Objective To investigate the relationship between alexithymia and event-related potential P300 in patients with somatoform disorders. Methods Forty-two patients aged 18 to 65 years fulfilling ICD-10 diagnosis criteria for somatoform disorders were recruited as experiment group.Forty normal healthy persons were selected as control group. The Toronto alexthymia scale-20 (TAS-20) was employed to investigate the alexithymia of the subjects.P300 potentials was employed to investigate the cognitive ability of the subjects.A comparison was made between the patients and the healthy subjects. Results The latencies of N1,P2,N2 and P3 were significantly longer in patients with somatoform disorder than those in the normal controls (P < 0.05 or 0.01),the amplitudes of N2 and P3 were significantly lower in the patients (P < 0.05 or 0.01).The three factors scores and the total score of TAS-20 test in patients with somatoform disorder were significantly lower than those in the normal controls (P < 0.05 or 0.01).There was significant correlation between the latency and the three factors scores and the total score of TAS-20 as well as between the amplitude of P300 and the three factors scores and the total score of TAS-20:the latencies of N1,P2,N2 and P3 recorded at Pz was positively correlated with the factors scores (r =0.32 ~ 0.48,P < 0.05 or 0.01),and the amplitudes of N1,P2,N2 and P3 recorded at Pz was negatively correlated with theTAS-20 scores (r=-0.31 ~-0.51,P<0.05 or0.01).Conclusions There existed significant correlation between the alexithymia and cognitive impairment in patients with somatoform disorders. Both alexithymia and event-related potential P300 can be used as a clinical evaluation index for patients with somatoform disorder.

Objective To assess whether metformin prevents body weight gain in patients with schizophrenia who are treated with second-generation antipsychotics(SGA).Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCT) about metformin for prevention of weight gain with SGA for schizophrenia from January 1998 to July 2012 were selected in the Cochrane Library,Medline,Wanfang Data,CNKI and VIP.Two reviewers independently screened the literatures, extracted the data, and evaluated the methodological quality.Than meta-analyses were conducted by using RevMan 5.1 software and Stata 12.0 software. Results The total 7 RCTs were selected and 394 patients were involved. The results of meta-analyses showed that the efficacy of the metformin group was superior to that of the control group in lessen body mass (MD =-3.07,95% CI:-4.17,-1.98,Z =5.50,P < 0.01),BWI (MD =-1.21,95% CI:-1.50,-0.92,Z=8.18,P<0.01) with significant differences. Conclusion Metformin addition therapy is effective in attenuating SGA-induced weight gain.

Objective To establish a method for determinning quetiapine in human hair by HPLC.Methods A reverse phase HPLC system was performed on Inertsil ODS-C18 column (4.6 mm ×150 mm,5μm)with the mobile phase consisted of 0.01 mol/Lammonioum-methanol(32︰68).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,column temperature was 40℃,the detection wavelength was 254 nm.N-hexane was used as extracting solvent. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5-200 ng/mg.for quetiapine. The recovery of extraction >75.0%, the recovery of method was between 95.0% and 105.0%, the intra-day and inter-day precision were all no more than 10.0%.This method met the requirements of biological samples. Conclusion A HPLC method of concentration of quetiapine in human hair is established, which is simple, sensitive, accurate and has a certain value.

Objective? To explore the effects of positive discipline training model-based family nursing in children and adolescents with emotional disorder. Methods? From June 2016 to December 2017, we selected 74 children and adolescents with emotional disorder as subjects in Wuxi Mental Health Center by convenient sampling. All of the patients were divided into research group (n=37) and control group (n=37) with the method of the random number table. Two groups were all treated with Sertraline. Research group also carried out positive discipline training model-based family nursing for 24 weeks. Control group carried out rountine care. We compared the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstran (EMBU) and Parent-child Relationship Test (PCRT) of patients between two groups. Results? Before intervention, there were no statistical differences in the scores of HAMA, HAMD, factor scores of EMBU and subscale scores of PCRT (P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of HAMA and HAMD of research group were lower than those of control group with statistical differences (P< 0.05); there were statistical differences in the factor scores of EMBU except for preference factor between research group and control group (P<0.05); the subscale scores of PCRT of research group were lower than those of control group with statistical differences (P< 0.05). Correlation analysis showed that the score of rejection-scale of PCRT had positive correlations with the scores of mothers' punishment and sternness, and had negative correlations with the scores of emotional warmth and preference; the score of dominance-scale was positively correlated with the scores of mothers' punishment and sternness, over interference and protective factor, and was negatively related with the score of emotional warmth; the score of protective scale had positive correlations with the scores of emotional warmth, over interference, protection and preference, and had negative correlation with the score of mothers' punishment and sternness; the score of obedience-scale was positively correlated with the scores of mothers' emotional warmth and preference, and was negatively related with the scores of mothers' punishment and sternness as well as rejection. Conclusions? There are improperly parental rearing pattern and bad parent-child relationship in family of children and adolescents with emotional disorder which has correlation with each other. Positive discipline training model-based family nursing can improve family communication, family atmosphere, parent-child relationship and patient's condition by improving parental rearing pattern.
