2.Therapeutic Observation of Acupuncture in Treating Functional Dyspepsia
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2014;(8):722-723
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treating functional dyspepsia (FD).Method Eighty FD patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 40 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by needling the specific points of the Stomach Meridian, while the control group was by Itopride hydrochloride tablets. The symptoms score and therapeutic efficacy were evaluated in the two groups.Result There was no significant difference in comparing the symptom score between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05); the symptoms score dropped significantly in both groups after intervention (P<0.01); the difference in comparing the symptoms score between the two groups was statistically significant after intervention (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 97.5% in the treatment group versus 67.5% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), indicating that the total effective rate of acupuncture is higher than that of medication in treating FD.Conclusion Acupuncture at the specific points of the Stomach Meridian can obviously reduce FD symptom score, improve symptoms and enhance the total effective rate.

Conclusion The area of myocardial infarction has a certain correlation with the level of BNP ,and the dynamic monitoring of D‐di‐mer can be used to evaluate the effect of thrombolytic therapy .
4.Novel risk factors and treatment advances of intravenous immunoglobulin unresponsiveness in children with Kawasaki disease
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;41(3):256-259
Kawasaki disease is a systemic inflammation of small and middle vessels, especially coronary artery, which is the main cause of acquired heart disease in children in developing countries.Although the rate of coronary artery damage has been reduced significantly after standard treatment, there are 10% ~20% cases with no responsiveness to the first dose of intravenous immunoglobulin. This article reviews novel risk factors and treatment advances of intravenous immunoglobulin unresponsiveness in children with Kawasaki disease.
5.The effects of all-trans retinoic acid on proliferation and differentiation in ovarian cancer cell line COC1
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1987;0(01):-
Objective:To investigate the effects of all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) on prolifetation and differentiation in ovarian cancer cell line COC1 in vitro. Methods:Human ovarian cancer cell line COC1 was cultured in medium containing ATRA in different concentrations in vitro.Cell proliferation inhibition was tested by MTT assay. The cell cycle was analyzed by flow cytometry(FCM).Morphological changes of cell differentiation were observed by light and transmission electron microscopy, and the expression of Ki-67 in cancer cells were measured with SP immunohistochemistry. In addition,CA 125 expression in the culture medium was measured by ELISA.Results:ATRA of 10 -7 ~10 -5 mol/L inhibited COC1 cell proliferation significantly in a dose-dependent and time-dependent manner. With the increase of ATRA concentrations, the number of cells in G 0/G 1 phase were elevated, the number of cells in S phase were obviously decreased.COC1 cells after treated by ATRA showed striking morphological characteristics of differentiation. The expression of Ki-67 was decreased in COC1 after ATRA treatment.ATRA could also suppress the expression of CA125 tumor marker in COC1 cells. Conclusion:ATRA can both inhibit proliferation and induce differentiation of human ovarian cancer cell line COC1.These results may provide an effective and novel approach for clinical treatment of human ovarian cancer.

7.Effect of bioreactor scale-up culture of micro-carrier Vero cells after extra-tank trypsinization on virus-producing ability of rabies virus CTN-1Ⅴ strain
Chinese Journal of Biologicals 2024;37(5):532-536
Objective To investigate the effect of amplification culture of micro-carrier Vero cells from 30 L bioreactor to 300 L bioreactor after extra-tank trypsinization on the virus-producing ability of rabies virus(RABV)CTN-1Ⅴ strain. Methods The 140-passage of Vero cells were cultured at 37 ℃ for 72-120 h,then amplified by passaging at a cell density ratio of 1∶4 into the 10 × cell factory. After incubation at 37 ℃ for 72-120 h,the monolayer cells were detached and inoculated into the 30 L bioreactor with micro-carriers 7-10 g/L,culture temperature 37 ℃,pH 7. 0-7. 4,dissolved oxygen 30%-80%,stirring speed 10-50 r/min,and continuous perfusion culture 72-120 h. Total three batches of microcarrier Vero cells were cultured, which were amplified to the 300 L bioreactor after extra-tank trypsinization, with microcarrier5-8 g/L,culture temperature 37 ℃,pH 7. 0-7. 4,dissolved oxygen 30%-80%,stirring speed 30-80 r/min,and perfusion culture 72-120 h. RABV CTN-1Ⅴ was inoculated at the MOI of 0. 05,and the virus solution was harvested every 24 h and detected for the virus titer and antigen content. Results The cell density was about 1 × 10~7 cells/mL after culture for 96 h in the 30 L bioreactor, and was about 7. 4 × 10~6 cells/mL after culture for 96 h in the 300 L bioreactor. At 96 h after virus inoculation, the virus harvest solution reached the peak potency, with the average virus titer of 6. 8 lgLD_(50)/mL and the average antigen content of 2. 58 IU/mL. Conclusion The scale-up culture process of micro-carrier Vero cells after extra-tank trypsinization from 30 L bioreactor to 300 L bioreactor is stable and feasible, with no significant effect on the virus-producing ability of RABV CTN-1Ⅴ strain, which provides a reference for the large-scale production of inactivated RABV vaccine
