1.Grasping relationship between teachers and students in hospital personnel training from the perspective of philosophy
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2012;(11):1170-1172
The thesis put forward a feasible method for the communication between teachers and students in the process of hospital personnel training based on comprehension. This approach named‘dialogue’,can adjust the conflict between teachers and students including‘the conflicts between teaching and studying’,‘distraction of teachers’and‘halfhearted students’,etc.Applying‘dialogue’method to resolve conflicts provided a new angle for better understanding of relationship between teachers and students.

Objective To measure the gap of community health staffing and establish new norms for community health facilities by means of the WHO Workload indicator of staffing need (WISN) method, for reference of the government in evaluation and decision making of community health staffing. Methods With Xicheng District of Beijing as an example,we collected data on community health staffing and calculated the total demand, measuring the total demand and supply, and gap or surplus in the staffing. Results in 2013,the demand of community health staffing was about 1 7.18 million standard equivalents in Xicheng, while the supply was 10.5 12 million. The WISN ratio was 0.67 for community health supply and demand,in which the ratio of physicians was close to 1,while that of nurses and public health workers was far below 1.850 extra community health staff was needed to reach the total of 2 602 persons. Conclusion The demand and supply of community health service in Xicheng District was seriously unbalanced,a huge gap featuring overstaffing of nurses and inadequate public health workers. This results from the enhancement of primary public health services and rising utilization of community healthcare services in recent years, which deserves high attention from government of all levels,by increasing the staffing of community health staffing standards.

Objectives:To compare the patent protection and application status of cardiovascular technology innovation in ten major countries worldwide from 2016 to 2023,and to analyze and evaluate the relative competitiveness and innovation ability of technology achievements in the cardiovascular fields in China, providing reference for improving the transfer and transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements in this field. Methods:Based on the HimmPat,IncoPat,and Wisdom Seed patent databases, using the Fuwai Subject Headings,we searched patent application data in the cardiovascular fields from ten major countries worldwide from January 1,2016 to December 31,2023 by adopting the method of the International Patent Classification(IPC)-Title-Claims-Abstract.We compared and analyzed specific indicators from the three dimensions of the patent, including technology value, legal value, and economic value. Results:Over the past eight years, the total number of patent applications in the cardiovascular fields was counted from the perspective of patent applicant addresses to analyze the technological innovation capabilities in cardiovascular field of each country. The results showed that China ranked the second in the world in terms of the total number of patent applications in the cardiovascular fields, with approximately 46 536,followed the United States with 75 382.Although the number of patent family applications in China is higher than that in the United States(32 879 vs.19 587),overseas applications for family patent in China only account for 25.4%of its total patent application volume, which is only higher than that in Russia(15.5%),while much lower than that in the other eight countries. In terms of the average number of patent applicants, there are only 2.61 applicants per patent in China, compared with 10.02 in the United States and 12.69 in Germany. In terms of citation frequency of simple patent family, the United States has 9.76 citations per patent, while China has only 2.64 citations per patent.Besides, the patent transfer rate in China is also relatively low with a proportion of only 7.3%. Conclusions:The economic development, government policy support and technological advancement jointly contribute to the continuously increased number of cardiovascular patent applications in China. However, the patents are associated with poor quality, insufficient overseas layout, and insufficient horizontal cooperation in technological innovation, which may also be the main reasons for the insufficient momentum and efficiency of patent achievement transformation.

Objective :
To explore from the perspective of microorganisms the changes in plaque microbial community of children with severe early childhood caries (S-ECC) before and 3 months after dental treatment. Meanwhile to show the effect of treatment on the maintenance of long- term caries-free state.
Methods:
S-ECC children completed dental treatment under general anesthesia. We collected plaque from caries-free dental surfaces before treatment (caries, C) and at the postoperative follow-up review time points of 7 days (C-7D), 1 month (C-1 M), and 3 months (C-3 M). We included caries-free children (caries free, CF) as the control group to analyze the dynamic modification process of the plaque microbial community in the short-term pre- and postdental treatment.
Results:
Species clustering analysis showed that the compositions of the microbial communities of the S-ECC and CF groups were highly similar. The α diversity index was not statistically significant (P>0.05). From the analysis of the relative abundance, Leptotrichia spp. and Aggregatibacter spp. decreased after treatment compared with before treatment (P<0.05). Streptococcus sanguinis in the C-7D group increased compared with that in the C group and gradually decreased within 3 months. Veillonella spp., Actinomyces spp., Allprevotella spp., Capnocytophaga spp., and Streptococcus mutans differed between the C and CF groups (P<0.05), Streptococcus mutans did not differ significantly between the C-7D and C-1 M groups and the CF group after treatment, while C-3 M showed an increase compared with the CF group (P<0.01).
Conclusion
The rapid change in the structure of the flora of children with S-ECC after treatment. The plaque microbial community structure in a caries-free state gradually starts to be established 1-3 months after treatment. There is a "core microbiota" in the oral plaque community that jointly maintains microecological stability. Veillonella spp., Allprevotella spp. and Streptococcus mutans have potential as possible microbial markers.

Autologous submandibular gland (SMG) transplantation has been proved to ameliorate the discomforts in patients with severe keratoconjunctivitis sicca. The transplanted glands underwent a hypofunctional period and then restored secretion spontaneously. This study aims to investigate whether autonomic nerves reinnervate the grafts and contribute to the functional recovery, and further determine the origin of these nerves. Parts of the transplanted SMGs were collected from the epiphora patients, and a rabbit SMG transplantation model was established to fulfill the serial observation on the transplanted glands with time. The results showed that autonomic nerves distributed in the transplanted SMGs and parasympathetic ganglionic cells were observed in the stroma of the glands. Low-dense and unevenly distributed cholinergic axons, severe acinar atrophy and fibrosis were visible in the patients' glands 4-6 months post-transplantation, whereas the cholinergic axon density and acinar area were increased with time. The acinar area or the secretory flow rate of the transplanted glands was statistically correlated with the cholinergic axon density in the rabbit model, respectively. Meanwhile, large cholinergic nerve trunks were found to locate in the temporal fascia lower to the gland, and sympathetic plexus concomitant with the arteries was observed both in the adjacent fascia and in the stroma of the glands. In summary, the transplanted SMGs are reinnervated by autonomic nerves and the cholinergic nerves play a role in the morphological and functional restoration of the glands. Moreover, these autonomic nerves might originate from the auriculotemporal nerve and the sympathetic plexus around the supplying arteries.
