1.The Role of Pituitary Tumor Transforming Gene in the Pathogenesis of Pituitary Adenomas
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(07):-
Objective To detect the expression of pituitary tumor transforming gene (PTTG) in estrogen-induced rat prolactinoma and various types of human pituitary adenomas to explore the role of PTTG in pituitary tumor oncogenesis. Methods Rat model of estrogen-induced prolactinoma was set up, and PTTG mRNA level in rat prolactinoma was measured by RT-PCR. The expression levels of PTTG and bFGF mRNA in 32 cases of human pituitary adenomas were measured by RT-PCR as well. Results The expression level of PTTG mRNA in rat prolactinoma was obviously higher than that in control pituitary tissue(P

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2005;11(11):944-945

Objective To observe effects of acupoint sticking of Migudan on BGP and Hyp in the patients of primary osteoporosis. Methods By computer random number generating method, the patients were randomly divided into a treatment group treated with acupoint sticking of Migudan, and a control group treated with Gaitianli, 48 cases in each group. Changes of their BGP and Hyp after treatment were investigated. Results Acupoint sticking of Migudan could increase significantly BGP of serum in the patients of primary osteoporosis as compared with the control group (P

Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2012;47(6):431-435
Objective To evaluate the labor duration of healthy primiparas in the past 20 years compared with Friedman labor curve. Methods Published observational studies about labor duration in primiparas with singleton vertex presentation were searched in PubMed,EMBase,Cochrane library,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database. The Cochrane Collaborafion' s RevMan 5.1 software was used for reta-analysis.Results Eleven literatures involving 4534 primiparas were included, which were eligible for the criteria to investigate the labor duration.Meta-analysis showed that the length of active phase was significantly different between what was showed in primiparas in the past 20 years and Friedman labor curve[ P =0.01,weighted mean difference ( WMD ) =1.61,95% CI:0.38 to 2.83 ],and significant differences were also found in the second stage duration (P =0.0006,WMD =-0.20,95% CI:-0.31 to -0.09 ).Conclusions Compared with Friedman labor curve, active phase length of healthy primiparas in the past 20 years was significantly longer and second stage length was shorter.Reassessing labor curve of healthy primiparas is required for more scientific guidance and less unnecessary interventions.
6.Prevention and treatment of low temperature of early newborn infants
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2017;32(2):158-160
Early newborns, especially premature and very low birth weight infants (VLBWI)are vulnerable to low environmental temperature and/or other factors at birth, they may be insufficient to maintain core body and can cause hypothermia which leads to a variety of disease, affecting their life quality. As the birth rate of premature newborns and VLBWI are increasing in China these years, newborns temperature management have become significant for decreasing newborn's mortality. The main causes for hypothermia are low environmental temperature, insufficient calorie intake, premature newborns, low birth weight and other diseases.Studies shown that the prevention strategies of neonatal hypothermia include:(1) thermal neutral zone;(2) incutators and radiant warmers;(3) plastic hoods and plastic blankets;(4) kangaroo care;(5) breast feeding.

Objective To study the effect of fluoride varnish on microconsistency of enamel after under irradiation in vitro. Methods Normal enamel samples were randomly divided into four groups: control group, irradiation group, fluoride varnish group and fluoride varnish-irradiation group. The microconsistency of enamel surface before and after treatment, after anti-caries test was measured by type MH-5 durometer. Results Fluoride varnish had an inhibitory effect on the decrease of enamel microconsistency etched with lactate buffer. The microconsistency in irradiation group was obviously lower than that in control group(P

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2000;0(11):-
Objective To understand the trend of occurrence, diagnosis, and prognosis of breast cancer in the cases treated in Peking Union Medical College Hospital(PUMCH) between 1975 and 2006.Methods A total of 1092 cases of breast cancer treated in the PUMCH from 1975 to 2006 were classified into six groups by time span and reviewed for a comparative study on the parameters of gender, age, menstruation status, tumor size, mumber of positive axillary nodes, pathologic stage, recurrence and metastasis and disease-free survival rate. Results The average age of breast cancer patient has risen from 50.90 to 53.92,while 40-49 year-old group was the largest age group of breast cancer patients, and the percentage of menopause female was the highest.Tumor size has gradually been smaller especially since 2000.The number of positive axillary nodes showed no significant change during the time periods. In all 6 groups,stage-II cases were more frequent, although the percentage of stage-0 and stage-I cases was on the rise, while the percentage of stage-III declined, and that of stage-IV remained stable. In all 6 groups, the 5-year and 10-year disease free survival rate had steadily increased. Conclusions The early diagnostic rate of breast cancer has been improving and subsequently the prognosis has improved as well.

Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 2003;0(05):-
Objective To assess the effectiveness of prenatal screening with maternal serum markers and the sonographic characteristics of the foetus for detecting trisomy 18. Methods Amniotic fluid or the fetal blood samples were obtained and cultured in women with positive results in serum screening (n=36) and with abnormal findings in sonography (n=92) at 18~32 weeks of gestation, and then fetal karyotyping was performed. Results Nine cases of trisomy 18 and 2 cases of other abnormal karyotype were found among the 128 pregnant women (8.59%, 11/128). Four cases were diagnosed as trisomy 18 among the 36 women with positive screening results. The rate of abnormal karyotype among those women with abnormal sonographic findings was 7.61%(7/92,5 cases of trisomy 18 and 2 cases of other abnormal karyotype). Two cases of trisomy 18 had both positive result in screening and abnormality in sonography. Conclusions Prenatal screening for maternal serum markers combined with sonographic examinations for the fetus is effective in detecting foetus with trisomy 18.
10.Research progress for the effect of cytokines on pathogenic of hysteromyoma
Cancer Research and Clinic 2007;19(z1):148-150
Cytokines is a kind of important factor on Pathogenic of hysteromyoma. Some study provides evidence that sex homone and its product of metabolism react up regulation/down regulation for hysteromyoma by growth factor. Apoptosis and oncogene and retinoid X have influence to the growth of hysteromyoma.
