1.Efficacy and psychological intervention of budesonide combined with terbutaline inhalation in the treatment of children with asthma
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):174-175
Objective To study the efficacy and psychological intervention of budesonide combined with terbutaline inhalation in the treatment of children with asthma. Methods 100 children with asthma in our hospital from March 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment of bronchial asthma, and the experimental group received budesonide combined terbutaline aerosol inhalation treatment, and psychological intervention, pay attention to the patient's psychological state. The clinical efficacy, relative clinical symptoms, improvement time and length of hospital stay were compared between the 2 groups. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 94%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (72%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The improvement time of dyspnea, wheezing and cough in control group was significantly higher than that in experimental group, while the control group was significantly longer than the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional treatment, budesonide combined with terbutaline aerosol inhalation and psychological intervention in the treatment of children with asthma has better clinical efficacy and shorter clinical symptoms. It has the significance of further popularization and application.

Objective To explore the significance and value of the anti-nucleosome antibodies(AnuA)in the diagnosis of system-ic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods The serum AnuA was detected in 177 patients with SLE,138 patients with other rheumat-ic diseases and 56 healthy controls by Western blot. The clinical manifestations, autoantibodies and other test results were recorded in the SLE patients. The AnuA and other autoantibodies were analyzed. Results The positive rate of AnuA in the SLE group was significantly higher than that in the disease control group,AnuA was negative in the healthy control group;the sensitivity of AnuA in the SLE group was 48.6% and the specificity was 95.3%;the sensitivity of AnuA was significantly higher than that of the anti-ds-DNA antibodies and anti-Sm antibodies, the difference had statistical significance (P <0.05).The specificity of AnuA was higher than that of ANA and histone (P <0.05 ).The sensitivity of joint detection of AnuA,anti-ds-DNA and anti-Sm antibodies was 89.8%,which was significantly higher than that of a single index detection. The positive rate of AnuA in the active period of SLE was significantly higher than that of the non-active period, moreover higher than that of the ds-DNA antibodies (P <0.05).Conclu-sion AnuA might participate in the pathogenesis of SLE.The joint detection of autoantibodies including AnuA,etc.has importance significance in the diagnosis, condition judgment and curative efficacy evaluation of SLE.

Serum vitamin D level and vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene FokI polymorphisms were detected in 200 single full-term pregnant women who gave birth in our hospital during 2016 to 2018. The newborns with birth weight<2500 g were diagnosed as fetal growth restriction (FGR), there were 100 cases in FGR group and 100 cases in control group. The average level of vitamin D in pregnant women in FGR group was significantly lower than that of the control group [(30.1±10.9) vs. (36.1±15.8) nmol/L, P<0.05]. In the FGR group, the birth weight of infants in mother carrying ff genotype was significantly lower than that in mother carrying Ff and FF genotypes [(2073±90) g vs. (2242±122) g and (2349±96) g, P<0.05]. Pregnant women carrying Ff and FF genotypes had lower risk of FGR than those of carrying ff genotype (ORFf=0.31, 95% CI: 0.17-0.76; ORFF=0.28, 95%CI: 0.11-0.46). The pregnant women with serum 25(OH)D level>30 nmol/L carrying F allele (FF+Ff) were set as reference, the risk of FGR in pregnant women with serum 25 (OH)D level ≤ 30 nmol/L carrying ff genotype was increased (OR=6.14, 95%CI: 2.13-13.23). The polymorphism of VDR gene FokI may be associated with the occurrence of FGR. In the case of vitamin D deficiency, the influence of ff genotype on FGR is more tangible.
