Objective To explore the clinical value of autologous fat injection with platelet rich plasma in facial rejuvenation.Methods 35 female beauty seekers were collected in this study.They were divided into two groups:sample autologous fat group (FAT group,n=20) and combined autologous fat and platelet-rich plasma group (PRP group,n =15).The average level of injection was 34 ml.The fat was collected at the abdominal or thigh sites using 18 G needle connecting with negative pressure suction-pump.The fat was centrifugated 2 min to get rid of the lower layer of water and the upper layer of oil.Weigao PRP extract kit was used to obtain the PRP.The ratio of PRP to fat was 1:5.The injection technique was according to Colemen method.The survival rate,satisfaction and complication were compared between the 2 groups.Results There were no infection,hematoma,fat liquefaction necrosis occurred in the 2 groups.Compared with the FAT group,the skin texture and facial contour of the PRP group was improved.Conclusions The platelet rich plasma can improve the survival rate of fat and has a stable effect,which is one of the safe and ideal methods of facial rejuvenation.

Objective:To evaluate of effects of Qingxianyin in the treatment of oral lichen planus(OLP),and to explore its regula-tion of T lymphocytes cellular immune mechanism.Methods:25 cases of OLP were treated by Qingxianyin for 8 weeks and 25 heathy subjects were served as the blank controls.Before and after treatment,peripheral blood CD4 +,CD8 + lymphocyte counts and percentages and CD4 +/CD8 + ratio were measured by flow cytometry.The clinical effects of Qingxinayin were evaluated.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,significant effect,improvement and ineffecacy were observed in 1 8,5 and 2 cases respectively.The total effective ratio was 92.0%.The CD4 + lymphocyte counts and percentage increased(P <0.05),CD8 + counts and percentage de-creased(P <0.05),CD4 +/CD8 + ratio increased(P <0.05).After treatment the indexes changed towards those of the healthy con-trols.Conclusion:Qingxianyin is effective in the treatment of OLP by promoting mucosal healing,microcirculation and improving im-mune function.

Purpose To explore the relationship of Tei index and the concentration of plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy. Materials and Methods Fifty healthy individuals (control group) and fifty dilated cardiomyopathy patients (study group) were recruited in this study. BNP level was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Color Doppler echocardiography were performed to measure the cardiac indices including left ventricular end-diastolic dimension (LVEDd), left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESd), interventricular septal thickness at diastole (IVSd), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF). Tei index was then calculated. The indices between the two groups were compared and correlation of Tei index and BNP with cardiac indices was analyzed. Results LVEDd, LVESd, Tei index, and BNP were significantly higher in study group than those in control group (t=14.4, 23.4, 21.9 and 22.3, P<0.01). IVSd and LVEF were significant lower in the study group (t=12.4 and 12.5, P<0.01). BNP was negatively correlated with LVEF (r= -0.266, P<0.05), and positively correlated with Tei index and LVEDd (r=0.401 and 0.326, P<0.05). Tei index was negatively correlated with LVEF and E/A (r= -0.480 and - 0.241, P<0.05), and positively correlated with LVEDd (r=0.375, P<0.05). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the variates of BNP stepwise regression equation were Tei index, LVEF and LVEDd (t=5.984, -2.477 and 2.326, P<0.05); after correcting LVEF, the stepwise regression analysis showed closer relationship between Tei index and BNP (t=2.728, P<0.05). Conclusion There is correlation between Tei index and BNP. Tei index may be a good index for accurately estimating global ventricular function.

Objective To research the functional polymer liposome-trapped gold nanoparticles as molecular probes used as CT contrast agents.Methods Gold nanoparticles were entrapped by ultrasonic micro-emulsion method using self-developed linoleic acid-modified dextran polymer liposome.Under the same concentrations,clinical imaging was performed with Iohexol as control for the analysis of CT value differences.Then,the particle suspensions at appropriate concentration(6 mg/mL)were intravenously injected into Balb/c nude mice for real-time observation of CT imaging.ResultsIn vitro results showed that nanoparticles at greater than 4 mg/mL could present much higher CT value than Iohexol at the same conditions,while in vivo studies indicated nanoparticles could clearly show different organ contrast with prolonged circulation time.Conclusion Compared to clinical contrast agent Iohexol,functional polymer liposome entrapped gold nanoparticles could possess a great application prospect to be used as a new type of molecular probes for CT enhanced imaging.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on mRNA expression of iron metabolism related genes. Methods Ten male mice (2 months) were injected intraperitoneally with lipopolysaccharide(0.5 μg/g). After 6 hours, mice were sacrificed and then sera, liver and spleen were collected. The mice blood routine was measured. The serum iron and total iron binding capacity (TIBC) were determined with reagent kit. The quasi-quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was performed for mRNA of hepatic hepcidin(HP), ferroportin1(Fpn1), transferrin receptor 1(TfR1) and spleenic HP, Fpn1 and interleukin-6(IL-6). Results The serum iron and TIBC were reduced in mice injected LPS, which exhibited mild anemia(P＜0.05) . LPS can increase the expression of hepatic hepcidin and decrease Fpn1 and TfR1 in liver after LPS administration 6 hours(P＜0.05). In spleen, IL-6 was upregulated and Fpn1 downregulated(P＜0.05). Conclusion LPS can influence serum iron through regulating the mRNA expression of hepatic and spleenic iron metabolism related genes, such as HP, Fpn1 and TfR1.

