Objective To investigate the change trend for D-dimer,antithrombin activity (AT:A),tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA),plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1)and yon Willebrand factor (vWF) before and after treatment in patients with cerebral infarction,so as to evaluate the clinical value of the above parameters in therapeutic effect monitoring of cerebral infarction.Methotis SYSMEX CA7000 blood coagulation analyzer was applied to determining plasma D-dimer,t-PA,PAI-1 and AT:A,and ELISA was adopted to measure vWF.Results Compared with those of healthy control group,D-dimer,PAI-1 and vWF were significantly increased (P<0.01),t-PA was significantly decreased (P<0.01),and AT:A had no change (P>0.05) in cerebral infarction group before treatment.In cerebral infarction group,compared with those of pre-treatment,D-dimer,PAI-1 and vWF were significantly decreased (P<0.01),t-PA was significantly increased(P<0.01),and AT:A had no change(P>0.05) after treatment.So was the situation between GCS>8 and GCS≤8group.Conclusion There are obvious changes of fibrinolytic system parameters and vWF level befor and after treatment in patients with cerebral infarction,and the changes are associated with the course of disease.

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of naringin and neonaringin in Biantong Capsule .Methods The HPLC analysis was performed on a Zorbax Extend C18Column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm), Acetonitrile-0.1 % phosphoric acid (20:80)as mobile phase, the detective wavelength was at 283 nm, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 30℃.Results Naringin and neohes peridin showed a good linear relationship with range in 0.1147-2.867μg, 0.0807-2.0169μg, respectively.The recovery were 98.7 %and 98.4 %.Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable.And it can be applied to control the quality of Biantong Capsule.

Objective To analyze projects funded by NSFC and SCI paper publication in orthopedic research field (Code:H06) from 2010 to 2016,the current research status and development trend in this field were reviewed and discussed.Methods The data of the projects and funding subsidized by NSFC in orthopedic research field from 2010 to 2016 were collected and analyzed;the papers published were collected by searching in the Web of Science core collection by orthopedics as keyword (article included,conference abstract and book chapters excluded;data collected by December 25,2016) and compared for analyzing the global and China's SCI papers publication in orthopedic field and the role of NSFC in it.Results During the period of 2010 to 2016,1603 projects were funded by NSFC in orthopedic field and the total subsidy fund reached ￥ 730 850 000 (direct funding reported in 2015 and 2016);821 projects of General Program were funded and subsidy fund amount to ￥481 490 000;567 projects of Young Scientists were funded ￥ 118 130 000;130 projects of Fund for Less Developed Regions were funded ￥ 56 040 000;12 projects of Key Program were funded ￥ 33 560 000;3 projects of Distinguished Young Scholars were funded ￥ 7 500 000;5 projects of Outstanding Young Scholars were funded and funding up to ￥ 5 900 000.In the past seven years,the volume of SCI papers published in the world exceed 1 million per year and the papers from the orthopedics field accounted for 0.7％ to 0.8％,ranked 54.The number of SCI papers published by Chinese institutions in the field increased year by year and country ranking climbed to No.3 in 2016 from No.8 in 2010.Among these SCI papers from Chinese institutions,the number of the papers from NSFC grants also increased year by year,ranked Top One in Chinese founding agency for 7 consecutive years.Conclusion In recent years,with the increasing of NSFC budget,the orthopedic research has been developed rapidly,but it still needs to be further strengthened in the advanced talents and high-level research.

Objective To analyze the clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of acute mesenteric vascular obliteration (AMVO). Methods 112 cases of AMVO were analyzed, including 20 cases admitted to our hospital from 1992 to 2004 and 92 cases reported by other hospitals. Results Abdominal pain, abdominal distension, nausea and vomiting, decrease or disappearance of bowel sound, elevation of white blood cell count were more frequent manifestations.Cardiovascular disease, portal vein stasis or hypercoagulation state were common findings in patients' history. The average misdiagnosis rate of AMVO in these 112 patients was 61.5%, with a misdiagnosis rate of 45.0% in 20 cases of our hospital. The average mortality rate of all these patients was 41.9%, with a mortality rate of 30.0% for 20 cases of our hospital. Conclusion The early clinical manifestation of AMVO lacks specificity, the misdiagnosis ratio and mortality rate are very high. Angiography should be done early to confirm the diagnosis and improve the therapeutic effect in the patients suspicions of having this ailment.

