OBJECTIVE:To establish the standard for quality control of Bushenxiaoshi granules.METHODS:TLC was applied to identify the properties of Rhizoma Corydalis,Rhizoma Alismatis and Rhizoma Dioscoreae;TLC scanning method was applied to determine the content of Tetrahydropalmatine in Bushenxiaoshi granules.RESULTS:The three herbs could be identified by TLC.There was a good linear relationship with Tetrahydropalmatine at the range of 0.408～ 2.04? g(r=0.997 5),and the average recovery is 95.94%(RSD=1.85%).CONCLUSION:The methods could be used for quality control of Bushenxiaoshi granules.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of alprostadil in the treatment of heart failure in pa-tients with normal left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF). METHODS:120 patients diagnosed as heart farlture with normal LVEF were divided into observation group and control group by radom number table method,with 60 cases in each group. Control group was given symptomatic treatment;observation group was additionally treated with Alprostadil dried emulsion for injection 10μg,bid,on the basis of control group. Both groups received treatment for 5 d. The cardiac function indexes,serum inflammatory factors and oxidative stress indexes were observed in 2 groups before and after treatment,and the occurrence of ADR was com-pared between 2 groups. RESULTS:Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in cardiac function indexes,serum in-flammatory factors and oxidative stress indexes between 2 groups (P>0.05). After treatment,above indexes of 2 groups were all improved significantly,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). No obvious ADR was found in 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS:Alprostadil can improve cardiac function of patients with heart failure of normal LVEF,improve serum inflammatory factors and oxidative stress level with good safety.

Objective To explore the traditional Chinese and western medication principle of treating epilepsy based on text mining, and provide a reference for clinical use. Methods Based on the literature data of treatment of epilepsy collected in CBM database, we explored the medication principle of both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for treating epilepsy by frequency statistical data based on sensitive keywords hierarchical algorithm, retro-read and manually noise reduction. These laws displayed by the frequency of one-dimensional and two-dimensional network diagram. Results Commonly used drugs in western medicine treatment for epilepsy are phenobarbital, phenytoin, valproate, carbamazepine and diazepam. Traditional Chinese medicine commonly used are Angongniuhuang Pill, Qingkailing Injection, Wumei Pill, Tongxinluo Capsule, Compound Danshen Dripping Pill, Xuefuzhuyu Capsule, etc. When traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine are combined used, the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine are Angongniuhuang Pill, Qingkailing Injection and Compound Danshen Tablet, western medicine are phenobarbital, valproate, carbamazepine and diazepam. Common syndromes are yin deficiency of liver and kidney, deficiency of kidney yin, heart tangled by sputum, deficiency of yin, heart disturbance by sputum and fire. Conclusion Text mining technology can be used for summary of medication principle of treating epilepsy and of epilepsy syndrome, thus provide useful exploration and reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Objective To study and compare the level of adiponectin in different functional status of thyroid,to assess the association of thyroid hormones and insulin resistance with adiponectin.Methods ELISA was used to examine the fasting plasma adiponectin in 56 hyperthyroidism,30 hypothyroidism and 44 normal control subjects.FT_3,FT_4,TSH, FPG,Fins and blood fat were measured.BMI and HOMA-IR were calculated.Results There were higher level of adiponectin in hyperthyroidism than hypothyroidism and normal control subjects.Fasting plasma adiponectin was posi- tively correlated with FT_4 (r=0.36,P

Objective To study the separation ability of AB-8 macroporous resin in the purification of arctinin in Fructus arctii. Methods HPLC was used to measure the content of arctinin, and the adsorption performance and the elution parameters were investigated. Results The optimal separation conditions were as follows: the concentration of Arctinin was 5.5 mg/ml with a flow rate of 2 BV/h, and 50% alcohol was used as eluant. The adsorption of Arctinin was 52.08 mg/g, and the elution ratio of arctinin was 93.8%, and the purity of arctinin reached 65.2%. Conclusion AB-8 resin can be used to refine the arctinin in the extraction of Fructus arctii.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluated the utilization of antineoplastics for intravenous use in our hospital and to provide references for clinical medication and pharmacoeconomic research. METHODS:The utilization of antineoplastics in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 was statistically analyzed in respect of consumption sum and DDDs. RESULTS:Amount and consumption sum of antineoplastics in our hospital increased rapidly in recent 3 years. The DDDs of drug were markedly different from their consumption sum rank,for example Docetaxel injection. Antineoplastics for intravenous use sourcing from plants took up big proportion of antineoplastics and they accounted for 50% of the top 10 antineoplastics in the list of consumption sum. CONCLUSION:The antineoplastics for intravenous use in our hospital basically remain stable in category and develop rapidly in recent years,which focus on reasonable price,exact therapeutic effect and less adverse reaction.

Objective To establish an accurate sorting method with less interference to the cell activity for isolating CD 3+CD4+T lymphocytes in human intestinal tissue .Methods Firstly the digestive enzymes were adopted to decompose the human intestinal tissue ,and then the cell suspension was obtained by the filtration of 40 μm cell strainer .Mononuclear cells were collected by using continuous density Percoll gradient centrifugation technique ,then the flow cytometry was adopted to sort CD3+ CD4+ T lympho-cytes in mononuclear cells .The survival rate ,cell purity and morphological observation of the sorted cells were adopted to conduct the evaluation on the sorting method .Results The digestive enzymes well decomposed human intestinal tissue into cell suspension , the purity of CD3+CD4+ T lymphocytes by using continuous density Percoll gradient centrifugation was (43 .9 ± 7 .3)% ,while the purity of CD3+CD4+ T lymphocytes was(96 .9 ± 1 .2)% after fluorescence-activated cell sorting ,the difference between them was statistically significant(P<0 .01) .The survival rate of sorted CD3+CD4+ T lymphocytes was(97 .8 ± 1 .6)% with intact cell shape . Conclusion The Percoll gradient centrifugation technique combined with the fluorescence-activated cell sorting not only collects highly pure human intestinal CD3+CD4+ T lymphocytes with little influence on the cell activity and shape ,but aslo may be carried out under sterile conditions ,the sorted cells can continue to be used in the other functional researches .

