1.Research Progress of Factors Associated with Intestinal Parasitic Infection
Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(01):-
Intestinal parasitic infection is a serious public health problem in the world especially in the developing countries, and it is also the important part that impacts human health, especially in children in the rural areas of China.Factors such as water, environmental sanitation, health behavior and so on are related with intestinal parasitic infection. The research progress of the prevalence of intestinal parasitic infection in the world and the factors that affect the health of people, especially in children in the rural areas were reviewed in the present paper.
2.Clinical Distribution and Analysis of Antibiotic Resistance of Bacteria Isolated from 2005 to 2007
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2005;0(11):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and resistance the bacteria isolated from the patients of our hospital,to provide reliable laboratory evidences for the clinical precaution and therapy. METHODS The antibiotic susceptibility of 17 923 bacteria strains isolated from the inpatients between 1 Jan 2005 and 31 Dec 2007 of our hospital was detected. RESULTS The top nine bacteria were Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphyloccocus aureus,Escherichia coli,Enterococcus faecalis,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Acinetobacter baumannii,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Stenotrophomonas maltophilia and Enterococcus faecium.S.aureus was the top one in Gram-positive bacteria(G +bacteria). The occurrence of meticillin-resistant S.aureus(MRSA) statistically decreased. The occurrence of ESBLs + E.coli statistically increased. CONCLUSIONS These bacteria are still the common detected types in the patients of our hospital. It should be noted that K.pneumoniae and ESBLs + E.coli strains are increasing gradually and they are resistant to varieties of antibiotics.
3.Analysis of virus tracking test results in males whose wife infected with high-risk human papillomavirus
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2017;38(17):2339-2341
Objective To investigate the status of high-risk human papilloma virus(HR-HPV)infection and natural clearance in males whose wife have been infected, and to analysis the coincidence rates of HPV subtypes in couples. Methods Urethra epithelial cells and urethral secretions of 246 males whose wife infected with HR-HPV have been enrolled in the study to detect 13 kinds of HPV subtypes and redetect after 1 year. Results The natural clearance rate of HR-HPV in male was 31.82%(35/110).The infection rate was 44.72%(110/246)in initial detection, while 30.49%(75/246) in redetection, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.612,P<0.05).The coincidence rate of HPV subtypes in couples was 15.04%(37/246)in initial detection, while 8.94%(22/246)in redetection, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.333,P<0.05).The frequency percentage of HPV16,18 increased significantly in male, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=35.991,P<0.05).Conclusion HR-HPV can be cross-transmitted between infected women and their spouses. It is necessary to detect for her husband once women have been detected high-risk HPV positive.

Objective:To establish a three-dimensional quantitative structure-activity relationship (3D-QSAR) model for thiazide 11β-hydroxy steroid dehydrogenase ( HSD) inhibitors in order to perform structure modification and find thiazide 11β-HSD inhibitors with more activity. Methods: The 3D-QSAR model of thiazine derivatives was constructed by the method of comparative molecular force field analysis, and the model was validated by using a molecular docking method. Results:An accurate 3D-QSAR model of 11β-HSD inhibitors was obtained (CoMFA:q2 =0. 346, r2 =0. 850, where q2 was the cross-validation coefficient and r2 was the non-cross validation coefficient) . Conclusion:The results provide important theoretical basis for the rational design of novel thiazide 11β-HSD inhibitors.

The expression of CD107a,NKG2D on the surface of natural killer (NK) cells and serum soluble major histocompatibility complex class Ⅰ chain-related A (sMICA) level in patients with extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma, nasal type (ENKL) were detected. We found that CD107a expression was reduced on the surface of NK cells, suggesting impaired NK cell activity in ENKL patients, which may result from decreased NKG2D expression.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1995;0(04):-
One patient with congenital epidermolysis bullosa combined with pachyonychia was reported, and followed up for 11 years. The pedigree of the patient was investigated, and the loci of HLA-A, B antigens of 16 members of the pedigree were determined. The results showed that there were 60 members in the pedigree, among them 24 members had different kinds of skin diseases : 4 cases of epidermolysis bullosa combined with pachyonychia, 9 eases of albopapuloid form of epidermolysis hullosa combined with pachyonychia, 2 cases of icthyosis and 9 cases of pachyonychia simplex. The result of HLA-A, B antigens analysis of 16 members of the pedigree showed no evidence of the genes of these patients linked with HLA-A, B antigens.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the bacteria strains isolated from the patients with acute cerebral infarction and to prevent and decrease the occurrence of hospital required infection.METHODS We studied 826 patients with acute cerebral infarction in the department of neurology, investigated the origin of infection and etiological factor, and analyzed the sensitivities to antibiotics of 1127 bacteria strains.RESULTS It was common that hospital required infection occurred in the patients of acute cerebral infarction, respiratory and urinary systems were the most common sites.Klebsiella Pneumoniae was the top one in gram-negative bacteria(18.94%),Esherichia coli was the top one in gram-negative bacteria(8.23%).CONCLUSIONS Standard medical management, effective therapy to the original diseases, proper application of antibiotics play the key roles in preventing and decreasing hospital required infection.
