Objective To study the anti-fatigue function of black currant extracts in mice. Method Kunming mice (SPF) were randomly divided into black currant extracts high, middle, low dose group, black currant natural juice dose group and control group according to their body weights. Mice were administered ig daily for 30 d. The loaded-swimming time ,hepatic glycogen ,blood urea nitrogen were measured. Results Black currant extracts high, middle, low dose groups could increase the time of loading swimming,and the hepatic glycogen content,and decrease blood urea nitrogen in mice. All indices above were more than those in black currant natural juice except the blood urea nitrogen content was lower. Conclusion Black currant extracts could alleviate physical fatigue in mice, and be better than black currant natural juice.

Objective To explore serum IL-6 (interleukin-6) ,IL-10 (interleukin-10), the WBC (white blood cell count), CRP (C-reactive protein)and PCT ( procalcitonin ) level in early diagnosing of in children with hand, foot and mouth disease and bacterial infection. Methods 63 children in bacterial infection group and virus infection group respectively,collected 63 children in normal control group by physical examination. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) double antibody clamp method was used to determine serum IL-6 and IL-10 level. Immune turbidimetric , enzyme-linked fluorescent were used to detected serum CRP , PCT. WBC results were also compared. Resluts Serum IL-6, IL-10, CRP and PCT level were higher in normal control group compared with virus infection group , the WBC level was slightly lower than normal control grou with statistically different IL-6, IL-10, CRP level (P < 0.05);serum IL-6, IL-10, WBC, CRP and PCT levels in Bacteria infection group were higher than virus infection group and normal control group , while their serum WBC, CRP and PCT level were statistically significant compared to virus infection group (P < 0.05),IL-6 and IL-10 were no statistical different (P > 0.05). Conclusion IL-6, IL-10 levels increased significantly in the early stage of hand,foot and mouth disease, but in the aspect of combination of bacterial infection and bacterial infection, their clinical value was not so significant. WBC, CRP and PCT level had important value for early diagnosis in hand, foot and mouth disease with bacterial infection.

Objective To explore the correlation of metabolic disorder of newly diagnosed type 2 metabolism(T2DM) and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).Methods A total of 117 patients with newly diagnosed T2DM in Beijing Ditan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from June 2014 to June 2015 were enrolled.Patients were divided into two groups:T2DM with NAFLD of 57 cases and T2DM without NAFLD of 60 cases.Body mass index (BMI),waist circumference (WC),liver and kidney function,serum lipid,glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c),fasting glucose,fasting insulin and C-peptide (FCP) were detected.The insulin resistance and β-cell function were assessed by homeostasis model assessment insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) and HOMA-β.Results The incidence of NAFLD in T2DM patients was 51％ (that was,60 cases of T2DM patients with NAFLD),compared with 2TDM group,the metabolic index of T2DM without NAFLD was significantly increased (blood triglyceride (TG):(2.58 + 1.8) mmol/1 vs.(1.22 + 0.4) mmol/l,fasting blood glucose:(11.5+6.1) mmol/l vs.(9.2+4.3) mmol/l,serum uric acid:(465.3+65) umol/l vs.(325.3+72) umoL/l;P =0.03,0.03,0.02);HOMA-IR was more serious ((4.9 ± 2.8) vs.(3.8 ± 2.7);P =0.03);insulin β-cell function was compensatory more obvious ((49.2 ± 27) vs.(29.5 ± 18);P =0.02);prevalence rate of obesity,hypertension and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKD),diabetic retinopathy (DR),diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) were significantly increased(P＜0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that,smoking(OR=1.405,95％CI:1.262-1.567),male(OR=1.037,95％CI:1.015-1.063),BMI(OR=1.113,95％CI:1.278-2.531),WC (OR =1.624,95％ CI:1.162-1.761) and TG (OR =1.823,95％ CI:1.2822.563) were risk factors of NAFLD (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion T2DM patients with NAFLD have severer insulin resistance than those without NAFLD.The β-cell function of those patients is compensatory increased.NAFLD prevalence rate significantly increase in patients with obesity,especially in male diabetic patients who smoking.

Objective To evaluate the function of IRISiQ200 full automated urine analyzer and its clinical application of user re-classification function.Methods The reproducibility,linearity and mutual infection rate of IRISiQ200 were detected.116 fresh urine specimen were obtained from outpatient and inpatient at random.After the specimen were detected with IRISiQ200,the doubtful urine sediment images were discriminated repeatedly by user reclassification.The microscopic quantitation in uncentrifuged samples was used as reference.Results IRISiQ200 showed good reproducibility,linearity and lower mutual infection rate.The performances by using iQ-200 were: erythrocytes Y=0.596X+11.353,R2=0.834;leukocytes Y=0.468X+5.745,R2=0.708;epithelial cells Y=0.524X-2.649,R2=0.815.The performances after reclassification: erythrocytes Y=0.895X-3.328,R2=0.997;leukocytes Y=0.786X-1.880,R2=0.976;epithelial cells Y=0.911X-5.502,R2=0.992.Conclusion IRISiQ200 full automated urine analyzer shows excellent performance.There is fine correlation between iQ-200 and microscopic quantitation in uncentrifuged samples,and the urine sediment can be observed intuitively by using reclassification function.The doubtful urine sediment images can be discriminated.It can degrade the instrument error and increase the detection accuracy greatly.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2008,29(2):82-83,85]

