Pd nanoparticles (Pd NPs) were electrodeposited on the glassy carbon electrode (GCE). Then, Pd NPs/GCE was further inserted into H2 SO4 solution to polarize for 5 min to absorb a certain amount of active hydrogen. Then, the electrode was quickly inserted to HAuCl4 solution for 15 min. AuNPs were deposited spontaneously on the surface of Pd NPs due to the reduction of active hydrogen. As a result, Pd-AuNPs were modified on the surface of GCE. Next, aptamer I of thrombin was immobilized on Pd-Au nanoparticles. In the presence of thrombin, it bound with the aptamer immobilized on Pd-Au nanoparticles and thus the formed complex obstructed the catalysis of Pd-Au nanoparticles to H2 O2 . Hence, the reduction current of H2 O2 decreased with the increase of thrombin concentration. The aptamer sensor had a good linear relationship with the concentration of thrombin in the range of 2. 98-297 nmol/L with a detection limit of 0. 98 nmol/L.

Objective　To show the condition that the NOSIE (Nurses' Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation) used in schizophrenia patients. Method　 To evaluate the male and female schizophrenia patients (paranoid type) by NOSIE. Results　 The total cases were 100 patients, male and female were both 50 cases. The result of evaluation showed that there was significant difference in 5 factors such as social competence, irritability, retardation, psychosis and depressive between male and female patients. As well, it matched with clinical information. The result of the consistency test for survey indicated that its Pearson coefficient of correlation for all of 7 factors in NOSIE were 0.617～0.843. Conclusion NOSICE can provided some objective data to clinical works of nurses. But, in other hand, its identity is lower.

Objective To investigate the association of serum adiponectin and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) with endothelial damages in metabolic syndrome (MS) patients. Methods One-hundred and five patients diagnosed as MS were recruited as cases and 37 subjects without characteristics of MS were recruited as controls. The cases were divided into two groups according to the level of serum von Willebrand factor (vWF) :normal endo-thelial functional MS group (57 patients) and abnormal endothelial functional MS group (48 patients). Serum adi-ponectin concentration was measured by enzyme-linked immanosorbont assay (ELISA). Serum TNF-α concentration was measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results The concentration of serum adiponectin in normal subjects (10.5 mg/L [SD:3.2]) was significantly higher than both that of normal endothelial functional MS group (7.9 mg/L [SD :2.2]) and abnormal endothelial functional MS group (6.5 μg/L [SD :2.5]) (P < 0.05). The concen-tration of serum TNF-α in normal subjects(0.17 μg/L [SD :0.04]) were significantly lower than that of normal en-dothelial functional MS group (0.19 μg/L [SD:0.05]) and abnormal endothelial functional MS group (0.23 ng/mi [SD: 0.06]) (P< 0.05). The level of serum adiponectin were negatively correlated with TNF-α(r=- 0.555, P < 0.01). Logistic regression analysis results showed that high level of TNF-α was a risk factor of endo-thelial damages (OR = 20.649, P = 0.035), whereas high level of serum adiponectin protected against endothelial damages (OR = 0.340,P=0.006). Conclusions Low level of serum adiponectin and high level of serum TNF-α may correlate with endothelial damages in MS patients.

Objective To determine the clinical features and gene expression of neonatal chronic granulomatous disease(CGD) in newborns,in order to provide the evidence for early diagnosis,treatment and infection prophylaxis and so as to improve prognosis.Methods The clinical data of 6 neonates with CGD who hospitalized in Beijing Children's Hospital,Capital University of Medical Sciences,from Jan.to Dec.2013 were retrospectively analyzed,to summarize their clinical features and gene expression.Results All patients were male,mean age of onset in 6 patients was 19 days old.Six patients were onset with cough and fever,3 cases with skin abscesses.All patients had special lung images and their respiratory burst test were all positive.Six patients were all X-linked recessive heredity with mutation in CYBB gene,4 cases carried missense mutation,1 case carried frameshit mutation,1 case had shear point disappear.All patients were improved during hospitalization with anti-infective therapy including antifungal and antibiotic drugs.After their discharge,the patients were followed up for 1 year,among them 5 patients taking antibiotics according to doctor's advise hadn't got any severe infections or other complications,1 patient did not receive antibiotics according to doctor's advise,caught respiratory infection was occured once per 1-2 months and died of multiple organ failure in 5 months due to severe infection.Conclusions For newborn with respiratory symptoms such as cough and fever,with apparently nodular and massive radiologic infiltrates,CGD cases should be highly suspected.Long term prognosis is good in children with prophylactic medication and they may have a longer infection interval.

Objective To investigate and analyze the attitudes of higher vocational nursing students toward death and the related effect factors.Methods Totally 324 nursing students in a higher vocational school in Shaanxi province were investigated with death attitude profile-revised scale.Contents of investigation included physical and mental health status,family members' attitude towards death,family form and ranking,religion,presence of suicidal thoughts,exposure to mass media reports about death,reading books about death,death fear,death escape,natural acceptance,approach acceptance,avoidance acceptance,etc.SPSS 16.0 was used for data entry and statistic analysis,mean and standard deviation for statistical description,t test and variance analysis for statistical inference.Results ①Higher vocational nursing students got the highest average score (3.93 ± 0.55) in the dimension of natural acceptance.②In the dimension of avoidance acceptance,the scores of nursing students with excellent and good physical and mental health were significantly lower than those of students with general physical and mental health (F=4.80,P=0.009) ; the scores of nursing students in single parent family were significantly higher than those of students in other family forms (F=4.59,P=0.004) ; the scores of nursing students with suicidal thoughts were significantly higher than those of students without (t=-4.77,P=0.000).In the dimension of death avoidance,the scores of nursing students whose family discussed death openly were significantly lower than those of students whose family never done so (F=6.88,P=0.001).In the dimension of natural acceptance,the scores of nursing students with religious beliefs were significantly lower than those of students without (t=2.52,P=0.012) ; the scores of nursing students who gained information of death from mass media were significantly higher than those of nursing students who never done so.(t=-3.85,P=0.000),which was the same in the dimension of approach acceptance (t=-3.48,P=0.001).Conclusions The majority of higher vocational nursing students can naturally accept death reality.Attitude of higher vocational nursing students toward death are influenced by physical and mental health,discussing death in family,family form,religious belief,suicidal thought and news or report about death from the mass media.

