4.STUDIES ON LABORATORY AND CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCES OF THE LIVER SPECIFIC MEMBRANE LIPOPROTEIN IN LIVER DISEASESrWITH PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS OF 80 CASES
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
The isolation, purification and identification of liver-specific membrane lipo-protein (LSP) is briefly presented. Human fetal liver was homogenized and submitted to 105,000 g for 1 hour. The supernatent was detected with presence of LSP. It was then fractioned by chromatography through Sephadex G-100 and Sephadex G-200. LSP revealed in the first peak.Nine rabbits of both sexes, weighing about 3 kg, were immunized with LSP to prepare antiserum. 80 sera of various liver disease patients were detected. Evidence of an immune response to the LSP was present in 18 of 23 cases (78.2%) of chronic active hepatitis. This observation suggests that the LSP may play an important role in the pathogenesis of liver injury.
5.PRELIMINARY OBSERVATION ON THE EXPERIMENTAL TREATMENT FOR ACUTE HEPATIC NECROSIS WITH GLUCAGON AND INSULIN
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(01):-
An experiment of treatment for acute hepatic necrosis with glucagon, insulin branched chain aminoacid and scopolamine in rats was reported.Liver specimens were investigated microscpically and a serial changes of 3H-TdR were evaluated. It is suggested that G-I therapy may reduce the hepatic injury and may also accelerate the regeneration of hepatic cells in D-gal-induced hepatic injiury.G-I thfrapy may be effective for prevention of progressing hepatic necrosis and promotion of hepatic regeneration in fulminant hepatic failure.

ResultsIn comparison with individual ultrasound examination, the rate of display and accuracy were obviously improved by routine ultrasound and trans-rectal ultrasound, there was statistical significance. ConclusionThe routine ultrasound and trans-rectal ultrasound had the practical value in diagnosis of bladder cancer.
8.Application of arsenic trioxide in gastric cancer treatment
Journal of International Oncology 2013;(6):460-462
Arsenic trioxide (As2O3)is the main component of traditional Chinese medicine arsenic, which was initially used in the treatment of blood system diseases. In recent years, studies have found that it also has a good effect on a variety of solid tumors, especially gastric cancer. It has been confirmed that As2O3 can inhibit proliferation and metastasis of gastric cancer cells, induce apoptosis and protective autophagy, inhibite lymphatic formation and angiogenesis, affect the expression of telomere-related proteins in gastric cancer cells.
9.Effect of metabolic syndrome and related factors on recurrence of ischemic stroke
Chongqing Medicine 2017;46(11):1484-1486
Objective To investigate the relationship between metabolic syndrome and related factors and recurrence of ischemic stroke. Methods 90 in-and out-patients with ischemic stroke in Jiangbei District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during May 2013 and May 2014 were enrolled. In 90 cases,4 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were excluded.Basic data of the 86 patients were investigated, which including gender, age, abdominal circumference, smoking, drinking, family history of stroke, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia,a history of atrial fibrillation, transient ischemic attacks, fasting blood glucose, triglyceride, cholesterol, uric acid, homocysteine, urinary protein-creatine ratio, carotid ultrasound examination. We investigated patients with or without recurrent stroke during one year of telephone visit and follow-up.Patients with recurrent stroke were investigated. Results During the one year follow-up,24 cases in the 86 patients with ischimic stroke were recurrent, the recurrence rate was 27.9 %.2 cases in the recurrent patients died because of massive cerebral infarction, accounted for 8.3% of the patients with recurrent stroke.According to Chi-square test, smoking, high fasting plasma blood glucose, hypertension, elevated low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high uric acid, high homocysteine and carotid atherosclerosis all had correlation with recurrent stroke(P<0.05).In this logistic-regression model, smoking, high fasting plasma blood glucose, hypertension, elevated low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high uric acid, high homocysteine and carotid atherosclerosis were all predictors for recurrence of ischemic stroke. Conclusion Cntrolling the risk factors after the first stroke as a long term strategy has important clinical significance for secondary prevention of ischemic stroke.
10.Analysis of risk factors for in-stent stenosis in elderly patients with coronary heart disease
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2014;33(6):591-593
Objective To explore the risk factors for in stent stenosis (ISR) in coronary artery disease in elderly patients undergoing postoperative percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods We chose 418 cases undergoing PCI in our hospital. There were 263 males and 156 females, aged from 60 to 79 years, average (71.3--8.9)years in this study.Under the same conditions of treatment strategies,we collected all possible risk factors for ISR in patients undergoing postoperative PCI,and statistics were analyzed. Results All patients were rechecked at 1 year after PCI.104 cases (24.9%) occurred ISR,and 314 cases (75.1%) were diagnosed without ISR.Multiple logistic analysis showed that, and sex had little effect on ISR incidence (P>0.05).Body mass index(OR=9.54,95%CI:6.542~32.154,P=0.002),smoking history(OR=26.01,95%CI:5.532~122.238,P=0.000),hypertension(OR=15.72,95%CI:3.240~76.026,P=0.001),diabetes mellitus(OR=11.98,95%CI2.667~53.835,P=0.001),history of high cholesterol(OR=8.98,8,95%CI2.164~37.283,P=0.003),exercise time (OR 5.63,8,95 % CI2.004 ~ 25.385,P=0.013)had positive correlations with ISR incidence. Conclusions Effective control of risk factors including smoking, hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, proper exercise, and weight control can help prevent the development of ISR in elderly patients with postoperative PCI.
