3.Distribution and characters of peptide YY receptor in rat jejunum epithelial cell
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(01):-
Objective To detect normal rat jejunum epithelial cells to learn about the distribution of peptide YY(PYY)receptor and measured two important parameters of PYY receptor so as to explore the target that PYY binds to and display its physiological function. Methods Receptor radioligand assay was conducted by using 125I-PYY to detect normal rat jejunum epithelial cells. We also measured receptor dissociation constant(Kd),the affinity or the ability that the receptor could bind ligand;maximum binding capacity(Bmax),the concentration of binding site;and Hill coefficient. Results There were PYY receptors in normal rat jejunum epithelial cells.Dissociation constant(Kd)of PYY receptor was(386.69?129.95)pmol/L.Maximum binding capacity(Bmax)was(303.21?116.85)fmol/mg protein.Hill coefficient was 1.PYY receptor had high affinity. Conclusion There are distributions of PYY receptors in normal rat jejunum epithelial cells.Kd means that PYY receptor has high affinity.Bmax means that the number of receptors is limited and decides the characters of saturability. We think that PYY directly inhibits secretion by binding to PYY receptor in jejunum epithelial cells when PYY inhibiting jejunum secretion.
4.Discussion on Establishment of Distinctive Protective Law on Traditional Chinese Medicine
China Pharmacy 2005;0(14):-
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the issue of how to take advantage of intellectual property law to promote the sus?tainable development of our traditional Chinese medicine, and to establish the related legal system to protect the intellectual property of traditional Chinese medicine.METHODS:On the basis of literature review, the necessity and foundation of establishing distinctive protective law on traditional Chinese medicine were discussed.RESULT:There were internationally precedents of legislation on biodiversity and cultural diversity;Neither“Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights”nor other WTO files forbad individual country to establish its own policy according to its specific situation, however, these policies should not be against the fundamental principle of WTO;Moreover, foreign countries is paying much more at?tention on legislation of traditional Chinese medicine and herb than they used to.DISCUSSION:It is of great necessity to establish the distinctive protective law on traditional Chinese medicine, which can best be enforced by promoting the self de?velopment of traditional Chinese medicine, especially the investment and innovation in this field.

6.Construct an Innovation-Oriented Campus Culture and Strengthen the Career Starting Concept among College Students
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
Embodied as an abstract concept as well as concrete regulations and material environment on the campus, the campus culture is the organizational culture among universities, which plays a significant role in enhancing students' quality of career starting.Similar to its social culture, the American campus culture is characterized by a strong personal heroism thus is known as a "cowboy culture".As the so-called "dragon culture",the Chinese culture is a more conservative one and thus lack of innovation-oriented career starting concepts among Chinese university students. Therefore,in order to effectively carry out entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, the innovation-oriented campus culture should be constructed, students' entrepreneurship conception strengthened, thus students' sense of career starting and mental status be enhanced.

8.Culture supernatant of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells for treatment of bronchial asthma and its influence on lung inflammation
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(36):5764-5768
BACKGROUND:Bronchial asthma is considered general y to have an association with Th2 immune response disease, but there is no ideal treatment. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s as a kind of adult stem cel s not only have the multipotent differentiation and proliferation capacity, but also have low immunogenicity and immunoregulation ability. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of culture supernatant of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s on lung inflammation of bronchial asthma mice. METHODS:Twenty experimental mice were randomly divided into control and experimental groups, 10 mice in each group. At 0 and 14 days, intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin induced sensitization in mice, and at 24-26 days, aerosolized ovalbumin solution was used for excitation. From the 24th day, in the experimental group, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel supernatant was intraperitoneal y injected at 2 hours before excitation;meanwhile, normal saline was injected in the control group. At the last of excitation, the mice were sacrificed under anesthesia to take serum samples, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and lung tissues. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1) Mice in the control group appeared to have abnormal lung tissue structure, and there were a large amount of eosinophils and monocytes in the submucosa and muscularis. However, lung inflammation was relieved in the experimental group after bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel treatment. (2) The levels of interleukin-17 in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum were significantly lower in the experimental group than the control group (P<0.05), but there was no difference in the levels of interleukin-4 between the two groups (P>0.05). These findings indicate that the intraperitoneal injection of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s can ease lung inflammation and reduce levels of inflammatory markers in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum of bronchial asthma mice.