Objective To study the technology and the result of dual plane breast augmentation using nipple margin vertical incision of areola.Methods Totally 60 cases of augmentation mammaplasty were involved in this study.The nipple margin vertical incision of areola was applied obliquely into the breast through the pectoralis major fascia.The rib starting point of pectoralis major were cut off,medial to the side of the sternum.Under the pectoralis major the cavity was peeled according to the preoperative design range.Based on the different situation of the breast types Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,dual plane breast augmentations were stripped respectively.After implanting the breast prosthesis,the upper part of the prosthesis was under the pectoralis major and the lower part was under the mammary gland.Results The 60 patients were all after childbearing,20 of whom underwent type 2 dual plane breast augmentation,4 underwent type 3 double plane and the rest underwent type 1 double plane.After 3 months to 2 years follow-up,all cases got satisfactory results,except 1 case of postoperative hematoma and 1 case appeared capsular contracture.Conclusions The nipple margin vertical incision of areola can complete types Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ dual plane breast augmentation operation,at the same time it can correct mild-to-moderate mastoptosis.

Objective: To determine the latent class of dietary patterns and their association with depressive symptoms among first grade students from multi ethnic middle schools in Yunnan Province, so as to provide a reference basis for promoting mental health among border middle school students. Methods: A cluster random sampling involving 8 500 first grade middle school students from 11 counties in Yunnan Province was conducted by a questionnaire survey between October to December 2022. The Children s Depression Inventory (CDI) was used to assess the depressive symptoms and the Food Frequency Questionnaire was used to collect eating behavior data. The latent profile analysis model was used to fit the latent class of dietary patterns among students. The association between the dietary pattern latent class and depressive symptoms was analyzed by Logistic regression. Results: The depressive symptom detection rate among firstgrade middle school students was 28.3%. Prevalence of depressive symptom in girls (30.9%) was higher than boys (25.5%) with a statistically significant difference ( χ 2=29.83, P <0.01). The dietary patterns among first grade middle school students were classified into four latent classes, as follows:class 1 (low consumption of all dietary components), class 2 (high consumption of fruit, milk and dairy products), class 3 (high consumption of vegetables and meat, and low consumption of processed foods) and class 4 (low consumption of milk, dairy products and eggs, and high consumption of processed foods). After adjusting for confounding variables, the class 3 dietary pattern was negatively correlated with depressive symptoms ( OR=0.62, 95%CI =0.52-0.74) and the class 4 dietary pattern was positively correlated with depressive symptoms ( OR= 1.28 , 95%CI =1.05-1.57) ( P <0.05), compared with the class 1 dietary pattern. Conclusions Multi ethnic first grade middle school students in Yunnan Province follow various dietary patterns. Unhealthy dietary patterns increase the risk of depressive symptoms. The dietary patterns of multi ethnic middle school students in Yunnan Province should be adjusted to promote the establishment of healthy dietary patterns and reduce the risk of depression symptoms in middle school students.

