1.Effect of Rehabilitation Training on Negative Symptom of Patients with Schizophrenia
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2011;17(11):1096-1098
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation training on negative symptom of patients with schizophrenia. Methods 70schizophrenics were divided into control group (n=35) and observation group (n=35). Both groups took antipsychotics. The control group receivedroutine psychiatric nursing, and the observation group received targeted rehabilitation training additionally. The rehabilitation effectwas assessed by Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms (SANS) and Inpatient Psychiatric Rehabilitation Outcome Scale (IPROS). ResultsThe scores of lack of interest, attention dysfunction, ability of daily life, social function, concern and interest were lower in observationgroup than in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation training during hospitalization can improve the social function of schizophrenics.

Chinese Hospital Management 2016;36(7):29-31
Through demonstrating the satisfaction evaluation system of Singapore hospitals, the article analyzed the differences between the satisfaction evaluation system of Singapore and the system made by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning. It was concluded that the humanized evaluation methods should be highlighted, the conformity of establishment of evaluation system and policy be focused on,staff incentive mechanism be focused on and perfected, and patients' expectation indicator and perceived quality be considered as strategic tools to improve the healthcare system performance.
3.Research status of hippocampal dysfunctions caused by cranial irradiation
Chinese Journal of Radiological Medicine and Protection 2016;36(9):712-716
Cranial irradiation is routinely used for the treatment of almost all brain tumors, but it may cause disastrous injury in brain, especially in the hippocampus that has cognitional and emotional regulation functions.Several studies have investigated the mechanisms of radiation-induced hippocampal dysfunctions such as hippocampal neurogenesis, neurotrophin and neuroinflammation, and provided effective prevention strategies such as exercise, environmental enrichment,anti-inflammatory and intrahippocampal transplantation of neural stem cells. This review discussed the curent progresses and challenges of hippocampal dysfunction induced by cranial irradiation and provided new insights for preclinical and clinical researches.
4.Advance in the impact of mesenchymal stem cells on tumor growth
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2008;17(5):398-400
Mesenchymal stem cells is another adult stem cells in bone marrow apart from hematopoietic stem cells.Because of their strong self-renewal capacity and the potential of multi-lineage differentiation.mesenehymal stem cells are used more and more in the treatment of malignant diseases, such as hematological malignant diseases and extensively applied in regenerative medicine and tissue engineering. However, the exact role of mesenehymal stem cells on tumor is not completely clear. This review is about the impact of mesenchymal stem cells on tumor growth and the related mechanism.
5.Determination of eucalyptol, camphor, menthol and borneol in Ganmaokang Spray by GC
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(01):-
AIM: To establish a method of determining eucalyptol, camphor, menthol and borneol in Ganmaokang Spray. METHODS: GC was conducted on a EC-WAX column(30 m?0.53 mm?1.2 ?m) and naphthalene was adopted as internal standard. RESULTS: Eucalyptol, camphor, menthol and borneol respectively showed a good linear relationship in the following ranges of concentration:0.384 48-0.987 12 mg/mL,0.240 6~(0.561 4 mg/mL,)0.367 56-0.857 6 mg/mL and 0.135 6-0.316 4 mg/mL. The average recoveries were obtained as 98.4%, 98.2%, 98.5% and 98.2%(n=5). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and suitable for the determination of four constituents in Ganmaokang Spray.

Journal of Kunming Medical University 2013;(11):68-71
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of naloxone combined with edaravone on acute alcoholism. Methods One hundred and twenty-five patients with acute alcoholism were randomly divided into the control and treatment groups. The control group accepted conventional treatment and taking naloxone, while the treatment group accepted edaravone on the basis. Before and after treatment, the treatment recovery time, recovery respiratory rate time and symptom disappearance time were recorded. The malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione (GSH), neuron-specific enolase (NSE), S-100βand vascular cell adhesion points-1 (VCAM-1) were detected. Results After treatment, the recovery time and recovery respiratory rate time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group ( <0.05) . In the control group, S-100β was significantly improved after treatment ( <0.05) . NSE, S-100β, VCAM-1 and MDA have significantly decreased ( <0.05) after treatment in the treatment group. Compared with the control group, there were significant differences of S-100β,VCAM-1 and MDA in the treatment group before and after treatment (<0.05) . While SOD and GSH have significantly increased ( <0.05) after treatment and showed significant differences compared with the control group ( <0.05) . Conclusion Naloxone and edaravone combination therapy can improve oxidative stress and nerve damage, which help early rehabilitation in patients with acute alcoholism.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(05):-
Objective: To evaluate the reliability and effects of a compound bone substitute materials Bio-oss artificial bone grafts with recombinant human bone morphogenic protein-2(rhBMP-2) filling the alveolar bone defects around heterogenous replanted teeth. Methods:3 dogs′ bilateral mandible 3rd premolars(6 sites) were extracted. The defect sites without buccal and lingual alveolar bone were prepared for the heterogenous implanted teeth and the compound of Bio-oss and rhBMP-2 filled the alveolar bone defects around. The bone regeneration was observed by naked eye, radiograph, histology and histomorphometric analysis after 2, 3 months. Results:The new alveolar bone showed osteogenesis and calcification after 2 months, and intergrated with implanted teeth root under the light microscope and X ray. The new bone trabecular thickness(Tb.Th) augmented continuously. Differences of the bone area(B.Ar) and bone perimeter(B.Pm) were statistically significant after 2nd and 3rd month(P

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2009;17(10):783-786
Granulocyte macrophage-colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) is a muhifunctional growth factor. It stimulates the proliferation, differemiation and maturity of hematopoietic progenitor cell (HPC), and transfers from bone marrow to periphery, inducing multiple cell proliferation or differentiation. In recent years, some studies have indicated that GM-CSF plays an important role in anti-apoptosis, inducing neuronal differentiation and angiogenesis, which will he a new supplement to the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. This article reviews the effects of GM-CSF in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
