1.Orthogonal Design Experiment on the Extracting of Icariin by Different Means

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction and preparation technics of icariin by orthogonal design.METHODS:The icariin was extracted by the ethanol reflux and the ethanol ultrasonic extracting process respectively;the quantity and concentration of ethanol,extracting time and extracting times were investigated with the content of the icariin as a indicator.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:The ethanol refluxing process is better than the ethanol ultrasonic process in the extraction of icariin.The most optimistic condition of extracting of icariin in ethanol refluxing extracting process was as follows:the crude drug was extracted for 3 times(40min/time)by using 60% ethanol,which is 8 times of the amount of the crude drug.

3.Effect of Intrauterine and Progesterone Sustained-release System Assisted Ablation on Estrogen and Progesterone Receptor Expression in Patients with Adenomyosis

Objective To investigate the effect of assisted excision of intrauterine progesterone (PR) on different hormone levels and expression of receptor in patients with adenomyosis.Methods Totally 84 patients with adenomyosis admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to different treatment methods.In the control group,40 cases were treated with focal lesion 44 cases were treated with adenosine and progesterone sustained-release system.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by the expression of estrogen and progesterone receptor in the two groups after treatment.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two treatment methods The advantages and disadvantages.Results VAS and PBAC score before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.The VAS of the two groups before and after treatment was no significant difference and VAS grading had no difference(P >0.05).1,3 and 6 months after treatment in the two groups VAS and VAS grading were different in different degree,P < 0.05.There was no significant difference in the ER and PR levels between the control group and the experimental group before and after treatment (P > 0.05).The levels of ER and PR in the endometrium were significantly lower than those in the control group (P > 0.05).The level of ER and PR in the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group (P > 0.05).The levels of FSH and LH in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05),and the difference was significant (P < 0.05).The difference of the levels of FSH between the two groups was statisticaliy significant (P < 0.05),and PGF2α and TXA2 in patients,the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Ectopic pregnancy and progesterone assisted resection of adenocarcinoma has a good effect on adenomyosis.It can not only improve the clinical symptoms,but also improve the expression of estrogen and progesterone.It is suitable for clinical application.
4.Clinical study of the relationship between Willis arterial loop variation and intracranial aneurysms

Objective To explore the relationship between the changes of the cerebral arterial circle of Willis and the occurrence of intracranial aneurysms in the diagnosis of digital angiography.Methods From December 2014 to January 2014,144 cases of intracranial aneurysms were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical University.According to the location of the aneurysm of all patients,the patients were divided into the anterior communicating artery and the posterior communicating artery aneurysms.The relationship between two groups of patients was compared by the sex,age,and the length of the intracranial aneurysms.The relationship was analyzed between the Willis ring and the intracranial aneurysms.The sensitivity and specificity were compared with the surgical results.Results A total of 144 cases of intracranial aneurysms were detected by digital angiography,68 patients in anterior communicating artery aneurysms,and posterior communicating artery aneurysm in 76 cases.There were no significant differences in sex distribution,age distribution,and length of tumor in the patients with anterior communicating artery aneurysms and the patients with a group of patients with a posterior communicating artery aneurysm.The anterior communicating artery aneurysm group,A1 segment of slender or absence rate was up to 79.41%,and communicating artery aneurysm group A1 segment of slender or absence rate was only 52.63%,two groups were compared with statistical significance (P < 0.05).In the anterior communicating artery,the posterior cerebral artery was 63.24%,and the right and left (unilateral) embryonic cerebral artery was 59.21% in the middle cerebral artery.There was no significant difference in the sensitivity and specificity of CT angiography (CTA) test results between two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusions Digital angiography can be more accurate in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms.Anterior communicating artery aneurysm occurrence is closely related to A1 segment of slender,and absent and bilateral embryo brain artery.Communicating artery aneurysms is more closely related to unilateral embryonic brain artery.
5.Influential factors and strategies about the compliance of medical workers in classifying medical wastes

Objective To explore the factors that may influence the compliance of medical workers in dealing with classifying medical wastes. Methods One hundred and sixteen medical workers participated in this investigation by applying self-designed questionnaire and live observation mode. Influential factors were evaluated by multi-factors analysis. Results The compliance percent of 116 medical workers was only 69.9%(351/502), which caused by low awareness of medical wastes. As much as 20.12 % (101/502) medical workers made mistakes when dealing with infectious wastes. Working experience, awareness of medical wastes, instruments and working load were associated with compliance of medical workers (P<0.05). Conclusions Low compliance of medical workers dealing with medical wastes were related to lacking working experience, low awareness of medical wastes, inappropriate instruments and heavy working load. In this case, improving management system of medical wastes, regular training and assessment, adding instruments and identification of medical wastes, increasing medical workers and simplifying the working process are effective approaches in increasing compliance of medical workers in dealing with medical wastes and improving quality of nursing management.

