Objective To investigate the effect of CT angiography on the qualitative and differential diagnosis in small pulmonary nodules.Methods 120 patients with pulmonary small nodular lesions from September 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital were selected,and they were divided into the observation group and control group according to pathological type.the patients with malignant pathology were in the observation group,with totaling 64 cases;the patients with benign pathology were selected as a control group,with a total of 56 cases.Lesion type,sensitivity,vascular sign type,CT enhancement value and the ratio of enhancement value to aorta value in the two groups were compared and analyzed after the CT scan.Results In the observation group,positive CT angiography sign was 50 cases while negative ones was 14 cases,the sensitivity was 78.1%;In the control group,CT angiography sign was positive in 16 cases,negative in 40 cases,with the sensitivity of 28.6%.Comparing of two vascular symptoms sensitive case, there was a significant difference(χ2 =6.781,P =0.012).Vascular symptoms genotyping were compared in vascular symptoms positive patients,the results showed significant differences(χ2 =7.694,6.964,5.993,6.012,all P <0.05).Enhanced CT scan value of patients showed positive signs in the observation group was (40.07 ±3.72)Hu, with the control group of (10.54 ±4.83)Hu,the difference was statistically significant(t =11.783,P =0.019).The ratio of enhancement CT value to aorta value in patients with positive reaction showed 24.96% in the observation group,and 4.01% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2 =7.460,P =0.012).Conclusion
CT angiography features has played a very important role in qualitative and differential diagnosis of small nodular lesions in the lungs.It is of great significance in the clinical diagnosis and treatment,and is worth further promotion.

Objective To establish a method for rapid determination of chlorinated benzene compounds in drinking water.Methods Chlorinated benzene compounds were extracted by purge-and-trap and separated by GC then determined by MS.Results The correlation coefficients of 6 chlorinated benzene compounds were 0.999 1-0.999 8 and the average rates of recovery were 93.0%-97.5%(n=6).The relative standard deviation was 2.45%-4.36%(n=6) and limit of detection 0.007-0.05 ?g/L.Conclusion The method established in the present paper is simple,precious,accuracy and sensitive and applicable to the determination of chlorinated benzene compounds in water.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the status and the tendency of the drug utilization for endometriosis(EMS)in our hospital.METHODS:The drug consumption data for EMS during the period of 2004～2006 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:Over the 3 years,both DDDs and consumption sum of the EMS drugs in our hospital increased year on year,up 33.94%(in 2005)and 19.07%(in 2006)in DDDs,and up 50.22%(in 2005)and 23.37%(in 2006)in consumption sum.CONCLUSION:The drug consumption data for EMS have seen an increasing,especially those of GnRH-a injection and a new oral progesterone antagonist drug-gestrinon.

Ski also plays an irreplaceable role in many physiological and pathological processes of nervous system, including em-bryonic nervous system development, central and peripheral nervous system diseases, and so on, which may be assiciated with the signal pathways of transforming growth factor-beta and another family member bone morphogenetic protein.

Objective:To explore the expression of B7-1,B7-2 and B7-H1 on tumor-infiltrating dendritic cells(TIDC) and on splenic dendritic cells(SDC),and to investigate TIDC-mediated and SDC-mediated T-cell function after blocking B7-H1 expression in these dendritic cells.Methods: The TIDCs and SDCs were isolated from tumor-bearing mice using anti-mouse CD11c magnetic beads.The expression of B7-1,B7-2 and B7-H1 on TIDC and SDC was analyzed using flow cytometer.T cells were co-cultured with TIDCs or SDCs for the mixed lymphocyte reaction(MLR),and monoclonal antibodies to B7-H1 or the isotype control antibodies were added to the MLR cultures.T-cell proliferation was assessed using XTT method and the secretion of IL-10 was detected using ELISA.Results: B7-1 and B7-2 positive TIDCs were significantly less than SDCs(P0.05).T-cell proliferation stimulated by TIDCs was weaker than that stimulated by SDCs;T cells produced more IL-10 after TIDCs stimulation than after SDCs stimulation(P

