Objective To study the imaging characteristics of osteosarcoma. Methods 35 patients with osteosarcoma proved pathologically were examined by radiography,of them 25 cases were examined with CT scan or MRI,and 8 cases undergone contrast-enhanced MRI.The imaging features of osteosarcoma were analysed comparatively with that of pathology. Results The lesions localized at distal part of femur in 17 cases and proximal part of tibia in 8 cases, that were most location of this tumor. The imaging characteristics of osteosarcoma included bone destruction, neoplastic bone, periosteal reaction and soft-tissue mass,in some cases, epiphyseal plate and epiphysis were involved, even the joint face and the opposite osseous of joint(skip lesions). On enhanced MR scanning, the margin of tumor was enhanced in early and the center of tumor was delayed enhancement.CT could showed "sieve sign"and small neoplastic bone. Conclusion Osteosarcoma has certain imaging characteristics;X-ray examination is the first choice in diagnosing osteosarcoma,CT and MR could provide much more comprehensive imaging information for clinic.

Objective To evaluate emergency nursing methods to permanent pacemaker patients with severe complication and acute hemodynamic changes during implantation. Methods The emergency nursing methods were analyzed retrospectively in 9 of 2 027 patients over 6 years, who had serious complication occurred during the pacemaker implantation Results There were 4 patients with pneumothorax, 2 with pericardial tamponed, 1 with ventricular fibrillation and 2 with acute left ventricular failure in 9 patients (0.4%). Observed the changes of symptoms and signs carefully, found the severe complications at the first time and performed the specific nursing based on different kinds of conditions and improved the prognosis of these patients. Conclusions The serious complications during the implantation of permanent pacemaker were life-threatening, and the specific nursing scheme to different types of complications could increase the successful rate of emergency service.

Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of nursing intervention on xerostomia in patient with AIDS. Methods From October 2010 to April 2012, nursing interventions were administered in 53 AIDS patients with xerostomia during treatment. The self-designed evaluation form was used to evaluate the oral dryness of patients before and after nursing intervention. Results There were significant changes on oral dryness of patients before and after nursing invention ( < 0.01) . There was a progressive decrease in the occurrence degree of oral dryness from level 0 to level 4. The number of patients decreased by 11.4%in level 4, but increased by 9.4% in level 0. There was a positive correlation between the intervention time and treatment effect. Establishment of an effective oral care hygiene behavior intervention could help patients create a healthy lifestyle. Conclusion Nursing intervention is important to relieving xerostomia of AIDS patients.

Objective To explore the effects of low-dose mifepristone on human granulosa cells and the molecular mechanism of its inhibiting or delaying ovulation. Methods Phase contrast microscopy and electron microscopy were conducted to observe the morphological and biochemical change of granulosa cells exposed to various doses of mifepristone for 24 hours(the final concentrations of mifepristone were respectively 2.5?mol/L,5?mol/L and 10?mol/L,Non-mifepristone as the control group).Immunocytochemistry was performed to detect the protein expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax in granulosa cells exposed to various doses of mifepristone for 24 hours. The mRNA levels of Bcl-2 and Bax in granulosa cells were detected by RT-PCR.Results Granulosa cells treated with various doses of mifepristone presented typical morphological characteristics of apoptosis such as condensation of chromatin and cytosolic, and shrink of cells. The expression of Bcl-2 protein might be down-regulated,while the expression of Bax might be up-regulated by mifepristone. The histological score(HSCORE) of Bcl-2 protein in granulosa cells, which were incubated with various doses of mifepristone(2.5?mol/L,5?mol/L,10?mol/L) for 24 hours, were respectively 2.15?0.16,1.88?0.13 and 1.64?0.16 respectively,Compared with the HSCORE of the control group(2.51?0.16),the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone could induce human granulosa cells apoptosis. The Bcl-2 protein and Bax protein may be involved in the apoptosis of granulosa cells induced by mifepristone.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(10):-
Objective To explore the safety, therapeutic-effect-evaluating standards and clinical value of the interventional treatment used as preoperative chemotherapeutic embolism of pelvic tumors and palliative treatment of the patient unsuitable for surgery. Methods Twenty-nine cases of pelvic tumors with complete materials were selected from the cases treated by Seldinger’s interventional techniques from March 1997 to March 2002 and comprehensively analyzed. Results After the chemotherapeutic embolism, most of the arterial supply to the tumors were blocked off; the tumor stains were decreased by more than 75 %; the intra-operating bleeding ranged from 820 to 1530 ml and averaged 1220 ml; the surgical removals were successful. The pathological examinations of the postoperative specimens showed that the necrostic rate of tumor ranged 91%~98%; the remission rate of painful symptoms reached 100%. No severe complications were found in this series. Conclusion The interventional treatment of pelvic tumors is safe, reliable and simple in operation, and can reduce the intra-operative bleeding and improve the successful rate of the surgery. It is regarded not only as the effective auxiliary therapy before surgical removal, but also as the first-selected method for the palliative treatment of the patient unsuitable for the surgery.

The paper reports the development of a quality evaluation method for Angelica different processed products. The data of high-performance liquid chromatography, water, total ash and extract were analyzed with SPSS Clementine 11.0 software. Discriminant analysis (DA) established the classification model and parameter for Angelica different processed products. Fish's discriminant functions of Angelica different processed products were generated using 8 predictor variables selected from 59 indexes. The correct rate of discriminating back substitution is 96.7%. Angelica different processed products can be accurately and reliably recognized and validated with DA of SPSS Clementine 11.0 software.

Objective To explore the nursing mode of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in field minimally- invasive interventional shelter for treating closed hepatic trauma and hemorrhage. Methods 8 animal modes of closed hepatic trauma were established by beagles. Then, the animals with damaged hepatic arteries were treated by emergency angio-interventional embolic treatment. And specific nursing mode, which was different from in-hospital, was performed in perioperative period. Results All the animal modes of closed hepatic trauma and hemorrhage were rescued successfully, and no operative complications were found. Conclusions With the cooperation of specific nursing mode, the emergency angio-interventional embolic treatment of closed hepatic trauma and hemorrhage in field minimally-invasive interventional shelter under the complex outdoor environment is feasible.
