China Pharmacist 2015;(5):797-798,801
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Qizhi Weitong granules combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis and the influence on the levels of gastrin and motilin. Methods:Totally 80 cases of patients with reflux esophagitis were se-lected, and then randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each. The control group was treated with rabeprazole, and the observation group was treated with Qizhi Weitong granules additionally. After 4-week treatment, the clinical effect and the influence on the levels of gastrin and motilin in the two groups were compared. Results:By comparing the clinical effect and endoscopic curative in the two groups, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 0% and 92. 5%, which was obvious-ly higher than that of the control group. Compared with those before the treatment, the levels of gastrin and motilin in the two groups were significantly improved after the treatment, and the improvement of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the con-trol group with statistically significant difference (P<0. 05). Conclusion: Qizhi Weitong granules combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis is effective, which can greatly improve the levels of gastrin and motilin and is worthy of further clinical application.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(2):131-135
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation of serum copper levels and mental health in psychiatric shift nurses. Methods The participants were divided into day shift nurses(control group,n=60) and night shift nurses(n=60).The concentrations of trace mineral, serum biochemical levels, inflammatory and oxidative markers in blood samples of 120 shift nurses were measured. The depressive mood was measured with second edition of Chinese version of the Beck Depression Inventory,(BDI-Ⅱ).Results The night shift nurses showed moderate-to-severe depression levels, which were significantly higher than those of the day shift nurses,23.3% (14/60) and 11.7% (7/60) vs.6.7% (4/60)and 1.7% (1/60),x2=6.536,4.82,P < 0.05.Night-shift nurses also had higher levels of serum copper,hs-CRP,IL-6,T-SOD and Cu-Zn SOD than the control group,(19.57±4.14) μmol/L vs.(18.03±3.20) μmol/L,1.32(0.78-1.89) rng/L vs.0.89(0.45-1.44) mg/L,68.54 (51.43-96.78) ng/L vs.56.39 (35.56-78.71) ng/L,(66.78±14.72) kU/L vs.(47.32±17.84) kU/L,(54.22±14.91) kU/L vs.(48.17±17.23) kU/L,t=-3.133~-2.057,P <0.01 or 0.05.BDI-Ⅱ scores correlated positively with serum copper,hs-CRP,IL-6,T-SOD and Cu-Zn SOD,r=0.248-0.457,all P < 0.01.In night shift group, multivariate regression analysis showed that serum copper,hs-CRP,IL-6 and T-SOD (β=0.097-5.340,P< 0.01 or 0.05) were independently related factors influencing BDI-Ⅱ scores (R2 =0.609,P =0.000).Conclusions Serum copper may serve as an evaluation index for depressive mood in psychiatric shift nurses, and serum copper concentrations in night shift nurses should be monitored regularly.Clinical Trial Registry Chinese Clinical Trial Registry,ChiCTR-OOC-14005540.

Space Medicine & Medical Engineering 2006;0(01):-
Objective To study changes of dielectric properties of gastrocnemius caused by simulated weightlessness. Methods Male Sprague-Dawley rats tail suspended for 10 wk were observed together with its normal control.AC impedance of isolated gastrocnemius was measured with an impedance analyzer(Agilent 4294A).Effects of simulated weightlessness on electric properties of cells in isolated rat sural muscle were also observed by analyzing the dielectric numerical characters of the dielectric spectra, the Cole-Cole plots, spectrum of loss factor and loss tangent,as well as spectrum of conductivity imaginary part. Results It was found that simulated weightlessness could induce certain changes:both relative permittivity at low frequency ?L and relative permittivity increment ??,as well as conductivity at high frequency ?h and conductivity increment ?? were all reduced. The first characteristic frequency fC1 decreased, while the second characteristic frequency fC2 increased.Peak of loss factor, peak of loss tangent and the maximum of conductivity imaginary part were also reduced. Conclusion Changes of dielectric property of gastrocnemius induced by simulated weightlessness can be observed effectively by frequency domain impedance technique.

Chinese Journal of Sports Medicine 1983;0(04):-
Objective To study the electrophysiological properties of rat skeletal muscle within the frequency from 100Hz to 100MHz.Methods The AC impedance of rat sural muscle tissues was measured using the Agilent 4294A impedance analyzer, then the electrophysiological properties of the normal rat sural muscle cells were established in the respect of cell dielectric spectroscopy, Cole-Cole plots, spectrum of loss factor and loss tangent. Results (1) The dielectric response of rat sural muscle cells was frequency-dependent, such as increase in frequency caused decrease in permittivity. At the same time the conductivity trended to arise; (2) The dielectric parameters(?_L,?_h,?_L,?_h,△?″_ max,△tg?_ max,f_ C1,f_ C2) cell fiber parallel to the applied electric field differed from that cell fiber perpendicular to the applied electric field; (3) The effect of alternating current electric field on rat sural muscle cells showed a dielectric dispersion phenomenon, representing two characteristic frequency: the 1 st frequency(f_ C1(∥)=f_ C1(⊥)=1.02 kHz) and 2 nd frequency(f_ C2(∥)=59.31 kHz,f_ C2(⊥)=380.04kHz). Conclusion The method for studying the electrophysiological properties of rat skeletal muscle cells was established in the respect of the frequency domain, providing a possibility for investigating muscle fatigue in the future.
