Objective To explore the effect of Lee Silverman voice treatment on the speech and life quality of Parkinson's disease patients. Methods A total of 98 patients with Parkinson's disease anddifferent degrees of speech disorder (Hoehn-Yahr clinical stages 1 to 3) were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group, each of 49,according to a random number table. The control group was given routine speech therapy covering tongue and lip movement, rhythm, sound, volume, speed and respiratory control. The intervention group was provided with 12 weeks of Lee Silverman voice treatment aimed at abnormal voice and emphasizing pronunciation,4 times a week and 1 hour each time.During the treatment, all patients were required to practice once at home on treatment days and twice on days without treatment. The voice handicap index (VHI),the western aphasia battery (WAB),the speech function portion of UPDRS-Ⅲ and the speech articulation assesstnent were used to evaluate the 2 groups before and after the 12 weeks ofintervention. Results Beforethe intervention there was no significant differencebetween the two groups in any of the measurements. After the interventionsignificant improvement was ohserved in all of these indicesin bothgroups. After treatment the average total VHI score of the intervention group (60.39±9.84) had improved significantly more than that of the control group,as did the WAB score for spontaneous speech (14.64±1.98),listening comprehension (112.67± 19.43),repeating (65.31±7.98),Name (39.89±9.84) and the average AQ scores (69.19±10.78) and UPDRS-scores [(1.39±0.61)] [of the intervention group than the control group [(71.03±11.01),(13.67±1.06),(111.53±29.61),(63.75±7.41),(37.89± 9.29),(62.14±10.21) and (1.82±0.82)].After the intervention, the average speech articulation scores of the intervention and control group were (77.61± 11.72) and (59.67± 10.04),significantly higher than those before the intervention [(54.36±10.71) and (53.98±9.92)],with the improveinent of the intervention group significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion Lee Silverman voice treatment can effectively improve the speech and life quality of patients with Parkinson's disease.

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of an activity of nutrition science experience on nutrition and food safety cog-nition among primary and secondary school students .Methods With stratified cluster sampling ,students of grade 5 and 6 in one primary school and students of grade 1 and 2 in one middle school in Chongqing were selected ,and randomly divided into interven-tion group(n= 501) and control group(n= 522) .Only conducted the activity in the intervention group .Baseline data of all the students were investigated before the intervention .Effect evaluation was performed instantly in the intervention group and control group ,and a follow-up survey carried out in the intervention group after 9 months(n= 472) .Results The nutrition knowledge scores of instant intervention group were 9 .03 ± 2 .75 and 14 .70 ± 3 .28 before and after intervention respectively (U=29 .78 ,P<0 .01);the knowledge scores of the nine months later intervention group were 12 .35 ± 2 .89 ,which were lower than instant interven-tion group(U=12 .40 ,P<0 .01) ,but higher than before intervention(U=18 .04 ,P<0 .01) .The food safety scores of instant inter-vention group ,which were higher than control group ,nine months later intervention group and before intervention(P<0 .01) .Con-clusion It is feasible and effective to conduct a nutrition science experience among primary and secondary school students .

Objective:To understand the problems existing in the curriculum design of food hygiene and nutrition for undergraduates, and put forward countermeasures to improve the quality of talents cultivation and promote professional development.Methods:Self-made questionnaires were distributed by convenience sampling method, through online and offline ways, and the graduates' opinions on the curriculum design of their school. Quantitative data were analyzed by SPSS 26.0, and qualitative data were analyzed by NVivo 11.0.Results:A total of 258 valid questionnaires were recovered, and the average score of graduates' satisfaction with teaching quality was 2.42±1.02. Graduates had different opinions on the importance of special courses, and 150 students (58.14%) were satisfied with major courses. Some graduates thought the time of special courses was unreasonable and there were few major courses. Besides, 141 graduates (54.65%) were satisfied with the clinical probation in their graduation colleges. Although graduates believed that innovation ability was important, innovative education courses were scarce at present. Conclusions:Graduates are less satisfied with the setting of undergraduate curriculum in food hygiene and nutrition. It is suggested to optimize professional courses setting, improve experimental facilities and equipment, strengthen the management of practice bases, and pay attention to the cultivation of students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
