To study the invasiveness of endometrial cells of endometriosis. 49 specimens of either normal endometrials or that from endometriosis were cultured, and the invasiveness of them different cells was studied by Transwell Col Insert cell culture plate. The results showed that the invasiveness of stromal cells was stronger than that of epithelial cells; the invasiveness of cells from patients with endometriosis was stronger than that of the controls. The results suggested that stromal and epithelial cell of the endometrium may play different roles in the pathogenesis of endometriosis; the character of the endometrium from patients with endometriosis was different from that of women without endometriosis.
2. Current study of trib3 and diseases
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2020;36(1):9-12
TRIB3 is a pseudokinase that binds to a variety of proteins in eukaryotic cells and mediates the development of diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular diseases and nervous system diseases, but their mutual regulatory relationship and molecular mechanisms have not yet been elucidated. This article reviews the diseases and regulatory pathways involved in TRIB3, in or-der to provide clues and evidence for finding common molecular mechanisms of the pathogenesis of diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular diseases.
