Objective To investigate the expression of E-cadherin (E-cad), CD44v6 and VEGF-C in esophageal carcinoma and investigate their relationship with lymph node metastasis. Methods The expression of E-cad, CD44v6 and VEGF-C was detected with immunohistochemical EnVision method in 56cases of esophageal carcinoma and 12 cases of normal esophageal mucosa. Results Among 56 cases of esophageal carcinoma, the positive expression rates of E-cad in esophageal carcinoma was 55.4 %(31/56),significantly lower than that in normal esophageal mucosa 100.0 %(12/12) (P <0.05). The positive expression rates of CD44v6 and VEGF-C were 71.4 % (40/56) and 62.5 % (35/56), significantly higher than that in normal esophageal mucosa (P <0.05). The positive rates of E-cad was 31.3 % (10/32) in the group of positive lymph node metastasis, significantly lower than that in the group of positive non-lymph-node metastasis 87.5 % (21/24) (P<0.05). The positive rates of CD44v6 and VEGF-C were 84.4 % (27/32) and 75.0 % (24/32) in the group of positive lymph node metastasis ,significantly higher than that in the group of positive non-lymph-node metastasis 54.2 % (13/24) and 45.8 %(11/24) (P<0.05). E-cad was negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis; CD44v6 and VEGF-C were positively correlated with lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusion E-cad, CD44v6 and VEGF-C play important roles in the process of soakage and metastasis of esophageal carcinoma. The combined detection of E-cad, CD44v6 and VEGF-C can help to prodict biological behaviors and prognosis of esophageal carcinoma.

Chinese Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases 1997;0(05):-
Trichomonas vaginalis parasitizes in human genitourinary tract. The protozoon adhering to target cell plays a critical role in its contact-dependent cytotoxicity. The enzymes synthesized by T.vaginalis can hurt vaginalis epithelial cells(VECs)directly. The focal immune reaction in the location parasitized by the parasite may provide an immunologic protection.Meanwhile, inflammatory factors and immune cells may aggravate the situation. In general, the T.vaginalis-induced contact-dependent cytotoxicity is a result of the involvement of some molecular and chemical factors.

Clinical Medicine of China 2017;33(3):254-258
Objective To observe the expression of ZNF139 and MMP-7 in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues and discuss the correlation with clinical pathological significances. Methods In 71 patients diagnosed as endometrial adenocarcinoma,71 cancer tissues(adenocarcinoma group) and 71 adjacent normal tiuues(adjacent cancer group) were collected in operations.Immunohistochemical methods was used to detect the expression of ZNF139 and MMP-7 in the two groups, the relationship between the two genes and communication with clinicopathological indexes were discussed.Western blot and qRT-PCR were used to detected the expression of ZNF139 and MMP-7 at protein and mRNA level. Results The positive rates of ZNF139 was 66.20% in adenocarcinoma group, higher than in adjacent cancer group(21.42%,P=0.016);the positive rates of MMP-7 was 74.65% in adenocarcinoma group, higher than7 than in adjacent cancer group(26.76%,P=0.012).The expression of ZNF139 and MMP-7 was correlated with lymph node metastasis, muscle invasion and FIGO stage(P=0.028,0.031;P=0.004,0.016;P=0.008,0.011).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed there was positive correlation between ZNF139 and MMP-7 in adenocarcinoma tissues(r=0.716,P=0.039).Western blot showed that ZNF139 and MMP-7 expression in adenocarcinoma group were higher than in adjacent cancer group(t=6.92,7.34;P<0.01);qRT-PCR showed that ZNF139 mRNA and MMP-7 mRNA expression in adenocarcinoma group were higher than in adjacent cancer group(t=4.27,4.06;P<0.05).Conclusion ZNF139 and MMP-7 are correlated with malignant pathological characteristics in endometrial adenocarcinoma, they may modulate the malignant behavior together.

Objective To investigate the clinic characteristics, therapeutical approaches and outcome of food-borne infection caused by Group C,Type? hemolytic streptococcus. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 51 patients infected by Group C,Type? hemolytic streptococcus who were hospitalized in the First Hospital of Hebei Medical University from May to June 2003.Results All the patients had eaten the same food which was infected by Group C,Type ? hemolytic streptococcus. The clinical manifestations were 51 pharyngal hyperaemia(100%),44 fever(86%),39 tonsillitis(76.5%),31 headache(60.8%)and 23 ache from head to foot(45.1%).There was no obvious digestive symptom.Seventeen cultivated pharyngal swab samples had all positive results, and 23(52.3%)of 44 cultivated collutory samples were positive. The cultivated bacteria were all Group C,Type? hemolytic streptococcus equisimilies. All the patients were cured after antimicrobial therapy, and hadn't get any complication. Conclusion Infection caused by Group C,Type? hemolytic streptococcus should be considered if the patients have the same food and have such symptoms as fever, headache, ache from head to foot, pharyngal hyperaemia and tonsillitis.Diagnosis can be confirmed with the positive cultivated result of pharyngal swab and collutory. The patients without serious basic disease will have good prognosis after effective and timely therapy.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2009;15(9):857-860
Objective To explore the test-retest reliability of the computerized dynamometer to measure the grip strength in the healthy subjects and cervical radiculopathy patients, and investigate their characteristics. Methods The grip strength of 20 healthy subjects and 26 radiculopathy patients were measured with dynamometer, including the maximal voluntary grip strength at 5 width twice and the 10 s sustained isometric grip at the second width (45 mm) of the dynamometer once. Results The Intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC) was 0.947~0.989 in healthy subjects, and 0.903~0.960 in cervical radiculopathy patients. The maximal voluntary grip strength of healthy subjects was significantly stronger than that of the radiculopathy patients (P<0.05). The decrease rate of grip strength in non-dominant side, if affected, in the cervical radiculopathy patients was significantly slower than that of the healthy subject's non-dominant side (P<0.05). Conclusion The computerized dynamometer is a reliable tool to evaluate the grip strength in both healthy subjects and cervical radiculopathy patients. The grip strength of healthy subject's is stronger than of the radiculopathy patients. The endurance of grip is better in the radiculopathy patient's non-dominant side if affected.

Clinical Medicine of China 2008;24(5):467-469
Objective To explore the related risk factors of stroke in progression(SIP)and establish discriminant models to predict the incidence. Methods 31 possible related factors were compared between progressive group(n=110)and non-progressive group(n=336),and the related factors were analyzed in discriminant models. Results Discriminant models were established by 16 factors, including arterial stenosis,OCSP subtype, blood glucose, low density lipoprotion, creatinine, the sign of early cerebral infarction on CT,the temperature increasing and the rapidly decreasing of blood pressure in 48 hours after admittion. The evaluation to the models by interview data and prospective data showed a satisfied result. Conclusion Arterial stenosis,OCSP subtype and other significant factors selected by model will be helpful in prediction of SIP.
