OBJECTIVE:To improve the work efficiency and service quality in the inpatient dispensary.METHODS:The traditional workflow was replaced by new work mode in which unified coding of all drugs,contract responsibility system,and flow process were carried out.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:Through improving workflow in the inpatient dispensary,the responsibility division has been established,and the work efficiency has been improved.
2.Tea Polyphenol Influences Blood Plasma Endotoxin Level in Alcohol Liver Hurted Rat Model

OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of tea polyphenol in alcoholic liver(hurted) rat by observing its blood plasma endotoxin level,and to provide the direction of new(treatments) and means for the prevention of alcoholic liver disease.METHODS Thirty S-D rats(15 female,15 male) were divided into five groups randomly(noted as A,B,C,D,and E,with equal male and female),and fed in the cleanliness class laboratory.Excepting group E which was given saline,all other groups were given alcohol(56% Hongxing spirits) with the dosage of 7 g/kg once everyday.At the same time,rats in groups B,C and D were given tea polyphenol with the dosage of 0.05,0.125,0.25 g/kg.In the end of the fourth week,got the rats vein blood to determinae serum ALT,AST level and blood plasma endotoxin level.RESULTS The serum AST of the group A was higher than other 4 groups;the blood plasma endotoxin level in groups B,C,and D were(consequently) lower than in group A.CONCLUSIONS The tea polyphenol could reduce the blood plasma endotoxin level in alcoholic liver hurted rat.Its possible mechanism is to repress the isotopy of bowel flora,and to maintain the normal function of bowel mucous membrane.This research provides a new way for curing the alcohol liver hurt.
3.Impact of miR-122a on inhibition proliferation of laryngeal carcinoma cell line Hep2

Objective:To study the effect of miR-122a on inhibition proliferation of laryngeal carcinoma cell line Hep-2.Meth-ods:The oligomucleotide of miR-122a was transfected into laryngeal carcinoma cell line Hep 2 cells,which were devided into three groups of A(miR-122a transfection),B(miR-122a inhibitor),C(miR-122a-NC inhibitor) and group of D(blank control).The expres-sion of miR-122a was defected by RT-PCR,and relevant protein expression was evaluated by Western blot .The cell proliferation and cell cycle were determined by MTT assy and flow cytometry ,respectively.Results:Compared to group D,miR-122a expression in Hep2 cells was obviously elevated atter miR-122a-transfected.The proliferation of Hep2 cells in group A was significantly inhibited and the cell cycle arrested at G1/G0 phase.The protein expression of CDC42 was downregulated with decreased expressions of CDK 4 and cyclin D1 in group A.Conclusion:miR-122a inhibits the proliferation activity of Hep 2 cells,suggesting that miR-122a can be taken as a po-tential candidate for gene therapy of laryngeal carcinoma .
4.Analysis of residual lymph node from diffuse large B-cell lymphoma after chemotherapy

Objective To evaluate hemodynamic status,pathological,imaging and ultrasound changes of residual lymph nodes from diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) after chemotherapy and their relationship with clinical treatment after chemotherapy.Methods 50 DLBCL patients undergoing full course of chemotherapy but still bearing residual lymph nodes were examined with ultrasound-guided lymph node biopsy.Some examinations were combined with PET-CT to analyze properties of residual lymph nodes.Results 64 lymph nodes were identified by color Doppler ultrasounda in the 50 DLBCL patients treated with full course of chemotherapy.Among them,53 lymph nodes from 42 patients did not show artery blood flow and HE staining of these lymph node biopsy met the clinical standard for complete remission.For the other 11 lymph nodes from 8 patients,ultrasound examination displayed smrounding blood flow inside.At the same time,PET-CT showed that these lymph nodes had higher SUV values,implying high metabolic state in these tissues,which was in agreement with ultrasonic examination results.However,HE staining of these lymph nodes biopsy demonstrated only residual lesion but no tumor tissue.Conclusions Lymph nodes still exist in DLBCL patients treated with full course of chemotherapy.Ultrasound and PET-CT examination have high accuracy in diagnosing benign and malignant residual lymph nodes in follow-up examination on 4 weeks after chemotherapy showed that lymph nodes are over > 1.5 cm in length and have central or peripheral blood flow.Therefore,PET-CT examination of tumor could be considered as a reference index in characterizing residual tumors after chemotherapy.