Objective To get a general idea of the knowing level of knowledge and policies related to voluntary blood donation among rural residents,and to explore factors influencing their willingness of voluntary blood donation.Methods Three natural villages were randomly chosen in the north,middle and south of Anhui province as the investigation sites in Jan.2008.Data were collected by interviewing the target people,as well as using a self-designed questionnaire.A total of 724 people were interviewed and 620 valid questionnaires were obtained,with an effective retrieval rate of 85.6%.Results The score of voluntary blood donation knowledge among rural residents was 19.26?3.987,and the score of relevant policy knowledge was 5.85?2.154.There were significant differences in knowledge of both voluntary blood donation and relevant policies among different age groups.Residents with different education levels also differed significantly in knowledge of relevant policies.Logistic analysis indicated that age,education and knowing level of relevant policies were the factors that had influence people's willingness of voluntary blood donation.Conclusion Knowing level of voluntary blood donation knowledge is high among rural residents while the policy knowledge level is low.Willingness of blood donation among the group of age 25 to 34 is obviously higher than that of the group of age 18 to 24;willingness of people with middle school education background is lower than illiterate people;the higher the knowledge level,the higher of people's willingness.

Background The novel dynamic biomechanical device Corvis ST can measure a variety of corneal deformation parameters and record the dynamic process of cornea deformation.Understanding various corneal deformation parameters is of important clinical significance for morphological and functional prediction for myopic eyes in corneal refractive surgery.However,the range and meaning of corneal deformation parameters in myopic eyes are still unknown.Objective This study was to establish the range of corneal defamation parameters by Corvis ST and explore its clinical significance in myopic eyes.Methods A descriptive study was designed under the approval of Ethic Committee of Tianjin Eye Hospital and informed consent of patients.This study protocol complied with Helsinki Declaration.Four hundred and seventy-seven eyes of 257 myopic patients who were going to receive corneal refractive surgery were included in Tianjin Eye Hospital from June 2014 to January 2015.The corneal deformation parameters including the first applanation time (1st A-time),first applanation lengh (1 st A-length),first applanation velocity (1 st A-velocity),second applanation time (2nd A-time),second applanation length (2nd A-length),second applanation velocity (2nd A-velocity),highest concavity time (HC-time),highest concavity deformation amplitude (HC-DA),highest concavity peak distance (HC-PD),highest concavity radius (HC-R),non-contact intraocular pressure (IOPnct) and the central corneal thickness (CCTst) were measured by Corvis ST.Corneal structural parameters including CCT and corneal curvature were measured by 3-D anterior segment analysis system (Pentacam),and corneal biomechanical parameters including corneal resistance factor (CRF),corneal hysteresis (CH),intraocular pressure mimic Goldmann (IOPg) and intraocular pressure of corneal compensation (IOPcc) were measured by Ocular Response Analyzer (ORA).The distributions of the data were tested with the Shapiro-Wilk test and 95％ confidence intervals (CI) were calculated.The correlations of the variables were evaluated by Pearson correlation coefficient and Spearman rank correlation coefficient.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the changes of 1st A-time,2nd A-time and HC-DA with corneal morphology and biomechanical parameters.Resnlts Only 1st A-time,2ndA-time,HC-time,HC-DA,CCTst and IOPnct showed the normality distribution in corneal deformation parameters.The positive correlations were found between 1st A-time,1st A-length,2nd A-length,2nd A-velocity,HC-R with CCT (r=0.338,rs=0.129,rs=0.282,rs =0.374,r=0.306,all at P＜0.01),while 1st A-velocity,2nd A-time,HC-D and HC-PD showed the negative correlations with CCT (rs =-0.235,r=-0.130,r=-0.259,r=-0.226,all at P＜0.01).CRF and CH showed positive correlations with 1st A-time,2nd A-length,2nd A-velocity,HC-time,HC-R and negative correlations with HC-PD,△A-length (all at P＜0.05).1st A-time,2nd A-time and HC-DA changed with CRF and IOPcc with the regression formations of 1st A-time =6.185+0.066CRF+0.034IOPec (F=300.123,P =0.000),2nd A-time=23.397-0.074IOPec-0.044CRF (F=227.979,P=0.000) and HC-DA =1.523-0.017IOPcc-0.017CRF (F=152.662,P=0.000).The CCTst,IOPst and IOPnct values by Corvis ST were significantly lower than CCT by Pentacam ([548.23±26.31] μm,IOPg ([15.02±2.72]mmHg and ([16.02-±2.56]mmHg) by ORA respectively (t =11.00,2.919,6.815,all at P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions The corneal deformation parameters by Corvis ST can quantitatively describe corneal biomechanical properties in myopic eyes.Both IOP and the corneal steep curvature of the 3 mm center area (K2) affect the deformation response of cornea.The reliability of Corvis ST in the measurement of CCT and IOP remains to be further studied.

