrained the development of antibody industry in China. The global advances of antibody industry were reviewed, compared the respective advantage between dihydrofolate reductase and glutamine synthetase expression system, continuous perfusion and fed-batch processes were compared. Finally, based on the knowledge and experience of antibody expression and fermentation, the suitable strategy of antibody industrialization, e.g. the fermentation model and scale, should depend on the comprehensive consideration of entrepreneur for the productivity, manufacturing capacity and market revenue. It may be a wise choice to use glutamine synthetase expression system and continuous perfusion process for the need of Chinese antibody industrialization.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2006;0(01):-
Objective To identify the condition of colostomy care in different postoperative stages among the colostomy patients. Methods This study was divided into two section. Using the self-designed questionnaire to investigate 42 postoperative colostomy patients in the first and the second year respectively after the colostomy operation. Results With the time passing by, the money which have been used in buying colostomy products increased, while, the time in the colostomy care decreased. There are no significant difference between the two time point in colostomy self-care ability. The effect factors are age and the time since colostomy in the first year; and gender, age and the time since colostomy are the factors in the second years. Conclusion Nurses should using different nursing method according to the different physical and psychological condition of colostomy patients, and then promote rehabilitation early.
9.Evaluation of the prevention and treatment effects of acupuncture-moxibustion for Alzheimer disease based on various mouse models
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2021;19(2):147-156
Objective: To evaluate the prevention and treatment effects of acupuncture-moxibustion for Alzheimer disease (AD) based on various AD mouse models. Methods: Several representative types of mouse models were selected according to the pathophysiological causes of AD, including senescence accelerated mouse/prone (SAMP) mice, soluble amyloid-β protein (Aβ) injection mice/rats, amyloid precursor protein (APP) transgenic mice, and APP/PS1 double transgenic mice. Through the observation of behavioral changes and analysis of core items, the possible mechanisms of acupuncture-moxibustion in preventing and treating AD were explored. Results: Acupuncture-moxibusiton therapy can improve AD mice's cognitive dysfunction; the major action mechanisms including increasing cerebral blood flow, improving the expressions of vital proteins in the hippocampus, preventing neuron cell apoptosis, promoting the clearance of Aβ deposition, activating autophagy pathway to reduce memory deficits and regulating the metabolisms of brain-derived neurotrophic factor, tyrosine kinase receptor B, N- acetylaspartate and glutamic acid. Conclusion: Although the optimal mouse model is not determined, it is sure that acupuncture-moxibustion therapy can improve cognitive function. A more suitable AD animal model should be duplicated in order to better explore the inherent action mechanism of acupuncture-moxibustion in preventing and treating AD.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2008;7(2):147-149
Objective To investigate the effects of ghrelin on colonic motility in mice. Methods The eflfects of ghrelin on colonic propulsive movement were detected by charcoal suspension pushing test after injection of normal saline and different doses of ghrelin(20,50,100,200 ng/g).The effects of atropine,NG-nitro-L-arginine methylester hydrochloride(L-NAME)or D-Lys3-GHRP-6 on the changes of colonic propulsive movement caused by ghrelin(100 ng/g)were also investigated. In vitro, the effects of different doses of ghrelin(0.01,0.1,1,10μmol/L)on the spontaneous contraction amplitude of proximal colonic circular muscle strips were studied. Results Ghrelin significantly accelerated the colonic propulsive movement in dose-dependent manner, but the efiect was significantly inhibited in the presence of atropine,L-NAME or D-Lys3-GHRP-6(t=10.230,12.560,11.590,P<0.05).Administration of ghrelin significantly increased the contraction amplitude of colonic circular muscle strips.but this effect was inhibited when the colonic circular muscle strips were pretreated by tetrodotoxin.ConclusionsGhrelin can accelerate colonic propulsive movement by activating growth hormone secretagogue receptor of cholinergic excitatory pathways and nitrergic nervous pathways in the enteric nervous system of colon.