6.Evaluation on efficiency of 4 kinds of γ-interferon release assay detection kits for diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To evaluate efficiencies of 4 kinds of γ‐interferon release assay(IGRA) detection kits in diagnosis of pul‐monary tuberculosis .Methods 4 kinds of IGRA reagents produced by Oxford Immunotec Ltd (Oxford) in British ,Shanghai Fuxing Changzheng Medical Science Co .,Ltd(Fuxing) ,Cellectis in Australia(Cellectis) and Haikou VTI Biological Institute(VTI) ,respec‐tively ,were used to determine release levels of peripheral bloodγ‐interferon which had antigenicity of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in 86 cases of patients with tuberculosis and 80 cases of healthy individuals ,and diagnostic efficiencies were evaluated .Results Among the 4 kinds of IGRA reagents ,including Oxford ,Fuxing ,Cellectis and VTI ,the sensitivity was 93 .02% ,88 .37% ,90 .70% and 91 .86% ,respectively ;the specificity was 92 .50% ,75 .00% ,82 .50% and 87 .50% ,respectively ;the positive predictive value was 93 .02% ,79 .17% ,84 .78% and 88 .76% ,respectively ;the negative predictive value was 92 .50% ,85 .71% ,89 .19% and 90 .91% ;the diagnostic accordance rate was 92 .77% ,81 .93% ,86 .75% and 89 .76% ,respectively ;the area under receiver operating charac‐teristic(ROC) curve was 0 .975 ,0 .892 ,0 .958 and 0 .963 .Conclusion There are no significant differences among Oxford ,Fuxing , Cellectis and VTI reagents ,and reagents could be selected according to clinical requirements .
7.Overview in etiology and pathogenesis of hyperlipidemic severe acute pancreatitis

Hyperlipidemia aggravates the pancreatitic injury in the course of severe acute pancreatitis.At present,the research on the pathogenesis has attracted wide attention though it has still not been fully clarified.In many theories of pathogenesis which explained the hyperlipidemic severe acute pancreatitis,the toxic effect of free fatty acids,the theory of accelerated activation of trypsinogen and the theory of pancreatic microcirculation disturbance were the dominant hypothesis.In recent years,concerns have also been raised over the theory of intestinal bacterial.translocation and the theory of calcium overload of pancreatic acinar cells.In this article,the author will review the recent advances in the pathogenesis of hyperlipidemic severe acute pancreatitis.
8.EFFECT OF BETA CASOMORPHIN 7 ON CHOLECYSTOKININ mRNA EXPRESSION AND ITS STABILITY IN DUODENUM OF ADULT RATS

Objective: The aim of the present study was to evaluate the stability of native bovine ? casomorphin 7 in duodenum of adult rats, and the local effect on expression of cholecystokinin in intestinal mucosa. Method: (1) According to the variety of infused ? casomorphin 7 concentrations between absorptive and un-absorptive groups in vivo, its characteristic absorption in duodenum was observed. (2) To characterize the stability of the ? casomorphin 7, rat intestinal mucosa homogenate was digested and the enzyme activities were determined in vitro. (3) The effect on cholecystokinin mRNA expression of ? casomorphin 7 after luminal administration was analyzed by RT-PCR. Results:? casomorphin 7 was unable to be absorbed by intestinal epithelia and quickly degraded in the intestinal tract. It contributed to elevate cholecystokinin mRNA expression in intestinal mucosa and this effect was partly blocked by naloxone. This peptide also significantly inhibited the somatostatin mRNA expression. Conclusion: The present data demonstrated that the local effect on expression of cholecystokinin of ? casomorphin 7 might be related to opioid system and directly or indirectly affected by somatostatin.
9.The expression levels of three T-type calcium channel receptors in inner ear of C57BL/6J mice with age.

OBJECTIVE:
To explore the expression levels of three T-type calcium channel receptors (α1G; α1H; α1I) in the cochlea and spiral ganglion neurons of C57BL/6J mice with different ages.
METHOD:
Thirty cases of C57BL/6J mice were divided into three groups (6-8 W, 24-26 W, 42-44 W) according to the age. The expressions of three T-type calcium channel receptors were quantified by RT-PCR after hearing thresholds measured by ABR.
RESULT:
Three receptors were detected in the cochlea and spiral ganglion neurons of 6-8 W C57BL/6J mice. The quantitative results showed that the expression levels of α1H and α1I were highest among three receptors in spiral ganglion neurons and in the cochlea respectively. The expression levels of three receptors significantly decreased with age,especially at the age of 4244 W.
CONCLUSION
The expression of T-type calcium channel receptors reduced with age in the inner ear of C57BL/6J mice.

10.Expression of let-7a2 in lung adenocarcinoma

Objective To explore the expression and significance of let-7a2 in lung adenocarcinoma.Methods To adapt technology of realtime PCR with reference of U6, the expression of let-7a2 in tumor tissues and normal tissues was detected in 15 cases of resected lung adenocarcinoma. The laboratorial data were analysed by measure of 2~(-△△CT) method. The analysed data were managed by statistics. Results The expression of let-7a2 in lung adenocarcinoma tissue was significantly lower than that in lung normal tissue (0.8733±0.4821 vs 2.4527±1.0111). This difference possess markedness significance(t=6.816, P<0.001).Conclusion The expression of let-7a2 in lung adenocarcinoma is obviously lower and is concerned with the course of lung cancer evolution.
