Objective To study the effects and significance of thrombexane -B_2(TXB_2)and six-ketone-prostaglandin(6-k-PG)F1 α levels in the primary type of hyper-acute cerebral infarction with different sensitivities to aspirin.Methods Sixty-three patients with primary type of hyper-acute cerebral infarction were divided into three groups based on their sensitivities to aspirin:aspirin resistance(AR)group,aspirin semiresistance(ASR)group,aspirin sensitivity(AS)group.TXB_2 and 6-k-PGF1α levels were measured,compared and analyzed in the three groups before and two weeks after taking aspirin(100 mg/d).Results The total effective rate in AS group[87.0%(20/23)]was significantly higher than that in ASR group[55.0%(11/20)]and AR group[30.0%(6/20)](P<0.05).There was no significant difference of TXB_2 and 6-k-PGF1 α among the three groups before taking aspirin.After taking aspirin for two weeks,TXB_2 leveh in all the three groups were lower than those before making aspirin(P<0.01),6-k-PGF1α levels in all the three groups were higher than those before taking aspirin(P<0.01).Conclusions Aspirin can decrease the TXB_2 concentration and increase the 6-k-PGF1α concentration of the primary hyper-acute cerebral infarction. It may be reduce the risks of re-infarction after the primary acute infarction. Monitoring the concentration of TXB_2 and 6-k-PGF1α can be helpful to evaluate rehabilitation prognosis.

Shenfukang is an effective formula for glomerulonephritis applied in the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM. It is composed of Radix Folium seu Flos Tripterygii wilfordii, Radix Astragali seu Hedysari, Radix Notoginseng, Herba Leonuri, etc.. Glomerulonephritis rat model was induced by cationized bovine serum albumin (C-BSA) according to Border's method and was used to observe the pharmacological action of Shenfukang. The results showed that Shenfukang can eliminate urine protein, increase the levels of serum protein, albumin (A), globulin (G) and A/G ratio, and decrease the contents of serum cholesterol, creatinine and urea nitrogen. It can also counteract the increase of plasma TXB 2 and the decrease of plasma 6-keto-PGF 1? . LD 50 of Shenfukang for mice is 174.34?36.74?g/kg which is much larger than that of Tripterygium wilfordii (29.73?6.46?g/kg for female mice and 101.74?10.93?g/kg for male mice). It is indicated that Shenfukang exerts a protective effect on renal function and reduces toxicity of Tripterygium wilfordii.

[Objective] To observe the sera immunoglobulin E(IgE) and Complement C3(C3)level changes in patients with chronic urticaria.[Methods] To detect sera IgE and Complement C3 content of 60 cases of chronic urticaria patients and 60 cases of healthy persons by chemiluminescence and Immunity Transmission Turbidity.At the same time,we tested sera IgE and Complement C3 content of both penetration needling and drug groups before and after treatment of 60 cases,and anaylysed the correlation of IgE and Complement C3.[Results]Higher level of sera IgE was detected in patients with chronic urticaria(P 0.05);the correlation of IgE and Complement C3 was negative in both groups.[Conclusions]Detecting Sera IgE and Complement C3 level have reference value in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic urticaria.

Objective To investigate the symptoms and affecting factors of food intolerance among 903 adults.Methods Food special antibody(IgG)in human serum were examined by ELISA.Food Intolerance Health Assessment Questionnaire was used to assess positive rate of food intolerance and food intake habits.Chi-square test and Mann-Whitney test were used for data analysis.Results The ratio of food intolerance was 0.33％ to 28.13％.Intolerant foods include crab(28.13％),yolk(27.02％),milk (13.07％),soybean(11.96％),shrimp,tomato,corn,beef,rice,chicken,mushroom,wheat,and pork.The symptoms of nervous system(55.89％),digestive system(45.69％)and respiratory system(15.64％)were commonly seen.Prevalence of food intolerance in mental labors was lower than manual labors.Conclusion The most common intolerant food includes crab,yolk and milk.The symptoms of food intolerance are different.Manual labors are more susceptible to food intolerance.

Objective:To investigate the expression of chemokine receptor in eupotic and ectopic endometrial tissues of women with endometriosis, and in endometrium of women without endometriosis.Methods:Normal endometrium, eutopic endometrium and endometriotic tissues were obtained from patients with endometriosis at laparoscopy. [Objective] To observe the counteractive action of cyclovirobuxinum D (Cvb-D) for myocardial ischemia and to explore its possible mechanism. [Methods] Sixty SD rats were randomized into blank control group, Cvb-D groups in the dosage of 2.2, 1.1 and 0.55 mg? kg-1 ? d-1 respectively, isosorbide dinitrate group (25 mg? kg-1 ?d-1). The blank control group was treated with distilled water and the other groups were treated with the corresponding drugs by gavage according to the experimental design for 30 days. One hour after the last medication, pituitrin (1.5 U/kg) was injected into the caudal vein of the rats except the blank control to induce coronary artery spasticity myocardial ischemia. After that, electrocardiogram (ECG) was recorded, plasma superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, malonyldialdehyde (MDA), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and phosphocreatine kinase ( CPK) levels were detected. [Objective] To observe the pharmacological action of Ganoderma Lucidum Brewage (GLB) in decreasing blood lipid. Objective: To study the action of Zhongjiangweiling Capsule (Fructus Amoni, Cortex cinnamoni, Rhizoma Alpiniae officinarum Radix Glycyrrhizae) on the experimental gastric ulcer. Methods: Area of ulcer, gastric juice volume, acidity and pepsin output were measured on experimental gastric ulcer models induced by the ligated pylorus and burned acetic acid and i.p Reserpine in rats. Results: Zhongjingweiling Capule showed to be able to reduce areas of ulcers, gastric juice volume, acidity and pepsin output. Conclusion: Zhongjingweiling Capsule had antiulcer effect in rats.