Objective To investigate the clinical value and safety of cedilanid, esmolol in the treatment of atrial fibrillation. Methods From August 2014 to August 2016 our Hospital from 117 patients with atrial fibrillation clinical data, according to the random number distribution principle, the patients were divided into observation group 59 cases and control group of 58 cases, all patients were given the treatment of primary disease, the clinical symptoms, the patients in the observation group were given oxygen, has given furosemide, cedilanid, after micro injection pump intravenous nitroglycerin, 5-20 g/min. Start after the injection of nitroglycerin, establish another vein channel, every 30 min to 0.2 mg patients, the treatment group were treated with intravenous injection of small dose esmolol. The clinical efficacy, ventricular rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and adverse reactions were observed in two groups. Results The early and late effective rates of the two groups were not significantly different. The observation showed that after treatment, the ventricular rate, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion High dose cedilanid combined with small dose esmolol in treatment of atrial fibrillation, obvious curative effect, high safety, can choose the appropriate application.

Objective To investigate the role of transient receptor potential vanilloid tpye 1 (TRPV1) in the pathological process of detrusor overactivity (DO) induced by partial bladder outlet obstruction (BOO).Methods Between June 2014 and December 2014,40 female Wistar rats received partial urethral ligation and urodynamic analysis 6 weeks after.Urinary bladder and dorsal root ganglion (DRG) were removed and RT-PCR,Western Blot and IHC were performed to investigate the expression and location of TRPV1 in control and DO rats.Effect of different concentrations of TRPV1 agonist,as well as TRPV1 antagonist,was also evaluated with isolated detrusor strips.Results 40 female Wistar rats received BOO surgery and 26 of them developed DO.Immunohistochemistry observed linear TRPV1-reactive staining mainly in sub-urothelial and muscular layer.Expression of TRPV1 mRNA and protein in urinary bladder [(0.18±0.02) vs.(0.36 ±0.03),P＜0.05] and dorsal root ganglia (DRG) [(0.41 ±0.05) vs.(0.66 ±0.04),P ＜ 0.05] significantly increased in BOO induced OAB rats.In isolated detrusor strips studies,the amplitude [(0.26 ±0.05)g vs.(0.69 ±0.11)g,P ＜0.05] and frequency [(5.91 ±0.59) Hz vs.(8.75 ± 0.54) Hz,P ＜ 0.05] of contractions of DO tissues were significantly higher than that of control ones.Capsaicin significantly increased the amplitude but not frequency of detrusor intrinsic contractility and this effect was enhanced in OAB conditions.All changes induced by capsaicin were blocked by capsazepine pre-incubated.Conclusions In BOO induced DO rats,over-expressed TRPV1 was involved in DO pathological process by directly sensitizing bladder afferent fibers or indirectly enhancing detrusor intrinsic properties.

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical features and factors inlfuencing the prognosis of childhood non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL).MethodsPathologically diagnosed 78 pediatric patients with NHL and treated in the Afifliated Hospital of Qingdao University from January 2004 to August 2013 were collected and analyzed. Patients were grouped according to age, sex, tumor size, immunologic classiifcation, B-symptoms, LDH, hemoglobin and clinical staging. The 5-years event-free survival rate (EFS) were calculated and analyzed by Kaplan-Meier method, and the difference of the survival rate between groups were com-pared. Using Cox proportional hazards model, we analyzed the possible factors that might inlfuence 5-years event-free survival rate EFS , such as age and clinical staging. TheOR value and the 95%CI were calculated.ResultsAmong the 78 cases, median age of onset is 7 years old, male to female ratio is 2.90:1, there are 25 cases of T-cell type and 53 cases of B-cell type. According to pathological types,Burkitt lymphoma is the most common (34.6%), followed by T-lymphoblastic lymphoma (20.5%), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (11.5%). According to the St. Jude malignant lymphoma staging system, there are 2 cases in stage I, 9 in stageⅡ, 35 in stageⅢ and 32 in stageⅣ. Swelling of periphery lymph node (80.7%) was observed as initial symptom in 26 cases of lymphoblastic lymphoma. Among 45 cases of mature B-cell tumor, the main clinical feature including abdominal cavity and gingival were observed in 27 cases of Burkitt lymphoma. Among the 73 cases received treatments, 66 cases (90.5%) attained CR (complete remission) and 4 cases (5.5%) attained PR (partial remission) by cytology and radiographic assessment after two course of combined chemotherapy, 2 cases (2.7%) rapidly relapsed after the remisson of one course treatment, 1 case (1.3%) appeared the central nervous system inifltration in the chemotherapy. With median follow-up time of 42 months, the 5-year EFS of the 73 cases was (67.0+5.5)%. Single factor analysis showed that B-symptom, LDH, and clinical staging were signiifcantly correlated with prognosis (P<0.05), while age, sex, tumor size, hemoglobin and immune classiifcation was independent of prog-nosis (P>0.05). Multiple factor analysis showed that LDH and clinical staging inlfuenced the prognosis (OR=3.34,95%CI 2.275?10.683,P<0.01;OR=4.354,95%CI 1.519?12.475,P<0.01) .Conclusionclinical features of childhood NHL are variable. LDH and clinical staging at primary diagnosis are important factors affecting the prognosis.