Serotonin and its receptors exist extensively in gut,5-HT3 receptor is ligand-gated ion channel.It is composed of five subunits,S-HT3A ,5-HT3B ,5-HT3C ,5-HT3D and 5-HT3E .The genetics of serotonin receptors appear to be associated with irritable bowel syndrome.5-HTTLPR genetic polymorphisms influence the efficacy of serotonergic treatments. As a new generation of developed 5-HT3 receptor antagonists, alosetron and ramosetron act an important role in regulating gastrointestinal motility and visceral perception. They are efficacious in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. Ramosetron show high affinity for 5-HT3 receptors,dissociate slowly from 5-HT3 receptors and show long-lasting 5-HT3, receptor antagonism.
7.Professor Chen's Acupuncture Experience for Treating the Deficiency Syndrome of Cervical Vertigo

[Objective] To summarize the clinical experience of the professor Chen in the treatment of cervical vertigo. [Method] Through analysis of professor Chen, a professor of cervical vertigo evidence-based medicine and the main points of the typical cases, professor Chen uses characteristic therapy clinical experience for the treatment of cervical vertigo deficiency syndrome. [Results]The method of dredging meridian, invigorating kidney qi, and particular therapy were effective in vertigo, respectively. [Conclusions] It received high recognition and good reputation in patients. The empirical result of professor Chen was worth clinical popularization.
9.In vitro activity comparison between anti-human T lymphocyte porcine immunoglobulin prepared by Cohn ethanol fractionation and ammonium sulphate precipitation and same type of rabbit-derived products

Objective To compare the in vitro activity of anti-human T lymphocyte porcine immunoglobulin(P-ATG)prepared by Cohn ethanol fractionation and ammonium sulphate precipitation,commercial rabbit anti-human thymocyte immunoglobulin(trade name:Thymoglobuline),and anti-human T lymphocyte rabbit immunoglobulin(trade name:Grafalon)so as to evaluate the properties of P-ATG prepared by two processes.Methods The four products were detected for the antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity(ADCC)by lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)method,measured for the complement dependent cytotoxicity(CDC)by CCK-8 assay,and detected for the affinity for binding with different T cell antigens(CD3,CD4,CD8)by double immunofluorescence staining method.Results Among the four products,only Thymoglobuline at the high concentration(1 mg/mL)had a weak ADCC effect on human peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC).All products could induce the CDC effect in human PBMC in a dose-dependent manner,among which the effect of Thymoglobuline was higher than that of P-ATG or Grafalon preared by two processes,about 3 to 4 times,and the effect of Grafalon was comparable to that of P-ATG.In the proportion of four products binding with T cell surface antigens CD3 and CD4 was similar,However the proportion of Thymoglobuline and Grafalon binding with CD8 antigen was slightly lower than that of P-ATG.Conclusion The in vitro activity of the P-ATG prepared by Cohn ethanol fractionation and ammonium sulphate precipitation was in good agreement,and was not lower than that of imported products at the clinical dose.
10.MiR-26b regulates invasion and migration of lung cancer cells through targeting hENTI depending on RhoA/ROCK-I pathway

Objective:To investigate the effect of miR-26b on the invasion and migration of lung cancer cell and to explore its mechanism.Methods:qPCR was used to detect the expression of miR-26b in lung cancer.Luciferase reporter gene was used to detect interaction between miR-26b and hENT1.Transwell assay was used to detect invasion ability after treatment of miR-26b mimics.Scratch assay was used to detect migration ability after treatment of miR-26b mimics.The expressions of hENT1,ROCK-I and RhoA were detected by Western blot.The changes of cytoskeleton after miR-26b mimics treatment with phalloidin were observed.The effect of miR-26b mimics on the tumor size and volume of lung cancer was determined by subcutaneous tumor formation in nude mice.Results:MiR-26b expression was significantly reduced in lung cancer.With the progress of lung cancer,the expression of miR-26b was reduced.With the progress in differentiation of lung cancer,the expression of miR-26b was decreased.Decrease of miR-26b was associated with lung cancer lymph node metastasis.HENT1 was the direct target of miR-26b;miR-26b regulated the invasion and migration ability of human lung carcinoma A549 cells.MiR-26b regulated the expression of hENT1,ROCK-1 and RhoA.After the treatment with miR-26b mimics,the F-actin staining was significantly reduced,whereas the formation of wrinkles and the formation of pseudopodia were significantly reduced.Subcutaneous tumor formation in nude mice showed that miR-26b mimics treatment significantly reduced the tumor size and mass.Conclusion:MiR-26b plays a role in tumor suppression in lung cancer.miR-26b can regulate the invasion and migration ability of lung carcinoma A549 cells by targeting hENT1 depending on the RhoA/ROCK-1 pathway.
