Objective To discovery the difference about TCM constitution between urban and rural area from the survey results performed in 2 communities of Beijing. Methods 9 standard survey scales of Chinese Medicine Constitution and four diagnostic methods of TCM were performed to identify body constitution of 161 people whose age are almost 64 years; The distribution of total constitution and the constitution distribution of same sex were further analyzed. Results The distribution of 9 TCM body constitution were different between town and country, the gentleness type distribution in country was lower than city (24.68%, 51.19%) ; Qi-depression type distribution was significant higher in country than city (44.16%,5.95%) . Conclusion Most of people in the country were yang-deficiency type and qi-depression type body constitution, the distribution of which affected by gender and age, etc.

To train health supervision talents , one of the scarce talent cultivation plans of National Health and Family Planning Commission, the undergraduate of health supervision was set up by Harbin Medical University and approved by the Ministry of education in 2012. According to the problems of personnel training, the competency model of health supervision was established through empirical research, which covered six aspects and 33 factors, and based on the model, the personnel training model was developed to cultivate the compound health supervision talents to meet the demand of health supervision, and the curriculum system covered medical, law, supervision and management courses. In order to realize the target of talent training, some viable measures were taken such as re-forming the traditional teaching methods, establishing comprehensive teachers, strengthening teacher training, and so on.

Objective To study the expression of P16、Ki-67 gene protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,and its relation with lymph node metastasis、 prognostis.Methods The SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of P16 、Ki-67 gene protein in 56 cases with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,and its normal paraneoplastic rectal mucous tissues.Results The positive expression rate of P16 in normal paraneoplastic rectal mucous tissues was 89.29%(50/56),and 42.86%(24/56) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,there was significant difference between the two groups(all P＜0.05);the positive expression rate of Ki-67 in normal paraneoplastic rectal mucous tissues was 8.93%(5/56),and 33.93%(19/56) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,there was also significant difference between the two groups(all P＜0.05).In well differentiated groups of esophageal carcinoma the positive expression rate of P16 was significantly higher than that in moderately differentiated group、poorly differentiated group(P＜0.05);in bad progressed group of esophageal carcinoma the positive expression rate of Ki-67 was higher than that in good progressed group(P＞0.05);The positive expression rate of P16、Ki-67 in lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in without lymph node metastasis(P＞0.05).In the exist period after operation over three years groups,the positive expression rate of P16 57.69%(15/26) was significantly higher than that in the groups of the exist period after operation non-over three years 30.00%(9/30)(χ2 =4.36,P＜0.05),in the exist period after operation non-over three years groups the positive expression rate of Ki-67 46.67%(14/30) was higher than that in the exist period after operation over three years group 19.23%(5/26)(χ2 =4.68,P＜0.05).Conclusion P16、Ki-67 were objective markers to estimate the behaviors of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and to evaluate the development and predict the mettastasis of tumors of patiens.

Objective To investigate the effect of p15~(INK4B)(p15)gene transfection on the proliferation of pancreatic cancer cell line BxPC3.Methods In p15 transfection group.pCDNA3.1(+)p15 was transfected into BxPC3 cell by the vector of Lipofectamine2000.In empty plasmid transfection group, pCDNA3.1(+)neo was transfected into BxPC3 cell with the sa/ne method as a blank control group.In non-transfection group.the BxPC3 cell was not transfected as a negative control group.The p15 mRNA expressions were assayed by RT-PCR,and p15 protein expressions were assayed by Western blot.The proliferation was determined by MTY assay,ultra-structure changes were measured by transmission electron microscope.Cell cycle and apoptosis were measured by flow cytometry.Results In the pCDNA3.1(+)p15 transfeetion group,the expression of p15 mRNA and protein were resumed.Since the 2nd day of culture,the growth of pCDNA3.1(+)p15 transfeetion group was inhibited,till the 7th day,the inhibitory rate was 47.9%,G_0/G_1 Dhase cell accounted for(61.56±3.96)% of all the cells,which was significantly higher than(47.44±6.35)%ofthe black control groups and(49.22±7.23)%0f tlle negative control group(P<0.05).G_1apoptosis peak occurred and the apoptosis rate was(5.27±1.04)%in pCDNA3.1(+)p15 transfection group,which was significantly higher than(0.11±0.06)% of the black control groups and(0.09±0.07)% of the negative control group(P<0.05).Apoptosis was also observed by transmission electron microscope in the pCDNA3.1(+)-p15 transfection group cells.Conclusions After p15 gene transfection,BLPC3 cell proliferation could be significantly inhibited and apoptosis could be induced.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qingpeng ointment for the treatment of localized dermatitis and eczema in children.Methods Sixty-eight outpatient children with localized dermatitis or eczema were included in this study.All the patients were topically treated by Qingpeng ointment twice daily for a week,which was agreed by their patients.The efficacy was evaluated after the end of the treatment by lesion scores,and adverse reactions during the treatment were recorded.Results Of the 68 patients,61 completed the trial,7 withdrew from the trial because of worsened lesions,unfavorable effects and distrust of this drug.The total response rate was 81.4％ (31/51) in patients treated with Qingpeng ointment alone.Irritant reaction occured in only one case,but did not influence the treatment.Conclusion Qingpeng ointment displays a favorable efficacy and safety in the treatment of localized dermatitis and eczema in children.