Objective To understand the distribution of the river beach wetlands and Oncomelania snails in the lower reach-es of the Yangtze River,and explore the countermeasures of snail control. Methods The river beach wetlands outside the Yang-tze River levee were investigated and classified according to the hierarchical and classification system of wetlands of China. The snail survey was carried out in the beach wetlands of Runzhou section of lower reaches of the Yangtze River from 2004 to 2013. The change trend of snail areas and the densities was analyzed in the wetlands. Results The river beach of Runzhou section of lower reaches of the Yangtze River belongs to the riverine wetland. There was Oncomelania snail breeding except the permanent wa-ter area. At present,there were natural wetlands of 1 303.0 hm2,human-made wetlands of 1 479.0 hm2 and wetland function chang-es of 1 059.0 hm2 in the river beach of Runzhou section. There was the snail area of 181.4 hm2 in the natural wetland in 2013. The area of snail control by the molluscicide and environmental modification was 4 624.55 hm2 from 2004 to 2013. The decline rates of snail areas and densities were 66.53%and 77.66%respectively. The existing Oncomelania snails were distributed in the natural wetlands. Conclusion The human-made wetland is helpful to snail control. The snail control in the river beach wetlands should attach a great importance to the protection of wetland ecology.

Objective To investigate the effects of periostin (Postn) on oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox-LDL)-induced injury in human artery endothelial cells (HAECs) and its underlying mechanisms.Methods The HAECs were randomly divided into 4 groups:control group,ox-LDL group,Postn siRNA group and negative siRNA group.The mRNA and protein expression was analyzed by RT-qPCR and Westem blot respectively.Cell proliferation was tested by MTT.Cell apoptosis was determined by flow cytometry.NF-κB DNA binding ability was measured by EMSA.Results Compared with control group,the mRNA and protein levels of Postn were increased significantly (P＜0.05);the ability of cell proliferation was reduced (P＜0.05);the cell apoptosis rate was increased (P＜ 0.05);the protein expression levels of VCAM1,ICAM1,E-selectin,IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α,p65 and p-IκB-α were significantly up-regulated (P＜0.05),and the NF-κB DNA binding ability was markedly increased (P＜ 0.05) in ox-LDL group,which were all reversed in Postn siRNA group.Conclusions Postn siRNA transfection may reduce ox-LDL-induced endothelial cell injury,which may be related with the inhibition of NF-κB signaling pathway.

Objective To explore the relationship among social support, postpartum depression and quality of life of puerperal women. Methods A total of 348 puerperal women were investigated with Postnatal Social Support Questionnaire,Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) and WHO Quality of Life-BREF (WHOQOL-BREF). Results Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between social support and the quality of life (r=0.483, P < 0.01), and a significant negative correlation to postpartum depression (r=-0.243, P < 0.01),and a significant negative correlation between postpartum depression and quality of life (r=-0.408, P<0.01). Intermediary effect of postpartum depression was tested. Conclusions A good social support system is benefit to improve depression scores for EPDS, and promote the life quality in puerperal women.

Objective To study the vancomycin-resistant genes and the virulence factors genes in vancomycin-resistant Enterococci (VRE),and to analyze the drug-resistance character and epidemic characteristics of VRE strains and provide the basis for clincal selection of drugs and infection control.Methods VRE were screened by agar dilution sieving plate (ADSP) containing 6 μg/ml of vancomycin,drug resistance of VRE to other common antibiotics were detected by VITEK-60 automatic microbial analyzer.The gene types and virulence factor genes of VRE were determined by PCR.And the genetic relationships among VRE were determined by multilocus sequence typing.Results Seven vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium strains were found in 360 enterococcus strains.All the VRE strains exhibited high-level vancomycin resistance ; some of them were medium or senstive to teicoplanin.They all carried vanA gene and esp gene and one of them carried 4 kinds of virulence factor genes.The ST type of the 7 VRE strains were diffused distribution.Conclusion We found vanB phenotype vanA genotype vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium isolates in Wenzhou; these VRE strains were multidrug resistance and carried various virulence factor genes.Linezolid could be used as a recommend drug for treatment of VRE infection.The protection of antibiotics sensitivity should be strengthened.

ObjectiveTo observe the virological and immunological items in peripheral blood of Chinese-origin Rhesus macaques infected with SIVmac251.The normal levels of WBC and CD4+T cell ratio for healthy Chinese-origin Rhesus macaques that suitable for simian AIDS modeling also investigated.MethodsThirty-six Chinese-origin Rhesus macaques were intravenously infected with SIVmac251.Blood samples were collected at 10 time points respectively include 1 day before SIV infection,every week within 1-8th week and then in tenth week post infection.Blood routine,peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets,plasma viral load were tested.ResultsThe most significant changes of the tested items were appeared in 1 or 2 weeks post SIV infection,while the WBC counts didn't show marked changes in all the time points tested.WBC counts ranged from 4×106/ml to 10×106/ml and the CD4+T cells ratio high than 25％ are the suitable levels for simian AIDS modeling.ConclusionThis research provides necessary and beneficial informations to the usage of Chinese-origin Rhesus macaques in AIDS research.
