Chinese Medical Ethics 2015;(4):510-513
TheInner Canon of Huangdi originated from moral. In the aspect of knowledge, it advocatesthat the doctor should not teach bandits, selecting and teaching, upright character, open but not narrow; In terms of career pursuit, it advocatesthat the doctor should adopt and frequently ask, work hard and to be a good doctor; In the as-pect of ethics, it advocatesthatdoctor should cherish life, be meticulous; In terms of professional belief, it advocat-esthatdoctor should learn from the ancient, firmly believe that science, opposing superstition; TheInner Canon of Huangdi advocate consummate medical skillthe noble medical ethics, with far-reaching influence, become the ori-gin of Chinese medical ethics thought germinal, future generations of today′s high-quality professional talents of Chinese medicine has a very important guiding significance.

China Pharmacist 2017;20(3):577-579
Objective:To improve the forming process of Jingning particle according to the influencing factors in its effectiveness, such as low yield, high moisture absorption and difficult dissolubility during oral administration. Methods:A new technology that im-mediate granulation after the extract was well mixed with lactose and dextrin and dried. The appearance, dissolubility, hygroscopicity and pellet formation rate ( granularity) were compared between the new technology and the old one, and the difference in critical rela-tive humidity was also studied. Results:The appearance, dissolubility and pellet formation rate of the new technology were all better than those of the old one, and the moisture absorption rate was reduced with the critical relative humidity up to 70%(25℃), which enhanced the granule stability. Conclusion:The pellet formation rate is improved by the new technology, which effectively solves the problems such as high moisture absorption and poor dissolubility, and the granule quality is improved.

Objective To investigate the effects of single and combined exposure to ozone and nitrogen dioxide on airway injury and inflammatory levels in mice. Methods Eighty BALB/C mice were randomly divided into eight groups:four were sensitized model groups(the control group, the O3 group, the NO2 group and the O3+NO2 group based on the way of exposure) ,the other four were non-sensitized groups. The concentration of O3 was 0.16 mg/m3,NO2 was 0.30 mg/m3. Mice were exposed 2 hours every day for 7 consecutive days. Mice were sacrificed in the exposure end and cell counting and cytokine measurement from bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) were performed. Results In the sensitized groups, neutrophil proportion and IL-6 were significantly increased except the control group and IL-2 and MDA were also significantly increased in the O3 group and the O3+NO2 group(P

0.05). There was statistically significant difference in morbidity rate between the groups (2.1% vs 9.3%, P=0.037). Conclusions: Percutaneous and surgical treatment of pyogenic liver abscesses are both effective, nevertheless percutaneous drainage carries lower morbidity and should be the first-line treatment.

The blocking effect of selenium-enriched malt (Se-malt) on AFB1-in-duced UDS was reported. When the rats were fed with food containing lppm Se in form of Se-malt for two weeks, the UDS values of leukocytes treated with 6?10-7M AFB1 in vitro was decreased from 54.8 ?14.0 opm/106 WBC to 35.1?10.0 cpm/106 WBC (p

Objective] To clarify the taxonomic status of Anopheles lesteri and An.anthropophagus in China. [Methods] Using molecular identification (PCR assay and rDNA\|ITS2 sequencing) to examine the field anopheline mosquito specimens from Liaoning and Shandong. According to the ITS2 sequences, molecular phylogenetic tree was made. [Results] According to the molecular identification, An.lesteri and An.anthropophagus were distributed both in Liaoning Province and Shandong Province. The length and GC content of rDNA\|ITS2 sequence were 451 bp, 46 2% in An.lesteri (n=6), and 448 bp, 46 0% in An.anthropophagus (n=10), respectively. The ITS2 sequences from presentation sites were same in An.lesteri, while the intraspecies difference in An.anthropophagus was 0 88%. The specific difference between An.lesteri and An.anthropophagus was 25 7%. By analyzing molecular phylogenetic tree, the relationship between An.lesteri and An.sinensis, An.anthropophagus and An.liangshanensis was found to be closer. [Conclusion] According to the molecular identification, it was defined that An.lesteri and An.anthropophagus were sympatric independent species in China.

Objective To improve quota-sampling precision and reproducibility of the impedance blood rheometer. Methods Quota-sampling control circuit and the sampling needle's structure were improved for the early MVIS blood rheometer. The parameters of sampling were analyzed. Results After the improvement, the sampling errors were reduced obviously (less than ?3%). The quota-sampling handling was more accurater. Conclusion The precision and reproducibility of the blood rheometer are ensured.

objective To investigate the effects of different sections of receptor associated protein (RAP) on the expression and distribution of TRPC6,synaptopodin and podocalyxin in passive Heymann nephritis(PHN). Methods Male Sprague-Dawley rats were injected with three kinds of antisera (anti-RAP full-length serum,anti-RAP N-terminal serum and anti-RAP C-terminal serum)to establish three kinds of PHN models. The control group was injected with normal rabbit serum. The quatitation of 24 h urinary protein, serum albumin and creatinine were taken before injection and one week after PHN model successfully induced. The histopathologic changes of renal tissues were observed by light microscopy. The expression and distribution of TRPC6,synaptopodin and podocalyxin in glomerular podocytes were observed by laser scanning confocal microscopy and analyzed by fluorescence quantitative software after indirect immunofluorescence double staining. Results The quantities of 24 h urinary protein in the three model groups were significantly higher than those of themselves before injection and control groups (P<0.01,respectively).The values of serum albumin and creatinine were not significantly different before and after injection (P>0.05).The expression of TRPC6 in podocytes was higher in the PHN model groups than that of control group.Fluorescence intensity of TRPC6 in RAP full-length group was stronger than that in RAP N-terminal or C-terminal groups. The expressions of synaptopodin and podocalyxin distributed along the glomerular basement membrane as spot, discontinuous short line and defect of some segments, and were lower in three PHN groups than those of control group.Fluorescence intensity of synaptopodin and podocalyxin among three PHN groups had no differences. Conclusions RAP full-length and N-terminal or C-terminal parts can increase the expression of podocyte TRPC6,but decrease the expressions of synaptopodin and podocalyxin, and alter their distribution, which may be associated with the proteinuria, however, their role in the PHN pathogenesis needs further study.

Objective To study the effects of Interferon(IFN)in chronic hepatitis B patients genotype B and C.Methods 20 cases were genotype B ,23 cases were genotype C,all the patients were treated with 5 million units of IFN-a-lb,im,qod,for 12 months, viral markers, liver function and adverse drug reactions were observed. Results There was no statistically significant difference between B,C genotype in the negative conversion rate of HBV-DNA (60.0% ,39.1%),the negative conversion rate of HBeAg(42.9% ,30.8%),anti-HBe seroconversion rate(35.7% ,23.1 %)and the rate ALT normalization(85.0% ,73.9%)(t = 1.86,0.69,0.68 ,0.79,P > 0.05).Conclusion The results suggested that therapeutic efficacy of IFN-α-lb was not significantly different between B,C genotypes.
