OBJECTIVE To investigate the management criteria for selecting and applying of prosthesis and implants.METHODS Through a standard system and appropriate measures, the strict management to the purchase and entire application of prosthesis and implants was encouraged.RESULTS The systemic management ensured the hospital to use prosthesis and implants safely on patients and prevent from improper or illegal use, thus to safeguard the interests of both the patients and the hospital, avoiding unnecessary harms to patients′ body and spirit, therefore to minimize the conflicts between hospitals and patients.During the implementation of the management, further improvement and investigation were required.CONCLUSIONS Maintaining the mutual inferests between patients and hospital, avoiding unnecessary harms to patients′can minmize the medical conflicts and persistent improvements.

Objective To investigate the expression of activated ERK (p-ERK) and activated p38 (p-p38) in the keratinocytes of condyloma acuminata (CA) lesions. Methods Fifty cases of HPV 6/11 CA were diagnosed by in situ hybridization. The expression and distribution of p-ERK and p-p38 in CA lesions and 25 normal human skins (foreskins) were detected by immunohistochemistry technique (En Vision). Results ①The results showed that the expression of p-ERK and p-p38 in keratinocytes of CA lesions were significantly higher than those in normal epidermis (P

Objective To evaluate the effects of multi-functional self-help lower extremity training band on elderly patients after hip fracture surgery. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients after hip fracture surgery were randomly divided into two groups experimental group (n=60) and control group (n=60). The patients of two groups were treated with routine care, but patients of experimental group also received functional exercise using multi-functional self-help lower extremity training. The compliance of functional exercise were compared between two groups, and the effects of postoperative rehabilitation exercise were evaluated. Results The exercise effects of knee joint and hip joint in experimental group were significantly better than those in control group (χ2 =14. 90,13. 89;P<0. 05). The patients′compliance of functional exercise in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0. 01). Conclusions The using of multi-functional self-help lower extremity training band can improve the compliance of functional exercise and the effects of rehabilitation on elderly patients after hip fracture surgery, and can promote the progress of rehabilitation.
