OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the improvement of supervision system of online drug sale in China. METH-ODS:Usingonline pharmacyonline drugstoreinternet drugssupervisionas keywords,CNKI,Wanfang database from Jan. 2015 to Jan. 2016 and related websites were retrieved, experience about legislation, legal provisions and regulatory bodies in the United States,Britain,Germany and other countries were summarized. The problems existing in the current supervision system in China were analyzed, and related suggestions were proposed. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The legal system of the online drug sale in the United States,Britain,Germany and other countries is more complete, legislation content is relatively perfect,pay-ing attention to the combination of administrative supervision and industry supervision. The supervision system of online drug sale in China exists problems as follows as legislation level relatively lower, conflict between laws and regulations;the legislation con-tent being not perfect, contents missing or provisions blur in many aspects;law enforcement existing in the government depart-ments,industry regulation being weak and others. It is suggested that the country should develop high-order law when improving the supervision system of online drug sale, modifying the existing law or promulgating the relevant specialized laws by legal form rather than regulations and rules;develop clear, actionable law and learn from foreign related systems (such as electronic evi-dence,blacklist)to improve legal contents;and further clear the powers and responsibilities of the regulatory authorities, actively develop industry associations(such as pharmaceutical association, etc.)to conduct supervision for online drug sale.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2015;23(11):849-853
Mild stroke refers to ischemic stroke with mild neurological defects. In recent years, its incidence rate has increased gradually. However, there is no standardized definition for mild stroke, and there is a great controversy about whether to conduct thrombolytic therapy for mild stroke. The conventional wisdom holds that the patients with mild stroke should not be treated with intravenous thrombolysis;however, many studies have indicated that the short-term and medium-term outcomes are poor in patients with mild stroke without receiving thrombolytic therapy, and many patients with mild stroke may benefit from thrombolytic therapy. This article summarizes about the definition of mild stroke and the clinical studies of thrombolytic therapy in recent years, hoping to provide reference for clinicians in order to make better clinical decisions.

Objective:To investigate the protective effect of intratracheal transplantation of different dose of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in rats with acute lung injury induced by severe burns.Methods:Seventy-five male Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups:Sham(group A),Saline group(group B) and different doses of hUMSCs transplantation groups(C,D and E).The dosage ofhUMSCs was 1 × 105,5 × 105 and 1 × 106 respectively.Rats inflicted by 50 %TBSA Ⅲ degree scalding employed as the model. After modeling, rats in group B and transplantation groups were immediately fluid resuscitated.Transplantation groups were intratracheally administered different dose hUCMSCs (0.2 mL),and group B were given normal saline in the same dose intratracheally. The lung tissue samples were collected on day 1,day 3 and day 7 after administration.HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of lung tissue.MPO and CD68 immunohistochemical staining were used to observe the positive expression of neutrophils and macrophages in lung tissue. Results:Lung pathology showed that alveolar cavity was clear, alveolar structure integrity, occasionally a small amount of inflammatory cells of group A at each time point. At 1 day after scald, group B and the transplantation group (group C,D,E)the alveolar septum was thickened, and there was visible pulmonary capillary hyperemia,as well as a large amount of inflammatory cell infiltrations in the pulmonary capillaries and alveolar space. At 3 day, group B and the transplantation group alveolar structural damage, pulmonary hemorrhage and inflammatory cell infiltrations were better than those in 1 day.Compared with group B,the alveolar structure was clear and the septum was thinner, but there was no significant difference between the transplantation groups. On the 7 day after scald, the lung injury in the transplanted group was significantly less than group B,and the recovery of the injured lung tissue in E group was the most obvious. The number of the MPO positive cells increased significantly on the first day after scald (P <0.05) compared with group A,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.Compared with B group, the number of positive cells in transplantation group was significantly reduced at 3 and 7 day after scald,(P<0.05),and the number of positive cells in group E was significantly lower than other groups (P<0.05).CD68 staining showed a significant increase in positive cells in each group on day 1 (P> 0.05).The number of positive cells decreased in 3 day after transplantation (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the transplantation groups. The number of positive cells in transplantation group was significantly lower than group B (P<0.05) after 7 day.Compared with group C and D,there was significant difference in group E (P<0.05).Conclusions:Intratracheal transplantation of different dose hUCMSCs have protective on severe burns induced acute lung injury models;the protection mechanisms may be that the hUCMSCs transplantation can inhibit the invasion of the inflammatory cells in lung tissues, and the optimal dosage is 1 × 106.

Chinese Journal of Virology 2015;31(2):124-131
In order to identify host factors which interact with the movement protein (MP) of Apple chlorotic leaf spot virus (ACLSV), ACLSV MP was cloned into the bait vector pGBKT7 and used to screen a cDNA library of Malus sylvestris cv. R12740-7A, which had previously been constructed by yeast two-hybrid sequencing transformation. The protein functions of the identified host factors were determined according to their gene annotations in GenBank. The result showed that the bait plasmid pGBKT7-MP showed no virulence or self-activating effect on yeast strain Y2H Gold. Sixty-nine interactor proteins were identified, which were divided into the following 10 classes according to their described functions: hydrolases; pathogenesis-related proteins; DNA binding proteins; phosphatases; ligases; proteins with catalytic activity; phenylalanine ammonialyases; peroxidases; NAD binding proteins; and proteins of unknown function. Bioinformatic analysis of gene homology suggested that phosphatases, pathogenesis-related proteins and glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase A may play an important role in the interaction between virus and host. This study may provide a theoretical basis for the further study of viral pathogenesis and virus-host interaction mechanisms.