Hydrolysate of Area subcrenata (HA) was found to be effective in lowering the elevated SGPT level induced by carbon tetrachloride, thioacetamide (TAA) and pred-nisolone. In addition, HA was shown to shorten sodium pentobarbital sleeping time in both normal and carbon tetrachloride intoxicated mice. The results indicated that HA possessesa significantl protective action on liver injuries in mice.

Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of stent implantation on the quality of sexual activity in middle and old age male patients with exertional angina pectoris.Methods One hundred and seventy-two male patients with exertional angina pectoris were enrolled in this study,and they were divided into control group (94 patients) and percutaneous coronary intervention group (78 patients).The patients in control group were given routine pharmacotherapy and the patients in percutaneous coronary intervention group were given drug-eluting stent implantation and routine pharmacotherapy.The sexual activity function was evaluated by international index of erectile function (IIEF)-5 scale before treatment and 3 months after treatment.The times of sexual intercourse was added up.The evaluation of angina pectoris was performed by the grade of Canadian cardiovascular society (CCS).At the same time,the walking distance and heart rate were measured through 6-minute walking test.The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) was detected by echocardiogram.Results After treatment for 3 months,the scores of IIEF-5,the degree of sexual satisfaction,the times of sexual intercourse and the grade of CCS in percutaneous coronary intervention group were significantly improved compared with those in control group [(20.58 ± 7.36) scores vs.(16.38 ± 6.35) scores,(4.32 ± 1.38) scores vs.(2.51 ± 1.89) scores,(6.3 ± 3.2) times/month vs.(3.5 ± 1.6) times/month,(1.10 ± 0.43) grades vs.(2.50 ± 1.1 0) grades] (P ＜ 0.05).The walking distance and heart rate after 6-minute walking test and LVEF in percutaneous coronary intervention group were significant improved compared with those in control group [(386 ± 82) m vs.(281 ± 86) m,(95 ± 18) times/minute vs.(122 ± 25) times/minute,(65.2 ± 11.2)％ vs.(55.6 ± 13.8)％] (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Stent implantation can significandy improve the quality of sexual activity in middle and old age male patients with exertional angina pectoris.The mechanisms are associated with the exercise capacity increasing and the frequency of angina pectoris attacks decreasing during sexual intercourse.

Objective To investigate the influence of proton pump inhibitors (lansoprazole and rabeprazole) on dual-antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods One hundred and eighty-one cases of coronary heart disease with DAPT were selected,and they were divided into control group (66 cases,no proton pump inhibitors administered),lansoprazole group (65 cases,lansoprazole administered) and rabeprazole group (50 cases,rabeprazole administered).100 mg/day of aspirin and 75 mg/day of clopidogrel were concomitantly used in all patients.Platelet aggregation rate,platelet aggregation threshold index (PATI) and adenosine diphosphate (ADP) was measured.Results The ADP-PATI in control group was (3.47 ± 0.96) μ mol/L,lansoprazole group was (3.28 ± 1.05) μ mol/L,rabeprazole group was (3.32 ±0.83) μ mol/L,and there was no statistically significant difference among three groups (P＞0.05).There was also no statistically significant difference in platelet aggregation rate and collagen-PATI among three groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion In patients with coronary artery disease,the concomitant use of lansoprazole or rabeprazole does not affect antiplatelet action during DAPT.