Objective To study the influence of minocycline combined with azithromycin on serum CRP, D-Dimer and lung function in the children with refractory mycoplasma. Methods From April 2015 to August 2016, 42 children with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia were enrolled in the second hospital in Tianjing. The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission. The control group was treated with azithromycin sequential therapy, the observation group were given minocycline combined with azithromycin to complete the treatment. The levels of serum CRP, D-D, lung function, clinical symptoms and signs, and the adverse effects were observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of CRP and D-D in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The highest expiratory flow velocity (PEE), first-second forced expiratory volume (FEV1), forced vital capacity (FVC) and forced expiratory 25% flow rate (MEF25) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The time of X-ray recovery time, the time of fever, the time of cough and the disappearance of lung rales were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, there were no significant differences in diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, pleural effusion, otitis media, mild anemia and rash adverse reaction rate in the observation group. Conclusion Minocycline combined with azithromycin in the treatment of severe Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia can effectively reduce serum levels of CRP and D-D, improve pulmonary function and clinical symptoms, and have good clinical efficacy.

AIM To explore a long-term Kupffer cell culture method, which can best maintain the function and activity of cell and decrease the cellular damage. METHODS Lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) in the supernatants were measured to observe the severity of cellular damage ,the function of Kupffer cell was reflected with the nitrogen monoxide(NO) content and the intracellular acid phosphatases(ACP) activity. In the conditions of common culture(CC),single collagen culture(SCC) and double collagen culture(DCC), with or without serum, study the maintenance of cellular function and the severity of cellular damage. Objective:To systematically review the teaching effects of flipped classroom (FC) in undergraduate medical education in China.Methods:Such databases as CNKI, VIP Data, and WanFang, were electronically searched for literature of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on FC versus lecture-based learning (LBL) applied in medical education in China up to March, 2018. The included literature were evaluated for the quality, and RevMan5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 26 RCTs were included in the study, including 4 249 students, of whom the FC group had 2 135 cases, while LBL group had 2 114 cases. The students in FC group got significantly higher scores than those of the students in LBL group in the theoretical scores (WMD = 7.81, 95%CI = 5.18 -10.43, P < 0.05), skills tests (WMD = 4.69, 95%CI = 0.65 -8.73, P < 0.05). Conclusion:The FC can significantly improve the teaching results in undergraduate medical education.

Objective To explore the effects of partial body weight support treadmill training (PBWSTT) on motor function of lower extremities, walking ability and activities of daily living (ADL) in chronic hemiplegic patients after stroke. Methods28 patients with stable stroke (hemiplegic limbs Brunstrom s' scale≥Ⅲ) exceed 12 months after the onset were divided into PBWSTT group (n=14) and control group (n=14) randomly. Routine rehabilitation were used in the control group, and the PBWSTT group received PBWSTT in addition. They were assessed with Ashworth Spasticity Scale （ASS）, Functional Ambulation Category (FAC), Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA), and the Functional Independence Measurement (FIM) before and 8 weeks after the treatment. ResultsThe ASS,FAC, FMA and FIM scores were all improved after treatment in both groups (P<0.05). The scores of FMA, FAC and FIM in the PBWSTT group after treatment exceeded that of control group (P<0.05), but there was no difference in the ASS (P>0.05). ConclusionPBWSTT may improve the motor function of lower extremities, walking ability, and ADL in chronic hemiplegic patients after stroke.

Objective To investigate the understanding level of asthma related knowledge and the treatment compliance in parents of children with asthma in Tianjin. Methods Questionnaire survey was given to 93 randomly selected parents of children with asthma at our asthmatic clinic ,whose children began to receive regularly asthmatic administration for at least 6 months from June to July in 2009. Results 72.04% of the parents included into the survey knew that asthma was a chronic airway inflammatory disease; 100% of them adhered to use prescription inhaled corticosteroid (55.91%) or inhaled corticosteroid combined with an inhaled long-acting β2-agonist (44. 09% ) ;74. 68% of them believed that if the child is in a well control state, he/she could participate in exercise as healthy children. There were 93.55% and 97.85% children patients aged ＞ 5 had never used PEF meter or CACT respectively to monitor the ill conditions. 25.81% of the parents chose rapid-acting β2-agonist to deal with asthma at acute attack stage, while 19.35% chose to add antibiotics and 11.83% were unable to do anything. 43.01% of the parents worried that the long-term use of inhaled corticosteroid would have side effects on the growth and development of their children, although they chose to obey to the doctor's prescription. Conclusions The general understanding of asthma is good in the parents, whose children had received asthmatic administration regularly in Tianjin area,but there are still some weak links exist. The related education may help asthmatic children's parents to master the knowledge of asthma, give them correct recognition of the treatment and prevention of asthma,increase the treatment compliance. This work should be insisted continuously.
