2.Thoughts on Renal Transplantation from Living Relative Donors
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
The development of renal transplantation from living relative donors relives the shortage of transplanted organs, and benefits patients with end-stage renal diseases. However, when seen from the aspect of donors, implementing a non-therapeutic invasive surgical treatment on a healthy person still violates the absolute sound principle of medical ethics. To reduce the harm to the minimum,a comprehensive assessment should be conducted before the transplantation, and long-term follow-up observations after transplantation should also be strengthened.
3.Comparison of the anatomical position of the internal jugular vein and the common carotid artery in children patients of different ages
The Journal of Clinical Anesthesiology 2017;33(4):326-328
Objective To observe and compare anatomical position between pediatric internal jugular vein and common carotid artery in children patients of different ages with ultrasonic technique. Methods Four hundred and ninety-six cases of pediatric patients undergoing selective operation,ASA physical status Ⅰ or Ⅱ,were selected in this study, they were 380 males and 116 females ranging from 0 to 12 years.Image position of internal jugular vein and common carotid artery above the clavicle were detected with ultrasonic technique for all pediatric patients, positions of internal jugular vein and common carotid artery for different patients were classified according to different angles, anatomical position between pediatric internal jugular vein and common carotid artery in different age groups (newborn group, infant group, toddler group, preschool children group and school-age children group) were compared. Results In area between 0°-30°,the ratios of right puncture of infant group, toddler group, preschool children group and school-age children group were significantly higher than those of the left (infant group: 42.3% vs 0%;toddler group: 48.8% vs 1.6%;preschool children group: 57.5% vs 2.7%;school-age children group: 58.0% vs 2.1%)(P<0.01).In area between 30°-60°,the ratios of the right puncture in all groups were significantly higher than those of the left (newborn group: 45.0% vs 10%;infant group: 44.2% vs 23.1%;toddler group: 46.3% vs 19.5%;preschool children group: 35.4% vs 19.5%;school-age children group: 35.1% vs 20.2%) (P<0.05 or P<0.01).In areas between 60°-90°and at 90°,the ratios of the right puncture in infant group, young children group, preschool children group and school-age children group were significantly higher than those of the left (P<0.01).In areas of >90°,there was no statistical difference between the ratios of the right puncture and the left in all groups. Conclusion The success rate of right internal jugular vein puncture of children was higher than that of the left.Conditions in the newborn group were different from that in the other age groups.
4.Heat shock protein and atherosclerosis
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(01):-
Studying of atherosclerosis is more than a hundred year. There are many theories about this disease, but now most of us seems to agree with the stress-reponse theory.Heat shock proteins are the products produced at the first stage of atherosclerosis. And someone think that it may have something to do with atherosclerosis. This paper discussed the heat shock proteins and atherosclerosis respectively, and emphasized the relationship between them.
5.Effects of Jianpixiaoshi Decoction on Gastrointestinal Motility in Rats with Spleen-deficiency
Journal of China Medical University 2015;44(8):690-693
Objective To investigate the regulating effect of Jianpixiaoshi Decoction(JPXSD)on gastrointestinal motility in rats of functional dys-pepsia(FD)with spleen deficiency syndrome. Methods Forty healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:normal control group, model group, model traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group and model western medicine group. Except for the normal control group,FD model of spleen-deficiency type was established by swimming to exhaustion on alternate days and alternating feeding of cabbage and lard for 25 days. Corre-sponding drugs were then administrated to those four groups:distilled water,JPXSD and Mosapride distilled water solution once a day by gavage for 7 days. Symptoms and body weights of these rats were observed and recorded during the experiment. After the last of drug administration, all groups were fasted for 24 hours. Nutritious semisolid paste marked with ink was given orally to the rats,GER and IPR of 1 hour were detected under anesthe-sia by sodium thiopental and blood were collected at the same time. The concentration of serum SP and SS were measured by ELISA according to the instructions. Results JPXSD improved the symptoms of model rats. Model TCM group showed significantly increased body weight, higher GER, lower IPR,higher serum SP level and lower SS level when compared to model group(P<0.05). Conclusion JPXSD could improve the symptoms of rat with spleen-deficiency,raise its body weight, accelerate the decreased gastric emptying and bring back the hyperactive small intestinal move-ment to normal. The regulating role of JPXSD may be realized through the increase of serum SP level and decrease of SS level.
