1.Microglia in brain metastasis tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(7):513-515
Microglia(MG)is recognized as the main immune effector in central nervous system injury and disease.MG can regulate the tumorigenesis and development of brain metastases tumor(BMT)by different ways.Studing the roles and mechanisms of MG in BMT will provide new insights into the prevention and treatment of BMT.

5.Research on the parameter setting on multi-slice spiral CT scan infants with congenital heart disease
China Medical Equipment 2013;(9):9-11
Objective: To discuss the methods and experience of 64-slice spiral CT which used in infant cases with congenital heart disease, to select the appropriate scan parameters for reducing artifact and the radiation dose. Methods: Thirty-five cases with congenital heart disease were arranged CT examination by using Philips Brilliance 64-slice spiral CT scanner with Blous Tracking techniques. Results: All the images of the heart chambers, pulmonary artery, pulmonary vein, the ascending aorta and the descending aorta contrast agent filling showed good and had clear display. The density of superior vena cava is moderate. The various vascular CT value is approximate, no hardening artifacts. The atrioventricular of Cardiac and vascular of contrast agent filled fully and had clear boundary, no significant artifacts and no effect on the impact reconstruction. Conclusion: Appropriate adjustment of scanning parameters can reduce hardening artifact and the impact of artifacts. Following the principle of as low as reasonably achievable (ALARA) can obtain diagnostic images and reduce radiation damage to the infant.
6.Evaluation of HBV drug-resistance in vitro and the molecular mechanism of resistance to nucleoside analogue therapy
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(07):-
Nucleoside analogues are currently the main drug therapy against HBV infection. However, this type of therapy can cause gene mutations in HBV that result in drug resistance. The types of mutations caused by nucleoside analogues and the molecular mechanism of in vitro drug-resistance were reveiwed.
7.Effects of Copper and Zinc on the Activity of Cytochrome Oxidase in Neurons of Rats
Journal of Environment and Health 1989;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the effects of copper and zinc on the activity of cytochrome oxidase(COX)in neurons of rats and go further into the effect on energy metabolism of neurons. Methods After separate culturing of primary neurons and glial cells of the cortex of postnatal rats, neurons were treated with cupric sulphate at0,0.05,0.16,0.5mmol /L,zinc acetate at0,0.05,0.16,0.5mmol /L independently, and copper-zinc3?3pattern.Activi-ty of cytochrome oxidase was assessed with cytochemical method and imaging quantitative analysis. Results When neurons were treated with cupric sulphate at0.16?0.5mmol /L independently,COX activities in experimental groups significantly decreased compared with that in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the other groups treated with cupric sulphate or zinc acetate and the control group. When neurons were treated with copper com-bined with zinc, interaction on activity of COX showed no significance. Conclusion Copper could down-regulate and damage the activity of COX significanty, which was the most crucial energy metabolism enzyme, but combinning expo-sure of copper and zinc did not show significant interaction at the used levels.
8.Tongue Research Overview
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2013;(11):1363-1366,1367
[Objective] To understand Chinese scholars in different periods on the different understanding of tongue, for further development of research and provide a theoretical basis. [Method] Access to a large number of ancient books and literature, selection and tongue of related articles, extract and summa-rize the main points. [Result] The ancient understanding of TCM tongue is very knowledgeable, and by the subjective leading generation, does not have the scientific rigour;modern research of Chinese medicine tongue is mainly from the tongue and tongue color, tongue shape and other aspects, the objec-tive diagnosis and analysis system, the research methods of modern TCM tongue with scientific rigor modern Chinese Medicine; from the point of view, different degrees of col aterals and the width of the color purple tongue, sublingual y reflect the progress of the blood stasis degree and disease conditions, different diseases have different characteristics of the tongue. [Conclusion] Research on the development of modern tongue made certain contribution to TCM development.
9.Nuss Procedure for Pectus Excavatum:Current Status and Progress
Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2015;(8):752-754,758
[Summary] Pectus excavatum ( PE ) is a posterior intrusion of the chest wall into the thoracic cavity . Although the physiological and psychological consequences vary , for a large number of patients the lesions are troublesome enough that they need corrective surgery .The minimally invasive repair of pectus excavatum ( Nuss procedure ) has been performed safely , effectively , and extensively .The current situations and progresses associated with the Nuss procedure were reviewed .
10.Therapeutic effect of rosuvastatin on patients with hyperlipidemia complicated hyperuricemia
Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2016;25(6):604-606
Objective:To evaluate therapeutic effect and safety of rosuvastatin on patients with hyperlipidemia com‐plicated hyperuricemia .Methods :A total of 88 patients with hyperlipidemia complicated hyperuricemia ,who were hospitalized in our hospital ,were selected ,randomly and equally divided into rosuvastatin group (10 mg/d) and atorvastatin group (20 mg/d) ,both groups were treated for eight weeks .Changes of levels of blood lipids and serum uric acid (SUA) were observed and compared between two groups before and after treatment .Results:Compared with before treatment ,after eight -week treatment ,there were significant reductions in levels of blood lipids (ex‐cept high density lipoprotein cholesterol ) and SUA in both groups , P<0.01 all;compared with atorvastatin group after treatment ,there were significant reductions in levels of total cholesterol [ (4.87 ± 0.47) mmol/L vs .(4.48 ± 0.53) mmol/L] in rosuvastatin group (P=0.04) ,and there was no significant difference in SUA level between two groups , P>0.05. There were all no more serious side effects in both groups .Conclusion:While reducing blood lipid levels ,rosuvastatin can also reduce serum uric acid level in patients with hyperlipidemia ,and it possesses good safety and tolerance .