Objective To observe the cerebral edema occurrence ,evolution and prognosis of intra-arterial thrombolytic recanali-zation in patients with acute ischemic stroke .Methods From October 2010 to October 2012 ,36 patients who underwent the intra-arterial thrombolytic therapy were cerebral recanalization .They were randomly divided into two groups :1-3 h group and >3-6 h group .The alteration of brain edema was observed by cranial CT .Their mRS .NHISS and BI were scaled and recorded before and after intra-arterial thrombolytic therapy .Results After intra-arterial thrombolytic therapy ,the occurrence rate of cerebral edema was 94% ,appeared at the onset of more than 1 hours in all patients .Long-term follow-up showed ,cerebral edema location appeared obvious cerebromalacia .Cerebral edema and clinical outcome had not significant difference between 1-3 h group and 3-6 h group . Conclusion Cerebral edema and loss of cerebral tissue occurred almost inevitability in patients who received intra-artery thromboly-sis and recanalized their cerebral artery .It indicates that good local circulation and general condition may be favorable factors that can gradually reduce brain edema .

Objective To determine the nucleotide sequence of the LACK (Leishmania homologue of receptors for activated protein kinase C) gene of Leishmania donovani isolates from plain foci (L.d SD1) and desert foci (L.d XJ771) of China, and to find out the difference of the sequence of LACK gene with other Leishimania spp. and also the isolate from hill foci of China.. Methods. The LACK genes of L.d SD1 and L.d XJ771 were amplified by RT-PCR and cloned into pUC18 vector respectively, sequenced by the dideoxy chain termination method, then analyzed and compared with that of other isolates.. Results . The LACK genes of the two isolates were successfully cloned. Both of the 2 fragments were 942 bp in length. Comparison of the two nucleotide sequences with that of other Leishmania spp. in GenBank showed that the identities were more than 97%, and the identities of the nucleotide sequences of LACK genes of the three L.d isolates from plain, desert and hill foci of China were more than 95%.. Conclusion . High identities exist among the nucleotide sequences of LACK genes of the three L.d isolates from the three foci of China.

Purpose The aim of this study is to define molecular sub-healthy status among individuals attending routine physical examination.Methods This study examined 8 blood tumor markers among 5 825 healthy individuals.Results (1) Differences in levels of tumor markers were observed between males and females.(2) Elevated CA72-4 levels were seen in 16.05％ of individuals in both sexes.(3) More males had elevated levels of CEA and CYFRA21-1.Among the individuals with elevated levels of tumor markers,most were clustered in the prime age group of 41 to 50 years.Conclusion This is the first large-sample survey in healthy Han population in Xinjiang,which found elevated levels of all 8 markers tested with varying rates.Accordingly,this study proposes for the first time a concept of molecular sub-healthy status and a strategy of early tumor screening at molecular level.The molecular sub-healthy status may be an early warning sign for potential cancers,which should draw attention by preventive public health policies.

Objective To compare the effects of airway humidification by intermittent atomization inhalation and micro pump control on pulmonary infection after tracheotomy in elderly patients with serebral hemorrhage. Methods From February 2012 to February 2013, 46 elderly patients with heavy craniocerebral injury and tracheotomy were set as the control group, treated with intermittent atomization inhalation. From March 2013 to March 2014, 50 elderly patients with severe craniocerebral injury and tracheotomy were set as the observation group, treated with micro pump controlled continuous airway humidification. The two groups were compared in terms of the satisfaction rate and incidence of pulmonary infection. Result The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and the incidence of pulmonary infection was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Micro pump controlled airway humidification for elderly patients with severe craniocerebral injury can improve the airway humidification effect and reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection.

Objective to establish an ethical assessment system in the admittance of the limitative medical technologies.Method:literature review and Delphi method are employed to adjust and set the structure,index numbers,and index weights of ethical assessment system of the limitative medical technologies.Result:An ethical assessment system in the admittance of the limitative medical technologies was established,which included 3 primary indices,11 secondary indices and 35 tertiary indices.There were 4 qualitative levels with different weights in tertiary indices,based on which the global grade and proposed-admittance criterion were obtained.Conclusion:Establishment of ethical assessment system in the admittance of the limitative medical technologies provides an ethical evidence for the assessment of clinical admittance of the limitative medical technologies with qualitative and quantitative approaches and class-setting evidence.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of adiponectin and leptin in umbilical bloods and fetal' s growth and development. Methods Eighty-six neonates bom in our obstetrics department from October 2006 to October 2007 were enrolled the study. According to different birth weight they were divided into small for gestational age infants (SGA) group( n = 16), appropriate for gestational age (AGA) group( n = 41) and large for gestational age (LGA) group ( n = 29 ). After the baby was delivered, 20ml umbilical cord blood was collected immediately.Serum adiponectin and leptin levels of umbilical blood were measured using the radio immunoassay, while blood lipid levels were examined and neonatal growth parameters were measured. Results (1)There were significant difference of umbilical blood leptin and adiponectin levels among three groups ( P < 0.001), which were higher in LGA group than those in AGA and SAG group(P <0.01). (2)There were positive correlations between the serum leptin levels and body weight, gestational age, head circumference, body length, foot length and placental weight( P < 0.01). There were positive correlations between the umbilical blood levels of adiponectin and birth weight, head circumference, foot length and BMI(P<0.05).(3)Umbilical blood leptin levels were significantly positively correlated with adiponectin (P <0.01). (4) Blood lipid levels were not found significant difference among three groups, there were no significant correlation between umbilical blood adiponectin and leptin levels and blood lipids ( P > 0.05). Conclusion Umbilical blood leptin and adiponectin play an important role in fetal growth and developmental processes.
