1.Functions of cytokine induced killer cells in oncotherapy
Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(12):908-911
Cytokine induced killer (CIK) cells are the main immune cells for tumor immnuotherapy.Relevant basic researches show that CIK cells have significant antitumor effects for various hematologic tumor and solid tumors.Clinical studies confirm that CIK cells-based therapy have exact therapeutic effect and mild adverse reaction for tumor patients. So CIK cells-based therapy is a promising and safe method and it is important to establish standards for cultivating and using CIK cells.
3.Investigation of Rehabilitation in Rural Community Health Service after Earthquake in Sichuan
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2009;15(9):887-888
Objective To study the condition of rehabilitation in Community Health Service (CHS) in rural areas after earthquake. Methods 274 medical personnels of CHS were invistigated with the questionnaire. Results There was no rehabilitation therapist in those medical personnel, and no difference of requirement, referral will and acquaintance of therapy between rehabilitation and acupuncture in CHS (P=0.056,P=0.293,P=0.654). There was a significant difference in acquaintance of rehabilitation among different ages of medical personnel (P<0.01), but there wasn't of acupuncture (P=0.104). Conclusion It still lack rehabilitation therapist in CHS. Techniques and resources were the key points in the development of community-based rehabilitation.

Objective: To study the clinical features of depressive patients consulting neurological clinics in a general hospital and the therapeutic effect of Paroxetine in treatment of depression in this group Methods: 46 patients with depressive symptoms were collected consecutively, 24 among them were treated by Paroxetine The changes of scores of HAMD and Clinical Global Impression(CGI) before and after treatment were used to assess the therapeutic effect Results: Patients complained a variety of somatic symptoms involved nearly all systems, After four weeks’treatment of Paroxetine, both HAMD and CGI scores decreased dramatically The change of HAMD became significant at the end of the first week of treatment Conclusion: Depressive patients consulting general hospital have many somatic complaints Paroxetine has both anxioletic and antidepressant effects in this group of patients

Objective To observe the effect of Tangluotong Decoction(Decoctions of removing obstruction of meridians for treating diabetes)based on the principle of reinforcing kidney, activating blood and removing obstruction of meridians on the early diabetic nephropathy(DN)patients. Methods Totally 68 DN patients were randomized into two groups. In addition to the routine treatment for diabetes, the treatment group(38 patients)was administered Tangluotong Decoction while the control group(30 patients)was giv- en Lossartan Potassium Tablets. The clinical symptoms and signs and lab indices before and after treatment were observed. Results The comprehensive total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.47% while that of control group was 60.00%,the difference was significant(P
8.Radiographic Contrast-Induced Nephropathy in 6 Children
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(17):-
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of radiographic contrast-induced nephropathy(RCIN) in children for improving the knowledge of this disease.Method The clinical data of 6 hospitalized children with RCIN collected from Oct.1998 to Dec.2007 were evaluated retrospectively. Results Of 92 patients who had cardio-angiography,intravenous pyelography, renal arteriography, cerebral angiography, and CT with contrast medium,6 cases(2 girls and 4 boys, aged 2-17 years old) had RCIN.Among the 6 children,5 cases [serum creatinine(Scr) was from 168.3 to 249.7 ?mol/L] showed non-oliguria-type acute renal failure;1 case(Scr was 583.1 ?mol/L) showed oliguria-type acute renal failure, and renal biopsy pathology findings showed that renal tubular epithelial cells were vacuolar degene-ration,striated border fell off, renal tubular epithelial cells were necrotic mulifocally, while the glomeruli were normal.Hematuria in 2 cases with primary disease aggravated;2 cases showed microscopic hematuria;1 case had proteinuria(+),1 case appeared microscopic hematuria and proteinuria(+).Five patients with non-oliguria-type acute renal failure were cured successfully after the medication of 10-21 days.Another case with oliguria-type acute renal failure was well after interrupted hematodialysis for 13 days and medication. Conclusion Children suffering RCIN usually manifest non-oliguria-type acute renal failure, and most of them can be cured by hematodialysis and medication mostly.
