Objective To observe and explore the risk factors of nonalcoholic fatty liver diseas(NAFLD) complicated with hypertension in the enterprise retirees .Methods A total of 209 NAFLD patients diagnosed by ultrasound combined with questionnaire were collected in the enterprise retirees,and they were divided into the NAFLD with hypertension group(100 cases)and NAFLD without hypertension group (109 cases)after combined with physical examination results and past medical history.The relevant data of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed,and the risk factors of NAFLD complicated with hypertension disease were analyzed.Results The levels of age(t =1.69,P <0.05),body mass index(BMI)(t =0.36,P <0.05),waist circumference(t =0.64,P <0.05), total cholesterol(TC)(t =2.31,P <0.05),total bilirubin(TBS)(t =6.83,P <0.05),serum creatinine(Scr)(t =2. 20,P <0.05)in NAFLD complicated with hypertension group were higher than those in NAFLD group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(P <0.01 or P <0.05).The logistic regression analysis showed that TC(OR =4.2)was the independent influencing factor of NAFLD with hypertension.Conclusion NAFLD is closely associated with hypertension,NAFLD can be incorporated into chronic disease management system with high blood pressure in order to improve the value of the disease in the elderly,and it is conducive to the further study of NAFLD and the management of other chronic disease.

Although locoregional recurrence (LRR) after mastectomy is regarded as a signal of disease progression,but it is different from distant metastasis.Some patients could have better prognosis and benefit from salvage treatments,especially for patients with isolated LRR.Time to recurrence,site of recurrence and number of recurrent nodules have great influence on the prognosis of patients with LRR.For suited patients with LRR,surgical resection and endocrine therapy are valuable in suitable cases,but the role of chemotherapy still need further study.

The current situation of large-scale medical imaging equipment in Zhenjiang region is briefly summarized.Investigation and study are made on DSA,CT and MR of 19 hospitals in Zhenjiang.Data are treated statistically.Suggestions on management and disposition of large scale medical imaging equipment are put forward at last.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of different dietary pattern and soybean oligosac-charides supplementation on the amount and proportion of short-chain fatty acids (SCFA). Method: Twelve healthy students aged 20 to 25 years old were selected in the medical college. The study included 3 periods. In every period the students accepted different dietary patterns in 1st week [1. low animal food diet (LAFD),2. balanced food diet (BD), 3. high animal food diet (HAFD)]. Objective To analyse the expression patterns of the vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3(VEGFR-3) at the protein and mRNA level,and to detect the biological function of VEGFR-3 in the lymphangiogenesis of the embryos. Methods A total of 61 specimens of skin were investigated by immunohistochemical staining with a polyclonal antibody against VEGFR-3 in embryo 15-day-old(E15) and in embryo 21-day-old(E21).The expression of VEGFR-3 mRNA was studied in situ hybridization. Objective To explore the relationship between job burnout feeling and sleep quality in psychiatric female medical staff.Methods 100 female medical staff were randomly selected from two mental hospitals in Wenzhou,and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index was used to evaluate and Maslach burnout inventory;and the relation-ship between sleep quality and job burnout was analyzed.Results Female psychiatric and medical personnel to the personality dimension score was (10.84 ±4.75)points,which was higher than Maslach norm (7.12 ±5.22)points;emotion exhaustion scores of (14.44 ±6.38)points,low achievement sense score of (15.07 ±6.89)points,below the Maslach often die emotion exhaustion scores of (22.19 ±9.53)points and low achievement sense scores (36.54 ± 7.34)points.The differences were statistically significant (t =-12.15,7.84,-31.15,all P <0.01).Job burnout and there were significant correlations between sleep quality and the emotional exhaustion and personification and PQSI seven dimensions and the total score was a positive correlation,low sense of achievement and PQSI total score and negatively correlated with seven dimensions.Conclusion Wenzhou psychiatric female medical staff burnout is significantly higher than the general population,there is a correlation between staff burnout and sleep quality,and the more serious burnout,poorer quality of sleep.Improving the quality of sleep of medical staff is one of the ways to relieve job burnout.

OBJECTIVE To investigate bacterial contamination of throat spray in different patient groups before and after using it and explore the satisfactory disinfection methods for decreasing the rate of hospital acquired infection.METHODS The methods were used in accordance with Disinfection Technology Criteria.We compared the germicidal effect of five kinds of methods.RESULTS Bacterial contamination was very serious after using throat spray,many bacteria,even pathogens,as well as the normal flora from the region of nasopharynx had been found there.Bacterial contamination was more serious in ENT department patient than in endoscopy patient after using throat sprays.Burning,alcohol,iodophor and disinfectants containing iodine with alcohol were better than oxidized potential water method on disinfection effect.CONCLUSIONS Much attention should be paid to the contamination of throat spray,selecting the most effective disinfection methods,hospital infections caused by invasive manipulation could be prevented when correct methods are adopted.

The relationship between the central frequency and the transmembrane voltages of plasma membrane is also given. The optimum frequency causing electroporation in nuclear envelope is given as well. The paper discusses the reasons of electroporation in membrane and DNA degradation in nuclear. The work provides a reference for usage of transient bipolar electric pulses in cancer treatment.

Objective To improve the nursing skills of low age and service seniority nurses and meet the needs of clinical nurses,in order to serve patients better and improve the quality of cave.Methods According to knowledge tests 50 points for nurse job-related skill issued by Chinese Ministry of Health,our hospital selected 12 commonly used basic operation skills and designed comprehensive cases through integration and reformation.We trained and examined nurses with undergraduate degree came to our hospistal in 2008.Results After training,the score of clinical nursing skill reached 91.81,86 nurses reached the standard and the effective compliance rate was 95%.Conclusions It proved to be an effective method to improve the nursing skills of low-age and service seniority nurses by carrying out the comprehensive casestyle training methods.