Objective:To evaluate of effects of Qingxianyin in the treatment of oral lichen planus(OLP),and to explore its regula-tion of T lymphocytes cellular immune mechanism.Methods:25 cases of OLP were treated by Qingxianyin for 8 weeks and 25 heathy subjects were served as the blank controls.Before and after treatment,peripheral blood CD4 +,CD8 + lymphocyte counts and percentages and CD4 +/CD8 + ratio were measured by flow cytometry.The clinical effects of Qingxinayin were evaluated.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,significant effect,improvement and ineffecacy were observed in 1 8,5 and 2 cases respectively.The total effective ratio was 92.0%.The CD4 + lymphocyte counts and percentage increased(P <0.05),CD8 + counts and percentage de-creased(P <0.05),CD4 +/CD8 + ratio increased(P <0.05).After treatment the indexes changed towards those of the healthy con-trols.Conclusion:Qingxianyin is effective in the treatment of OLP by promoting mucosal healing,microcirculation and improving im-mune function.

Objective To study the application of the array comparative genomic hybridization (Array-CGH) for the detection of chromosomal disorders in newborns.Method The Array-CGH technique was used to analyze the whole genome of the patients who were suspected of chromosomal disease in neonatal ward of our hospital from January to December in 2014,and further verification in genomic unbalanced ectopia was carried out by FISH (fluorescence in situ hybridization,FISH).Result Among 514 patients,104 were found carrying chromosomal abnormalities with a detection rate of 20.2％.The most common chromosomal disease is the Down syndrome syndrome (24 cases),followed by the chubby Willy and Angel syndrome(17 cases),while the Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome in 5 cases,Williams syndrome in 5 cases and the Criduchat syndrone in 5 cases.The results of FISH were consistent with Array-CGH.Conclusion The technique of Array-CGH can be used to scan the whole genome of children with unknown disease.As a high-throughput and rapid research method,this technique has important clinical significance in the screening of chromosomal diseases.

Objective To investigate the effects of taurine on rats with CCl4-induced portal hypertension; To discuss its mechanism of action. Methods CCl4 compound method was used to prepare portal hypertension rat models. Experimental rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, positive medicine group and low-, medium- and high-dose taurine groups. Each medication group was given relevant medicine for gavage. After four-week treatment, biochemical analyzer was used to detect the contents of ALT, AST and TBIL;ELISA was used to detect the contents of CⅣ, PCⅢ, LN, HA and the level of HYP in serum;hemodynamic method was used to detect PVP, PVF, MAP and HR;nitrate reduction method was used to detect the contents of NO, chemical colorimetry was used to detect the activity of eNOS, hepatic tissue;the activity of SOD, GSH-Px and the content of MDA in hepatic tissue;HE staining was used to observe the histopathological changes of the hepatic tissue. Results Compared with the model group, the contents of ALT, AST and TBIL in serum in medium-and high-dose taurine groups decreased significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01);the contents of CⅣ, PCⅢ, HA and HYP in serum in medium-and high-dose taurine groups decreased significantly, and LN in high-dose taurine group decreased significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01);the PVP, PVF in medium- and high-dose taurine groups and the HR in high-dose taurine group decreased significantly (P<0.01), and the MAP in high-dose taurine group inecreased significantly (P<0.05); the content of NO in hepatic tissue of medium-and high-dose taurine groups increased significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01);the activity of eNOS and the content of cGMP in high-dose taurine group increased significantly (P<0.05); the activity of SOD, GSH-Px in hepatic tissue of medium- and high-dose taurine groups increased significantly and the content of MDA decreased significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01);the hepatic tissue histopath-ological changes of low-, medium-and high-dose taurine groups were significantly improved, especially the high-dose taurine group. Conclusion Taurine has inhibitory effects on rats with portal hypertension, which perhaps are related to its effects on enzyme activity inhibition and hepatic tissue protection, inhibiting the damage of oxidative stress, upregulating eNOS expression, enhancing the content of NO and improving liver function.

Objective:To explore the curative effect of acupuncture combined with huanglian wendan decoction on the mild cognitive impairment after stroke.Methods:100 patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke were enrolled in our hospital from June 2013 to August 2016 and randomly divided into two groups.The control group (n=50) accepted nimodipine,and the study group (n=50)accepted huanglian wendan decoction combined with acupuncture treatment based on the control group.The MMSE and MSSS scores were evaluated and compared,and the improvement of cognitive dysfunction and nervous dysfunction,quality of life were compared and analyzed.Results:After treatment,the MMSE,ADL scores of patients were remarkably decreased compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05),and the decreasing degree of study group was significantly higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05).The MSSS,MBI scores of both groups were significantly increased compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05),and the increasing degree of study group was significantly higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05).The effective rates of improvement in cognitive dysfunction and nervous dysfunction,quality of life of study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions:Huanglian wendan decoction combined with acupuncture treatment was effective for the mild cognitive impairment after stroke and could improve the quality of life.