Objective:To investigate the levels of urinary arsenic metabolites in arsenic-exposed people with different degrees of skin lesions.Methods:A cluster sampling method was used to select people with different degrees of skin lesions in the drinking water arsenic poisoning area of Bayannaoer City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. According to the "Standard of Diagnosis for Endemic Arsenism" (WS/T 211-2001), the research subjects were divided into four clinical grading: normal, suspicious, mild, moderate and above on the basis of the degrees of skin lesions. Urine samples from any 1 middle section were collected, and the levels of urinary arsenic metabolites of different forms in different clinically graded people were detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).Results:A total of 522 people were included, including 309 males and 213 females; the age was (39.11 ± 12.38) years old, ranging from 11 to 65 years old. There were 337, 80, 31, 74 people in normal, suspicious, mild, moderate and above clinical grading, the levels of inorganic arsenic (iAs, medians: 15.46, 37.16, 104.46, 163.06 μg/L), monomethylarsonic acid (MMA, medians: 15.95, 33.27, 82.80, 123.84 μg/L), dimethylarsenic acid (DMA, medians: 78.16, 147.86, 301.28, 371.30 μg/L), total arsenic (tAs, medians: 113.90, 220.94, 501.25, 684.46 μg/L), iAs percentage (iAs%, medians: 15.66%, 15.53%, 21.67%, 21.65%), MMA percentage (MMA%, medians: 13.51%, 15.40%, 17.14%, 16.43%), DMA percentage (DMA%, medians: 70.37%, 67.98%, 63.25%, 61.23%), monomethylation rate (PMI, medians: 0.84, 0.84, 0.78, 0.78), dimethylation rate (SMI, medians: 0.84, 0.81, 0.79, 0.79), and ratio of MMA to DMA (MMA/DMA, medians: 0.20, 0.23, 0.27, 0.27) were compared in different clinically graded people, the differences were statistically significant ( H = 97.98, 96.44, 85.50, 95.08, 38.58, 29.94, 51.98, 38.58, 43.20, 43.20, P < 0.01). Compared with normal people, iAs, MMA, DMA, tAs, MMA%, and MMA/DMA levels significantly increased, and SMI level significantly decreased in suspicious, mild, moderate and above people ( P < 0.017); compared with normal people, iAs% level significantly increased, and DMA% and PMI levels significantly decreased in mild, moderate and above people ( P < 0.017). Conclusion:The levels of urinary arsenic metabolites in arsenic-exposed people with different degrees of skin lesions are different, showing a dose-response relationship.

Objective To provide a basis for development of preventive measures through dynamical monitoring of the changing trends of endemic fluorosis areas and the prevalence of drinking-water-borne endemic fluorosis.Methods Using simple random sampling method,thirty monitoring villages in 11 counties of Inner Mongolia were selected as fixed monitoring villages from 2012 to 2016.The operation of water improvement projects was investigated,and water fluoride content was tested.Dental fluorosis of all 8 to 12-year-old students was diagnosed in the villages.Stratified random sampling by age was used to select 50 adults over 25-year-old in each monitoring village,and skeletal fluorosis was examined by X-ray.Results ①In 2012-2016,the water-improved rate of monitoring villages was 78.67％ (118/150).Of all the water-improved projects,normal operating projects accounted for 92.98％ (106/114).The exceeded rate of water fluoride in water-improved village was 31.36％ (37/118).②The detection rate of dental fluorosis and community fluorosis index (CFI) in children aged 8-12 of the villages with normal operating projects and qualified fluoride content were 20.88％ (533/2 553) and 0.41;the detection rate of dental fluorosis and CFI of the villages with water-improved projects under abnormal operation or excessive fluoride were 49.53％ (318/642) and 0.98;the detection rate of dental fluorosis and CFI of the villages without water-improved projects were 37.14％ (442/1 190) and 0.76.③The detection rate of X-ray skeletal fluorosis in adults of the villages with normal operating projects and qualified fluoride content was 18.97％ (140/738);the detection rate of X-ray skeletal fluorosis in adults of the villages with water-improved projects under abnormal operation or excessive fluoride was 31.53％ (111/352);the detection rate of X-ray in adults of the villages without water improvement projects was 31.17％ (96/308).Conclusions Up to now,in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,some villages have not yet improved their drinking water quality,water fluoride content in some projects has exceeded the standard seriously,the prevalence of dental fluorosis in children aged 8-12 is very mild,there are still moderate and severe endemic areas.So the orevention and control measures of the water-improved defluoridation need to be further strengthened.

Platinum-based chemotherapy is the the cornerstone of treatment of many cancers. Combinations of platinum drugs with other agents are still the mainstream therapies for non-small cell lung cancer,showing significant effectiveness in an early phase. Along with the treatment,the tumor cells can become resistant to chemotherapy drugs,which affect the efficacy and prognosis. The mechanisms of drug resistance are complicated,including abnormal expressions of membrane proteins,enhanced DNA repair functions,abnormal regulation mechanisms of apoptosis,and enhanced cellular detoxification function. In this article we summarize some of the main mechanisms of platinum resistance in lung cancer cells,with an attempt to identify new potential target analogues or inhibitors and improve the efficacies of the combined use of platinum-based drugs.
