1.Studies on antifungal activity of 23 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines in extro-experiments
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(11):-
Objective:To research the in vitro antifungal activity of 23 kinds of TCM against microsponrrn gypseum and trichophyton ncbrurn, the main causes of superficial dermatophyte. Methods:Semisolid agar dilution method was applied. Results:Some kinds of TCM showed strong antifungal activity against one or several kinds of fungi. Conclusion:Belamcandae, cuscuta seed, coptis chinensis, phellodendri and scutellaria are active in fungistasis in the extro-experiment.
2.Susceptibility testing and strain identification of Candida species
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective:To identify the strain and to study the in-vitro susceptibilities of Candida species collected from clinical samples of skin and mucosa to Amphotericin B,Ketoconazole,Miconazole,Itraconazole,Fluconazole,5-Flucytosine and Terbinafin. Methods:110 clinical isolates of yeasts were identified by CHROMAGAR and API20C, meanwhile, the susceptibility to six antifungal drugs was examined by microdilution method using Sensititre Yeast One panels. Results:There were 94 C.albicans, 6 C.tropicalis,4 C.krusei,4 C.glabrata, and 2 C.parapsilosis among 110 isolates of yeasts. There were 0.91%,1.81%,18.28%,1.81%,5.45%,3.63% and 94.55% of isolates displaying resistance to Amphotericin B,Ketoconazole,Miconazole,Itraconazole,Fluconazole,5-Flucytosine and Terbinafin, respectively.Conclusions:C.albicans is the main infection strain in our hospital, and candida species display different resistance to six antifungal drugs. It is necessary to test strain identification and susceptibility of candida species to guild the rational clinical drug use.
3.Observation of clinical efficacy on treating urticaria with desloratadine and loratadine
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1987;0(01):-
Objective:To evalute the efficacy and safty of desloratadine against urticaria. Methods: Fifty patients with urticaria were randomly assigned to receive either 5mg of desloratadine daily or lOmg of loratadine daily for 7 days (acute urticaria) and 14 days (chronic urticaria). Results : There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of time in taking effect and clinical efficacy(P = 0.971 and P = 0.051). Adverse effects were similar and mild in the two groups. Conclusion :It is indicated that desloratadine is well - tolerated and effecitive for the treatment of urticaria.
4.Studies on antibacterial activity of different preparations of 10 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine in vitro-experiment
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(02):-
Objective:To observe the antibacterial activity of different preparations of 10 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine to Taphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Bacillus coli,Bacillus typhosus and Bacillus aeruginosus in vitro-experiment. Methods:Liquid agar dilution method was used. Results:The antibacterial activity of coptis chinensis is the best, scutellaria is the second. The antibacterial activity of tincture is better than that of decoction. Conclusions:The antibacterial activity of coptis chinensis is best during the 10 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine, and that of tincture is the best during different preparations.
5.Travoprost effect on IOP in POAG patients with phacoemulsification and intraoclular lens implantaion
International Eye Science 2014;(8):1444-1446
AIM: To investigate the effect of lowering intraocular pressure ( IOP ) and side effect of travoprost ( TA ) on phacoemulsification and intraoclular lens ( IOL ) implantation in primary open-angle glaucoma ( POAG) .
METHODS: Patients with POAG already received surgery of phacoemulsification and IOL implantation were selected by randomized, single - blind, parallel group trial. TA was applied once a day in 43 patients (43 eyes) of treatment group and brinzolamide was used twice in 43 patients ( 43 eyes ) of control group. All patients were observed for 12wk. IOP, ocular symptom and adverse reaction etc. were observed.
RESULTS: The daily average IOP ( mean ± standard deviation) in the treatment group decreased from (24. 20±3.01)mmHg (1mmHg=0.133kPa) to (16.77±2.89)mmHg and that in the control group was from ( 23. 87±3. 47 ) mmHg to ( 18. 81± 3. 07 ) mmHg. IOP pre- and pro-treatment within two groups had significant difference ( P<0. 01), IOP between the groups at each time point had statistical difference (P<0. 05). Conjunetival congestion increased and itching in treatment group was obviously more serious than that in the control group, but the treatment could continue. No other ocular and systemic adverse events related to the drugs were found.
CONCLUSION: It is demonstrated that travoprost is highly effective and safe in reducing IOP in POAG already received surgery of phacoemulsification and IOL implantation.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2000;0(11):-
Objective To evaluate endos copy combined with peritoneal lavage for the treatment of severe acute biliogen ic pancreatitis(SAP).Methods 62 cas es of SAP were randomized into endoscopic intervention group (32 cases) and con trol group (30 cases) treated conservatively. The endoscopic group were treated with ERCP and EST,and BUS guided abdominal paracentesis drainage and antibiotic lavage. Abdomi nal pain, amylase level in blood and urine, WBC counts, average hospital stay, t he operation rate within one month, complication, mortality and curative rate in patients of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results Results in endoscopic group were superior to contro l group (all P
