ObjectiveTo explore the effective method of intestinal irritable syndrome(IBS). Method Randomly divide 57 cases into 2 groups, Chinese drug group 28 cases were treated with Tongxie Yaofang; the combination group 29 with revised Tongxie Yaofang and chlorimipramine, for 4 weeks.Result The gastro-intestinal symptoms were relieved markedly for both groups; after treated for 14 and 28 days, there’s no statistical difference between the both groups on reduction rate of patients’ SDS; at the 28~ th day, there’s no obvious difference on the symptoms of abdomen pain and diarrhea in both groups. Conclusion Tongxie Yaofang can effectively treat IBS. The relieving of depression may not be related with chlorimipramine.

0bjective:To study the bioequivalence of two Levofloxacin capsules in healthy volunteers.Methods:A single oral dose of 200mg test or reference preparations was given to 18 healthy male volunteers in a randomized crossover study.The serum concentration of Levofloxacin was determined by HPLC with the fluorescence detector.The pharmacokinetic parameters and the relative bioavailability were calculated by DAS to evaluate the bioequivalence.Results:The main pharmacokinetic parameters of test and reference preparations were as follow:Cmax(3.206?0.498)?g/ml and(3.255?0.436)?g/ml;tmax(0.931?0.307)h and(0.903?0.322)h;AUC0~36(23.780?4.986)(?g.h)/ml and(23.934?5.625)(?g.h)/ml;AUC0~∞(24.510?5.189)(?g.h)/ml and(24.684?5.973)(?g.h)/ml,respectively.The relative bioavailability of the test capsule to the reference one was(103.9?29.1)%.Conclusion:The results of statistic analysis showed that the test and reference Levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules were bioequivalent.

Objective] To analyse the effect of combining acupuncture of soothing liver, smooth liver and nourishing kidney with Amlodipine Besylate Tablets on light, medium hyperactivity of liver-YANG syndrome hypertension. [Methods] From January 2013 to January 2014, we collected 60 patients with hyperactivity of liver-YANG syndrome meeting the criterion. 30 patients in control group, taking Amlodipine Besylate Tablets, 14 male, 16 female, average age was 62.0 years old(54~72 years old); 30 cases in treatment group, on the basis of control group using soothing liver, smooth liver and nourishing kidney acupuncture, 13 males, 17 females, average age was 61.5 years old(53~73 years old). Patients were collected 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure, anxiety, TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment. [Results] After treatment, control group and the treatment group of ambulatory blood pressure, anxiety and TCM syndrome integral was significantly improved, the differences were statistically significant( P<0.05). In treatment group, daytime systolic blood pressure, daytime diastolic blood pressure, nighttime systolic blood pressure, nighttime diastolic blood pressure, 24h diastolic blood pressure and 24h systolic blood pressure were decreased significantly lower than the control group, and anxiety value, TCM syndrome integral was also improved better than control group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Soothing liver, smooth liver and nourishing kidney acupuncture combined with oral drug can effectively control blood pressure for hyperactivity of liver-YANG syndrome hypertension patients; meantime it also can significantly relieve the TCM syndrome and anxiety symptom.

Objective To establish relative quantification in real time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction to measure cytokine expression.Methods TNF? and GAPDH were used as target gene and internal reference respectively. Two gene fragment were cloned, vectors were purified and quantificated. Standard curves were established using a series dilution of quantificated plasmids to measure the amplification efficiency of TNF? and GAPDH. By changing reaction conditions, the amplification efficiency of two gene were nearly 100%. Ct value of TNF? and GAPDH were measured in 14 samples stimuteneously.Results The method can detected as low as 10 3 copies with the linear range was 10 3～10 9 copies, the intra assay and interassay variation was 1% and 8% respectively. TNF? increased 8 6～9 8 fold with the average 9 2 relative to untreated control group analyzed by the 2 -??Ct methods. Conclusions The method we established has fine sensitivity and reproducibility and the data analysis was simple and reliable and can be apply to any genes.

Transcranial Doppler,a non-invasive ultrasonographic technique to detect the hemodynamic change of cerebral arteries,playing an important role in screening and diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease of adults,hasn′t been extensively applied in pediatric or universally understood by pediatrician.In this review,we will describe the application of Transcranial in the management of cerebral vasculopathy in children.

Objective To analyze the prevalence of postpartum depression in China.Methods CNKI,Chongqing VIP database,CBMDISK,Pubmed databases were searched for articles about postpartum depression prevalence in China published during 1996～2012.The random effects model was employed.Results There were 84 articles which provided 52 776 samples,and 8390 cases of depressive symptoms were detected.The pooled prevalence was 14.7％(13.1％～16.3％),The prevalence of postpartum depression was different in different regions,municipality directly under the central government was the lowest 10.9％(8.7％～12.7％),county area was the highest 16.4％ (11.9％～22.2％).From the east of China to the central and to the west,the prevalence rate assumed the trend of escalation.The prevalence which evaluated by standard of EPDS ≥ 10 was higher than the prevalence evaluated by EPDS ≥ 13 and SDS ≥50.Conclusions The prevalence of postpartum depression is high in China.More attention should be paid to the central,western of China,urban,rural and other underdeveloped areas.

Different types of neurons are regularly dispersed on re tina. For finding the mechanism of eye and retina formation, it is important to know how t his regular pattern is formed during embryonic stage. It was claimed that multip le genes regulate the development of eye and retina. These genes regulate the de velopment of tissues and differentiation of cells in different parts of the visu al system during embryo development. Also, it was found that different tissues a nd differentiated cells cohere with each other both temporally and spatially to form the eye.
