1.Determination of Fenbendazole and Praziquantel in Compound Fenbendazole Tablets by HPLC

Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of fenbendazole and praziquantel in compound fenbendazole tablets. Methods:An InertSustain? C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-phosphate buffer(pH = 3)(48 ∶52)and the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1 . The detection wavelength was 214 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the sample size was 10 μl. Results:The linear range of fenbendazole and praziquantel was 4. 545- 63. 630 μg·ml -1(r = 0. 999 9)and 0. 225- 3. 150 μg·ml-1(r = 0. 999 9),respectively. The average recovery was 101. 09%(RSD = 0. 28% ,n = 9)and 99. 47%(RSD = 0. 78% ,n = 9),respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple,fast, accurate and applicable in the determination of fenbendazole and praziquantel in compound fenbendazole tablets.
2.Content Determination of Main Components in Racanisodamine Hydrochloride Injection by HPLC

OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the content of main components in racanisodamine hydrochloride(RH) injection.METHODS: The determination was performed on Phenomenex Luna C18 column with methanol-0.02% triethylamine(50∶50) used as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The detecting wavelength was set at 220 nm;the column temperature was set at room temperature and the sample size was 20 ?L.RESULTS: The linear range of RH was 0.053~0.371 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 9) and the average recover was 101.20%(RSD=0.23%,n=6).CONCLUSIONS: The method is proved to be simple,rapid,accurate and applicable for the determination of the content of RH in RH injection.

Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) accounts for more than 90% of the confirmed cases of esophageal cancer in Asia, and the degree of malignancy is high. There is a growing number of research on ESCC immunotherapy, particularly programmed death-1 (PD-1) and programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1). Among them, the most studied PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors in ESCC are nivolumab, pembrolizumab, camrelizumab, toripalimab, tislelizumab, atozolizumab, SHR-1316 and durvalumab. Some of the clinical trials of these drugs are still in progress, and some have initially shown good results.
4.Clinical Significant of Detecting the Cytoplasm of Phospholipase A2αExpression in Patints with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To discuss the clinical significant of detecting cytoplasm phospholipase A2 alpha (cPLA2α)in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods Selected treated 90 cases of patients with COPD.According to the COPD severity classification standard,they were divided into mild group of 30 cases,moderate group of 25 cases and severe group of 35 cases.In the same period of physical examination,90 cases of normal lung function healthy were control group.Used Enzyme linked immunosorbent test (ELISA)to detect cPLA2αlevel of these groups.At the same time,detected cPLA2αexpression of these groups by RT-PCR.Results cPLA2αlevel in serum of mild group was (0.039 2±0.005 1)pg/ml,gene expression was (0.68±0.01),in moderate group (0.049 8±0.007 4)pg/ml and (0.92±0.02),in severe group (0.055 4±0.008 1)and (1.35±0.02).and in Healthy controls group (0.010 2±0.006 6)pg/ml and (0.11±0.01).There were significant differences among four groups (t = 3.013 ~ 5.817,5.039 ~ 11.667,P < 0.05).Conclusion Detection of blood cPLA2αcan indicate COPD severity,and cPLA2α is the new molecular targets of diagnosis,treatment and classifica-tion COPD.
5.Therapeutic Observation of Combining Yuan-Primary and Luo-Connecting Points for Insomnia due to Imbalance between Heart and Kidney

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combining Yuan-Primary and Luo-Connecting points in treating insomnia due to imbalance between heart and kidney, for providing novel method and evidence for the treatment of insomnia with acupuncture-moxibustion.Method Totally 100 insomnia patients due to imbalance between heart and kidney were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 50 in each. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture at Yuan-Primary and Luo-Connecting points, while the control group was by conventional acupuncture. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were observed before and after intervention for efficacy evaluation.Result The PSQI item scores were significantly changed after intervention in both groups (P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores were significantly different from that before treatment in both groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the SAS and SDS scores of the treatment group were significantly different from that of the control group (P<0.05). The recovery rate and total effective rate were 26.0% and 92.0% in the treatment group versus 12.0% and 86.0% in the control group, and there was a significant difference in comparing the recovery rate (P<0.05).Conclusion Combining use of Yuan-Primary and Luo-Connecting points is an effective approach in treating insomnia due to imbalance between heart and kidney.
6.A Study on Polysaccharide of the Hongshier (Umbilicaria hypococcinea)

UMH polysaccharide was isolated and purified with alcohol precipitation from hot water extract of Umbilicaria hypococcinea Liano. By Sephadex G-150 column chromatography, UMH was shown to be a single homogeneous substance, sugar content 90.4%. By gas chromatogra phy analysis, UMH was composed of glucose, mannose and glucuronic aeid, their molecule ratio was about 45:1:9. Its mean molecular weight was estimated to be 40?104. IR analysis Periodate oxidation and Smith degradation showed that the main chain of UMH is composed,of ?(1→6) and (1→4) linkage, and was an acidic hetrosaccharide.

8.Observation on the effect of psychological intervention of iron combined with erythropoietin in the treatment of anemia in hemodialysis patients

Objective And effect of psychological intervention observation and analysis of iron combined with erythropoietin in the treatment of anemia in hemodialysis patients and the effect of. Methods 110 cases of Shaoxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in anemic hemodialysis patients with January 2015 to February 2016 underwent diagnosis and treatment as the research object of the study, all the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, respectively for the test group and control group, 2 groups of 55 cases. The control group was treated with erythropoietin receptor activator and psychological intervention treatment, experimental group was treated with ferrous succinate combined with erythropoietin receptor activator for treatment, but also psychological nursing intervention, observation and comparison of the symptoms of anemia, 2 groups of patients after treatment of adverse reaction etc. Results The experimental group patients with red blood cells, serum ferritin, hemoglobin and hematocrit were significantly higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); side effects in test group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Iron combined with erythropoietin treatment in anemic hemodialysis was more effective at the same time, then the implementation of the corresponding psychological intervention, can reduce the adverse reactions in patients with symptoms, improve the safety of the treatment, and has high applicationvalue.
9.Determination of Serum Concentration of Deoxyschisandrin by RP-HPLC

OBJECTIVE:To determine the serum concentration of Deoxyschisandrin by RP-HPLC.METHODS:The chr-omatographic separation was performed on Phenomenex C18(250mm?4.6mm,5?m) column with column temperature at 30℃.The mobile phase consisted of methanol - water (80∶20) at a flow rate of 1mL?min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 252nm. RESULTS:The calibration curve of Deoxyschisandrin was linear in the concentration range from 0.52 to 33.28?g?mL-1 (r=0.999 6). The average recovery of deoxyschisandrin was (97.27?4.11)%(RSD=4.23%,n=9).CONCLUSION:The method is simple, accurate and sensitive, and it can be used for the determination of serum concentration of Deoxyschisandrin.
