1.Bimolecular Fluorescence Complementation Assay:Application in The Study of Protein-protein Interaction
Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(06):-
Bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC) assay is an innovative approach to investigate protein interactions, based on the reassembly of protein fragments of the fluorescent proteins which directly report interactions. The fluorescent proteins tolerate circular permutation and insertions of foreign proteins with maintenance of fluorescence. So when the proteins fused to the reporter fragments interact with each other, a direct readout of the association would be given from the facilitating reassembly of the active reporter protein. Moreover, with distinct spectra difference of the fluorescent protein family members, BiFC assay is expanded to multicolor BiFC assay which enables visualization of interactions between different proteins in the same cell and comparison of the efficiencies of complex formation with alternative interaction partners. From it first reported in Molecular Cell in 2002 till now, this approach has been used on the networks of protein interaction in mammal cells, plant cells or even E.coli, and researches on transcription factors, G protein ?? dimmers, protein ubiqutination and so on.
2.Determination of Trace Elements in Plumbago zeylanica
China Pharmacy 2001;0(11):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish a determination method for trace elements of Plumbago zeylanica. METHODS:Induct- ively coupled plasma emission spectrum (ICP-AES) was used to determine seven trace elements of P. zeylanica, i.e. Cu, Zn,Fe,Ca,Mg,Mn and Sr simultaneously. Se was determined by atomic fluorescence (AFS) method. RESULTS: The RSD ranged from 0.78% to 3.01%(n=5),while the recovery was within 91.9%~105.8%. The result obtained was satisfactory. Se took a large proportion in P. zeylanica, followed by Cu,Zn,Fe,Ca,Mg,Mn,Sr.CONCLUSION: The method is brief, rapid and accurate for the determination of P. zeylanica. The study provide reference for future pharmacological study of P. zeylanica.

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1993;0(02):-
Objective To study the related factors and how they influence the formation of collateral circulation in patients with severe coronary arteries stenosis. Methods A total of 111 consecutive patients were catagorized into 3 groups according to their grading of collateral connections which were: CC0 (n=27), CC1 (n=45) and CC2 (n=39) respectively. Serum lipid levels were measured including total cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein. All patients received UCG examination within one week after admission. Results (1)Serum lipid levels: the total cholestoral level in the CC2 group (4.23?0.71 mmol/) was lower than those of the CC0 group (4.81?0.88 mmol/L, P0.05) and the CC2 group (1.40?0.24 mmol/L, P

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(11):-
Objective To sieve the bioactive constituents of Plumbago zeylanica, serum pharmacochemistry research was performed. Method Based on the establishment of HPLC fingerprints of Plumbago zeylanica, the constituents absorbed into blood were determined by comparing the HPLC fingerprints of the methanol extracts, medicated serum samples and blank serum sample. Results One compound absorbed into blood was detected, the other might be metabolites of the original constituent. Conclusion The one onstituent absorbed into blood was possible bioactive component of Plumbago zeylanica.

0.05).②The animal experiment showed ,in contrast to the control , embryonate rats’ rhodocyte SOD were significantly different after 2 days but no difference before prenatal. ③in contrast with the control , SOD of placenta were significantly different only after 9 days. Conclusions Diagnostic ultrasound in early pregnancy can make SOD change ,but the changes can be reparable.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the usefulness of percentage of free prostate specific antigen(FPSA/TPSA)/PSA density[(F/T)/PSAD]in the diagnosis of prostate cancer of PSA level in 4~10ng/ml. Methods 88 patients of PSA level in 4~10ng/ml were carried out transrectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy. Among them,21 patients were proved to be suffering from prostate cancer, and other 67 patients were identified as benign prostate hypertrophy. The effect of F/T ratio,PSAD and(F/T)/PSAD in the diagnosis of prostate cancer were investigated. Results The mean value of(F/T)/PSAD of prostate cancer were significantly lower than benign prostate hypertrophy for patients with PSA levels in 4.0-10ng/ml, This difference has arrived statistical significance(P

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2005;0(12):-
Objective To evaluate the value of mini-thoracotomy for open heart surgery. Methods From December 1995 to January 2008,810 patients including 660 cases of congenital heart diseases,129 cases of valvular heart diseases and 21 cases of heart myxoma, underwent open heart surgery by mini-thoracotomy through cardiopulmonary bypass in our hospital.Among the cases, superior median sternotomy was performed on 36 patients, inferior median sternotomy was made on 59,right parasternal mini-thoracotomy was carried out in 3,right anterolateral thoracotomy was done on 658,and right axillary mini-thoracotomy was used in 54.A total of 382 patients received beating-heart surgery. Results The postoperative mortality in our patients was 1.5%(12 cases). In this series, the mean postoperative mechanical ventilation time, drainage volume, and hospital stay were(6.7?4.2) hours,(210?165) ml,and(7.4?4.9) days respectively.421 of the patients received no blood transfusion.None of the patients developed sternal dehiscence or mediastinal infection.Follow-up was available in 690(85%) of the patients up to a mean of(48.2?25.3) months, none of them died during the period. The cardiac function of the patients was significantly improved after the operation(preparation vs postoperation: 310 cases vs 478 cases for grade Ⅰ,438 vs 212 for grades Ⅱ-Ⅲ,and 62 vs 0 for grade Ⅳ,Z=-13.21,P=0.000).The mean cardiothoracic ratio was decreased significantly after the operation(0.51?0.11 vs 0.53?0.08,t=4.065,P=0.000),while the left ventricular ejection fraction was increased markedly(0.63?0.11 vs 0.57?0.11,t=-10.529,P=0.000).Conclusions The mini-thoracotomy is superior in cosmetic results and the postoperative morbidity rates of sternal malformation and infection.Proper selection of patients, good exposure of the surgical field, and skillful surgical procedures are crucial for the outcomes of the operation.
9.Toxic Effects of Brominated Flame Retardants on Human and Mammals
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(02):-
Brominated flame retardants (BFRs) are widely used industrial chemicals. Several BFRs were found to be at detectable level in the wildlife as well as in human, however, up to now there were few related papers which could be found for the adverse effects of BFRs on the wildlife, especially, on human. The recent research works on the biological effects of polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) or derivates, hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD) and polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) are reviewed in the present paper.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2017;44(2):68-72
Early diagnosis and precision medicine generally show significant differences in the prognosis of patients with carcinoma. Angiogenesis not only plays a key role in tumor pathophysiology but also acts as an important drug target. Peptides with specific se-quences can target specific molecules on the endothelial cellular membrane during tumor angiogenesis. Radionuclide-labeled molecu-lar probes exhibit many advantages in oncotherapy. This article focuses on the progress of radionuclide-labeled RGD and RRL in radio-immunoimaging and radioimmunotherapy targeting tumor angiogenesis.
