Objective To detect the pain condition in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD) and explore the clinical significance. Methods From May 2007 to February 2008,pain was examined in 162 PD patients in Department of Neurology,West China Hospital,Sichuan University and in 135 healthy controls well matched for gender, age and education.Statistics analysis was employed according to gender, age, the form of morbility,early-onset PD or late-onset PD,duration and Hoehn-Yahr degree. Results The incidence of pain in PD patients(53.1%)was higher than that in the healthy controls(23.7%)(P

OBJECTIVE To study the risk factors and protection measures for the occupational exposure to HBV,and reduce the occupational exposure risk of blood.METHODS A survey was carried out among 1352 medical staff. And then we carried on the analysis to 43 questions of it and used Logistic regression analytic method to find out the risk factors and protective measures.RESULTS Seventy one persons had occuptional exposure risk to HBV and 56 persons had needle puncture wound or sharp wound. The risk factors included needle puncture wound or sharp wound, blood contaminated skin and mucous membrane, and the long working life. While knowledge of infection control, protection consciousness, washing hands, using gloves, and wearing glasses were the protective factors.CONCLUSIONS It plays the vital role to reduce occupational exposure to HBV that the medical staff should reduce injury in work, vaccinate the HBV vaccine, use protection goods and raise the protection consciousness.

Objective To explore the compliance of patients after renal transplantation and its influencing factors, and provide references for the development of targeted interventions. Methods From October 2015 to March 2016, cluster sampling method was used to select research object. 183 return visit patients with renal transplantation and whose postoperative time was more than 3 months in a tertiary hospital of Weifang city were selected as the research object and investigated by renal transplant patients compliance questionnaire, then the differences among patients with different general information were analyzed by single factor analysis, and multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis was used to explore the main influencing factors of compliance. Results The total score of compliance in 183 renal transplant patients was (70.15± 12.15); the dimension with highest score was medication compliance and it was (3.96±0.13); and the dimension with lowest score was self-monitoring compliance and it was ( 1. 83 ± 0. 70 ) . Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that: the main influencing factors of compliance were transplantation time, monthly income of per person in family, education level and gender (P<0.05).Conclusions The compliance of renal transplantation in Weifang city is fair, but it still needs to be improved, and medical staff should take corresponding measures to improve the compliance of patients aimed at influencing factors of compliance in renal transplant patients.
